Since its already announced that I'll be facing Trevor Blackwell at the first show, can I start RPing for it, or so I have to wait until the card is actually posted?

You have plenty of time, you should probably wait.
You could start writing it though, and refrain from posting. Some of the best RPs I ever wrote were week-long efforts that had many revisions, additions, etc.
But, I guess, wait to see what Jeff has to say.

Like Matt said, wait till the card is posted. You can start writing it if you want, but you got plenty of time to write your RP's for the PPV

It's cool, Man. I've been wanting to roleplay for our match since Trevor accepted the Kid's challenge. But there's no sense in wasting your best efforts on a roleplay when the card hasn't been posted and they're not going to really count them yet. We're gonna steal the show and this match is gonna be Hardcore as hell. I just know it. See you at the PPV.
