Hope I'm not stepping on anyone's toes by doing this, but I didn't see one up and I know J-Reb was busy last night, so I figured I'd make the thread.
Will be posting my feedback shortly.

OK, here's my take. - Opening segment with L-1 and Vannah: Well, it certainly got the desired reaction of us thinking L-1 was a major dick, so props for that. Poor Vannah, though! - Good opening match, and the non-finish sets things up very well for the Mania/Gooch match at S+C. - Overdrive may seem heel-heavy, but boy, are there a ton of REALLY good heels. The Envi/Dionysus stuff was really well-done, and Dionysus sacrificing his career to get his hands on Envi at S+C makes complete sense given how this angle has gone. Well-done. - Noble/Hart: Great segment, great interaction with all the characters. My one quibble would be that it maybe deserved to go on later in the show, though the final segment was certainly fitting. - Triple threat match: When I tell you that, going in, I didn't expect to win, I wasn't kidding. Delikado and Lively are great, great writers, and while I was proud of the RP I put up, I was shocked to see that it ended up with Smith retaining the title. The match itself was very well-written; it was chaotic, fun, and until you got to the end, you didn't know who was going to come out on top. - About the only continuity error in the show was the Envikado segment, which should have gone before the triple threat since Evan proclaimed Deli was going to win the Xtreme title. Still, really good segment. - Good segment between CJ and Terry. I can certainly see why CJ would have been waiting for the knife to go into his back, only it never came. At least, not yet. - I hope people enjoyed the A.C./Lively segments to set up S+C. I'm having a ton of fun with this feud, as Lively fits the character Smith was meant to feud with to an absolute 'T.' - Big, big win for CJ Gates over Noble. Fun match to read, and it gives Gates a ton of momentum. Well done. - You just knew that the main event segment was going to end in absolute chaos, and it did. Hmm...seems like the APW side was missing a possible S+C contender, though. Seriously, though, great ending to a great show. Job well done by all.

Some fantastic matches all through the card, as well as some interesting segments. Vannah being forced out of Survive and Conquer just adds more to what to what I was talking about last week about how if you read the card, you'll find more and more ammo to use against your opponents in S&C. And it's a good thing I did read the results this week...as there's a problem. A rather large one to be precise. Namely the final segment. Adrien Specter has no tongue. Therefore, he cannot talk. There-in lies the problem. However, do not fear friends, as I have thought about it, and I have come up with a solution...The problem is, my solution will be within my S&C RP. So by inadvertently making a mistake, you've you've gone and added more ammo to my RP. So everyone's happy! But bar that, great show as always. Keep up the good work.

My apologies Adrien... I actually did know that. but had a bit of a brain fart when writing the segment. I originally intended to have Adrien hand somebody a note and they would read it.... but forgot as I tried to get the seg done with the limited time I find myself having.
Purely accidental and not meant to disparage your character at all.

Trust me, it's not a problem. Like I said, I already have a way to work around it, so the small mistake actually does benefit me. Will be interesting to see what everyone thinks of it though. lol

I thought the same thing about Specter when I read that. I was like "I thought he didn't have a tongue?" Interested to see how it's spun. Outside of that, I think it was a solid Overdrive. It wasn't your typical go home show for a PPV, but I think that's hard to do with as few weeks as we had, and with a lot of people being in the S&C match. For the matches that weren't the big dance, I enjoyed the build. Some part of me thinks Mania/Gooch could have gotten a bit more play, but since it's not really a match done with an actual feud, it's understandable. I like how the Dionysus/Envi build played out. Match wise, there were many great ones. But, there always are. It's not often that we get matches that aren't awesome, and it just puts the pressure on the PPV match writers to make them that much better. I was shocked that I got the win over Kurt (though I won't complain ), since he had a pretty good RP. Lots of other good RPs put out this week, which helped those match writers. I was hoping to make this more in depth but time has gotten away from me this weekend and I didn't get nearly where I wanted to on my RP, so I cut this short. It was a solid show, a good Overdrive show (maybe not as good a go home show) but it still leaves me looking forward to S&C.

