It's supposed to be transparent... i.e. you should see black or green (depending on the background) instead of white.

It shows up white on Internet exploror but black on Firefox. I had the same problem at first then Matt and I figured out the problem

I've looked into this... I make all my banners as .png because I find they don't distort colour after I've uploaded the picture online. Problem is that IE can't handle the transparent backgrounds of the images, and just shows them as white.
However, apparently .gif files can be transparent in IE, so I'll try to convert the banner to a .gif and see how it looks. But, that'll be sometime later this afternoon.

Yeah, IE can handle .gif file transparency just fine. Unfortunately, they aren't as "crisp", as I'd like to put it.
