"Cum on feel the noise" by Quiet Riot hits the PA. The fans stand up and begin cheering as Mark Moment walks out in front of the Japanese crowd in the Nippon Budokan. Mark comes down to the ring, in his ring gear, but is wearing an APW T-Shirt on. Mark makes his way down to the ring, slapping the hands of the fans before jumping up on the ring apron and entering the ring. Mark goes and climbs the nearest turn buckle and raises his arms in the air and the fans cheer. Mark gets down and goes to the other 3 turn buckles and does the same. Smiling at the ovation he's getting, Mark gets the microphone and begins to speak.
Mark: WHATS UP JAPAN!
The Japanese crowd clap
Mark: Its good to still be here in Japan. And I'm feeling a whole lot better than you last saw me last Sunday at One Night in Hell. I've had nightmares for a week. That barbwire ripping through my flesh. Blood oozing out my body. It truly was a night in hell for me. But tonight, I have a match against the man who was my tag team partner at One Night in Hell. Well, the man who was suppose to be my partner, Scott Rock

Mark: Scott Rock, last Sunday, your cost us the match at One Night in Hell. I put the blame solely on you. In just one match, you showed the world just what kind of person that you are. You’re a no good coward. I had every intention on beating the O’Connor Brothers. I had every intentions of winning my first APW match at One Night in Hell, but guess what, you screwed me over. As I was watching you in our tag match, I saw no heart, no desire, no care from you. This business is my life Scott, and when I see some one like you, who just doesn’t give a shit, it pisses me off. So that’s why tonight Scott, In side this ring, I’m going to beat you from post to post. I’m going to make you wish you cared about out match. I’m going to teach you a lesson. Just being you may think your too good for me or APW, doesn’t mean that I won’t get the last laugh. See Scott, after One Night in Hell, I went to Max Carter and I asked him for this match. I want pay back and Pay back will be a bitch for you. Scott, I don’t expect you to care what I have to say. I don’t expect you to even put any effort in tonight. But one thing for sure, after tonight, when its all said and done, You Scott, will be part of a Mark….Out….Moment!