Finally got around to read the whole show. I’ve wrote these notes as I was reading the show.
Level-One/Vannah White segment. I was a bit disappointed at how tamely Vannah White relinquished her place, plus there was this odd bit of logic
So how does Vannah White going meekly into the night show strength in front of The Sindicate? Is she offering some kind of commentary on the weakness of a divided Overdrive roster?
Watson/Mania vs. Sons of the South. Didn’t like this opening:
It’s been iterated before that the comm’s job is to SELL the matches/action. This goes for heel commentators too; this outright burial at the very start of a match should be avoided. A heel commentator speaking derogatively at the end of the match you may get away with, but not at the start. Imagine you’re watching a wrestling show and a commentator says something equivalent to this – would you continue to watch the match? There is also a huge NO-SELL of the Overdrive Title match at S & C in the next section of commentary – JUST DON’T DO IT!
The match itself was solid enough I suppose, not sure why there was a double count-out...no RPs this week, angled maybe? In the end neither team came out looking particularly strong or weak.
I really liked the line , and the general goofiness of the Lively segment brought a smile to my face.
Okay, some follow-up to the opening segment with Sally Talfourd standing up for citizens’ rights and whatnot. So, Level-One wanted Vannah White out of S & C not so he could take her spot, but so it could be given to Mr. Dangerous? I’m sure this will all become clearer sooner or later.
Kurt Noble up next.
That’s kind of high brow for Johnny Chase, huh? I lol’d, I love that kind of daft pedantic humour.
As for the segment, interesting follow-up from last week, although I was a lukewarm on Hart showing up. Jeff laying down the law I guess added some credibility, but I kind of think if a guy is suspended in kayfabe, he’s suspended – he wouldn’t be written in for TV exposure. In real life I’d think this qualifies as gross misconduct and would probably provoke further sanctions. Not sure about it, but this new psychotic Kurt Noble is a blast.
Shadow promo. Nice to see a promo responding to RPs, they are good every once in a while. I would have preferred Shadow, being a face, to instead of saying he didn’t give a damn about Envi beating him for XT, that this would be his chance to set the record straight. Otherwise good hype for the match.
Good Biggs/Level-One interview. I mentioned how pleased I am to see RM hyped already a week or two ago, and I’m glad Level-One gave us all a plausible rationale for the beef. It was always going to be an epic feud, but now it has a logical force driving it. At first I thought the segment was a tad overbooked with the scrap at the end, but then I saw it led straight into the tag match. Excellent!
As for the match....The nod to Evan’s earlier match was good for the consistency of the show; I liked the credible heel logic with Chase covering for Envi too. I liked the play on the ego of Envi here, trying to win the match all by himself early in the match. The face in peril phase with Biggs could have been extended, just to build the heat and give Shadow a really big pop and impact when he eventually got in. The finish incorporating the camcorder was good.
As with Biggs/Level-One, nice to see Terry and CJ getting in early with the build. At first I thought it was going to be a bit run of the mill this one, but I liked the way it was tied in with S & C. It was also nice to see a different approach from Marv, rather than playing some trick, making it clear S & C was the first strike on the way to Rasslemania.
Good segment setting up the A.C./Lively match. I could point out a few things about vocab, but that would be overly pedantic, and since it is technically a US show broadcast (mostly) for a US audience we can get away with that.
Main event. I liked Kurt trying to work a psychological number at the start. Good match, very nip and tuck, and the surprise counter finish was exciting. Good for Ceej ahead of Rasslemania.
Final segment. As expected, one last blow out before S & C. I thought it was okay, but I don’t think the build has been quite as exciting as last year. The week on week ‘invasion’ of outsiders helped last year, and although there has been no shortage of appearances by outsiders, it hasn’t quite had the same effect for me. These things happen.

On the behalf of lazy asses like me, thanks for the feedback Jules.
To answer the question - the entire plot wasn't done JUST to get Mr. Dangerous in the match. It was all done to get Vannah White OUT, as the Sindicate see's her as a threat to Terry Marvin but will never actually admit that.
The Mr. Dangerous addition is cannon fodder - just one more person that would pose no legitimate threat to Terry.
Also, this wasn't done through show segments but in my role plays Level-One was told to ''stand down'' by Felipe. Although Level-One would be a help to Terry Marvin, they fear at some point they'll cost each other the entire match. Since Terry Marvin is the Sindicate's main horse, Level-One was the one to sit out.
The final twist to this storyline will be revealed in the Vannah White roleplay... coming real soon.

Also, there were RP's for my match. But only from me and Gooch. Might've been the reason for the double count out.
