The scene opens up side a hotel room some where in Saint John New Brunswick. In the room there is a coffee table with two glasses on them and on opposite sides of the coffee table are two chairs. Sitting in the chairs are APW’s newest interviewer, and former Meltdown Commentator, Shane West and joining him is the APW Xtreme Champion, The Hardcore Kid. The Kid has the title in his arms with the title straps folded in and West is sitting there in his suit. The camera begins to record them.
Shane: Welcome Ladies and Gentleman. I am Shane West and at this moment, I like to introduce the man who will be facing The APW Overdrive Champion, Katrina Olivetti on Monday Night. He’s the APW Xtreme Champion, The Hardcore Kid. Kid, Thanks for taking the time to do this interview.
THK: My pleasure Shane.
Shane: Ok, first question. I know everyone wants to know. What was going through your mind last Monday when you approached Katrina Olivetti and insulted her, which led to her challenging you to a match?
THK: I totally wasn’t expecting that Shane. I mean, I was backstage, bored out of my mind because I wasn’t scheduled to fight and I saw Katrina, and I figured, I’d go see what was up, how she was doing. You know, making small talk. But I guess she was a little upset about Tabitha nailing her with the Singapore Cane and Trevor giving her the Full Throttle. But you know how girls are. When their mad about one thing, they take it out on everyone. But that’s ok; I still think Arcadia is hot under that mask.
Shane: I’m sure she is. Arcadia mad the challenge, you accepted, and Max Carter approved, but Max also added a stipulation. Loser enters the Survive on Conquer match at number 3.
THK: Since this match has been announced, I have been training hard for it. So for me, to make sure I am closer to winning this match as I can be, I don’t want to enter this match at Number 3. No one in their right mind would want to. Obvious, the later in the match you can get in the better, and to get to the final four, that’s when the real fun will begin. So going into this match, knowing that a loss, it is more than just a loss. Losing tonight could very well screw any chance I have at Main Eventing Rasslemania 5, so I have to be at the top of my game. One bad judgment, one bad move and it can be all over for me, and I’ll have to settle in just some other match.
Shane: Now, I understand that earlier this week, you went to a local wrestling school in Saint John. Tell us about that.
THK: I figured, if I want to make sure that I’d beat Arcadia that I’d have to do some training. And after looking high and low, I finally came across a wrestling school, where the head trainer is Wayne Cryderman. And you’re probably thinking “who?” But the guy was trained by Al Snow and ran Al’s wrestling school as well. So there is some credibility to his name there. So I headed down, training with the group of Kids. It was a fun time
The Hardcore Kid reaches for the glass of water that’s on the Coffee table and takes a drink and then places the glass back on the table.
Shane: What kind of things did Wayne Cryderman teach you for you match against Katrina Olivetti.
THK: Now, I could tell you, but Katrina will probably get a hold of this interview and I don’t want her knowing my game plans. But Wayne it make it clear to me that inside that ring, you don’t want to give your opponent any opportunity to take control. So, I’m going to hit Katrina hard and often. I plan on being her to the point where she won’t know where she is or rather she’s coming or going. Katrina is in need of a reality check and I’m the one who is going to give it to her. And for free at charge. Katrina winning the Overdrive title was nothing but a fluke. And Katrina keeping the title was only because she never had competition. Her competition never gave a damn about winning that title. But then, competition comes along, and Katrina is forced to show what she’s made of. The first time she had the title and defended it and what did Katrina do. She choked. She couldn’t get the job done. Must have been hanging around Trevor Blackwell for too long. On paper she should beat me, only because she has a better win loss record than me, but that doesn’t matter. But like a lot of people, she’ll under estimate me. She probably will take me lightly, just like everyone else does. And look what happens. No one expected it, but The Hardcore Kid came out on Top at Christmas Chaos and became Xtreme Champion. I’m not The Hardcore Kid just for kicks and to sell merchandise. I may not be the best, but I’m not a rookie anymore. I’ve grown here; I am sure as hell good. Better than Katrina. And I will prove it Monday.
Shane: If you beat Katrina.....
The Kid Interrupts Shane.
THK: When I beat Katrina.
Shane: Right, when you beat Katrina. It will prove that you are the better wrestler. So where do you go from here. Rasslmania is right around the corner, who would you like to face at Rasslemania?
THK: I plan on walking into Rasslemania as the Xtreme champion. And walking out the APW World Heavyweight Champion. As for my opponent, It doesn’t matter. Because I never in my life expect to take part in such an event two years in a row. One of the biggest event in wrestling history. Win or lose at it, I’ll be happy just being at the event. But one thing I can guarantee you is that Katrina Olivetti WON’T be going to Rasslemania and coming after my title. And if you or anyone else doesn’t believe me, just wait and see Monday when I cripple her inside the Ring. I know she’s a girl and she’s probably hot, but once that bell rings, she’s one of the boys and there’s no holding back.
Shane: Any final comments before we go Kid?
THK: I just want Katrina s to know this.

THK: Katrina, You are a nothing, a nobody. Hell, you not even that good. Your whole career was nothing but luck The Overdrive title win, the Year end award, all luck. And all that luck leads you to an inflated Ego. Well Katrina, Prepare for your Ego to be popped. Expect a major dent in your career. The Hardcore Kid has just become your worse nightmare. We will go to hell and back Katrina. I will rip your flesh and taste your blood. I will make you bleed and scream. I will break your bones and make you beg for mercy. The end of Katrina Olivetti will be this Monday on Overdrive. There’s no getting ready for the Xtreme Champion, The Hardcore Kid. There’s no getting ready for the pain I will inflict on you. The only think you can do Katrina, is accept it and deal with it because I’m coming for you and I’m there’s no stopping me. And Katrina, one more thing, if at any point you feel safe in the match, don’t, because you are only one second away from being sent STRAIGHT TO HELL!
