APW.com reports that Asylum megastar, and former APW TapOut Champion, “Quintessentially English” Julius Farquhar has filed legal proceedings against the company on grounds of discrimination and unfair treatment.
The news broke after Farquhar missed a second APW promotional event in his home country England. It is unclear why Farquhar missed another event he was scheduled to appear at, nor have any specific details been released about Farquhar’s suit against his employers. Neither Farquhar nor any APW representative could be reached for further comment.
Farquhar is not booked for the Asylum show in Manchester on Sunday 6th January, but he is expected attend, the office of Asylum GM Reginald Schmidt has informed us.
