this week APW continues it’s stay on the west coast as Overdrive will be in Anaheim California. This week’s event is highlighted by tag team action as every match on the card is a tag match as we get closer to Christmas Chaos
“Welcome APW fans this is Darren Harvey and we are here in Anaheim California the site for this week’s edition of Overdrive. We’ve got tag team turmoil on our hands this week.”
“That’s right Darren. This is Johnny Chase and as Darren eluded to we’ve got tag team action this week on our show. AKA will teak on the O Connor Brothers while Level One & Victor Hades team up to take on Pence & Lively in our main event.”
“Also on our under card we’ve got Assassin teaming with Mark Moment as they take on Jason Royce & Eddie Zion.”
"That tag match could be interesting. We know that Assassin doesn’t exactly like having a partner and well anything could happen.”
Commercial Break
we return from the commercial break as we find Assassin sitting alone in a semi lit room as he has his head lowered looking towards the ground while he rocks back and forth. The camera moves in for a better shot as Assassin reaches up and shoves him away before standing up and raising his head up as he looks into the camera
“Last week I went out there and wrestled Eddie Zion & I picked up the win. Just like I figured that I would. But you see the problem with that is I didn’t get that I didn’t get that question answered. I didn’t find out if I still had what it took to be here.”
“Now this week I’m in a tag match with Mark Moment. And I’m taking on Jason Royce & Eddie Zion. Eddie I put you down last week & Jason you and I had one hell of a match at the last PPV. But things have changed. More so I’ve changed.”
Assassin takes a step back as he leans against the wall shaking his head as he stares at the camera
“I think it might be time. I truly think it might be time for me to call it quits. Because I can’t convince myself that I have anything left to prove. Maybe I’m over thinking things. Or maybe it’s just my time. I’m not really sure.”
“The only thing I know for sure is that I don’t really know what to do. Maybe I need to see a shrink. Maybe then I’ll have my problems figured out and I can move on. Because I obviously don’t know what to do. I guess for this week I’m going to suck it up and go out to the ring wrestle and let nature take it’s course. Hell that’s honestly the only thing I can do.”
Assassin leans off the wall straighten himself up as he cracks a smile
“Eddie & Jason I hope the two of you are ready for war. I don’t care if I have a tag partner or not you guys are going to be in for an ass kicking. And by the end of the night I’ll either have my hand raised high as a winner or end up on the wrong side of a loss. Either way it will be interesting and not to mention fun.”
scene fades to black
