The scene opens up on a cold rainy day in the Virginian home of “The Main Attraction” it seems quite the busy place. In one room we see Alec Quartermain lifting weights, in another room Uncle Charlie is already back to work as he’s on the phone talking business and filling out paperwork. And finally “The Main Attraction” himself was in his bedroom listening to
on his ipod until, a commercial of the Survive and Conquer pay per view came on his T.V. so he stopped. Mannie tosses his Dre Beats headphones to the side, as he picks the remote beside him to turn up the volume. He can’t seem to stop rewinding his elimination while can’t believe he made the mistake of charging Scorpio. This resulted in him being thrown over the top rope. Mannie paused the show because he started feeling the need to eat, so he headed to the kitchen for some snacks. So he got out of bed and went around the corner to go to it. When he was almost halfway there, the phone on the wall rings. So Mannie he decides to answer it.[/i][/color]
“Hello!”
“I’m coming you asshole, you can’t hide from me”
“Listen to me…If you don’t stop calling my house with idle threats, I will be forced to call the authorities. So for the last time Amy, cease and desist.
The other side hangs up as nothing but a dial tone can be heard, Mannie grits his teeth as he smashes the phone against the wall. From the other rooms emerge Alec Quartermain and Uncle Charlie who want to know happened
“What going on nephew?”
“She called again”
“Again hunh…You want to me break her?”
“No Alec that’s alright, She is just scarred. You know ever since I took her parents and then I defeated her in that triple threat, she’s been loco. So now she wants to keep threatening me like there’s something left to prove. I have nothing to prove. I was the better wrestler, strategist, plus I won fair & square. See now she can’t stomach it, She knows I was right about being better than her and its eating away in her soul.”
“That’s right nephew, The better person won that night and she’s just mad. See now what we need to do is press charges and get rid of her ass in a quick hurry.”
“Now while you both purpose intriguing ideas, I have a better one. I will take her up on that match.”
“Aye nephew, getting in a cage with that crazy bitch is going about everything the wrong way. I mean she nearly killed me, I got to wear this damn neck brace for who knows how long.”
“Yeah I am crazy, but just enough Uncle Charlie to know once I get her one on one there won't be no more doubts and no more excuses. So once and for all I will be rid of her.”
“Mannie just let me finish her off. It would by my pleasure to do so.”
“Hold on now Alec, I got plans for you big man but it doesn’t involve you going to jail. Remember we can always do things the legit way. So Uncle Charlie this how were going to do it, first.
Before Mannie can finish his sentence Uncle Charlie’s phone goes off. Uncle Charlie looks at the phone and is whispering. Mannie looks confused as he trying to figure what’s going on, as Alec tries to look around as if he doesn’t know what’s going on ether.
“What happened?”
“Nephew you did it!”
“Did what?”
“You finally got your title shot boss, Now you can get some gold.”
“Awesome! So it’s me and Logan for the NA champion next Meltdown.”
“Well”
Mannie begins pacing back and forth as he knows the news can’t be good”
“Don’t…Wait now! Please tell me your not going to tell me what I think your about to tell me?”
“Well nephew…Here’s the thing it seems Amy Zing has a title shot as well, and the match is a triple threat”
“COME ON…SERIOUSLY! Why won’t she just stay out of my life.”
“Now nephew don’t panic, Your Uncle got this. See It’s all happening for a reason, See not too long after I got home I called Sienna and pulled a favor. See I wanted to do something real special for your birthday is next week.
Mannie begins to shed a tear, as he can’t believe how lucky he is too have such a great Uncle in Charlie.
“I can’t believe that you thought of me ever after all the trauma you suffered, I mean Uncle Charlie you have do so much for me.
Mannie embraces Uncle Charlie with a hug, they continue to share the moment until Alec interrupts by coughing.
“Well ahhh I don’t mean interrupt but I got some more weight training to do so...”
The scene ends with Mannie and Uncle Charlie quickly stopping while pushing each other off one another, and then going about their day.

The next week for me will be the most important one ever in my life. Not only am I in the main event of the year’s first Meltdown, but it just so happens to be the same week I was birthed on. I mean the show is the day before my birthday so how could it not be a sign?
Next week is guaranteed to be mines, So why would I think otherwise?
See the North American Championship has been nothing but the bane of me since my return last year. The North American title has kept me up more nights than I can possible explain in 2 Hours. So I will try my best to do.
Too explain what the belt means to me is hard but it’s like trying to explain how…Dr. Evil felt every time Austin Powers escaped death or how the proverbial “Gambler” who has spent hundreds of coins trying to hit the jackpot, just so when they finally stop someone else strikes gold. The North American title has been like that for me. I can’t really describe how it feels when you can’t attain something that has been pretty much been in your face for a long period of time. The NA championship has been pretty much passed all around the Meltdown brand like a slutty college co-ed at a frat party.
You get what I’m saying?
It’s like everyone but me has had real chance to have a fair shot at the NA championship but me. Now while I have had title shots in the past, that’s fine and all but too be honest. They weren’t as big as this one, the reason being it’s finally on a level playing field. See most of the time I had to not only fight the champ but I had to also contend with 5-7 others. Now while some say that’s not an excuse for losing, well I agree. But what I can say is never before was I given a shot to have a more intimate chance at the championship. This time I don’t have to share the spotlight with so many others who couldn’t lace up my boots on a bad day.
Now what do I mean by that?
It’s elementary really when you think about it. “The Main Attraction” was never in any of those matches but “Mr.420” was…
Haha I see you’re still a bit confused!
Mr.420 was the base of the many problems facing my career in APW and pro-wrestling period. Mr.420 was the prime example of what’s wrong with APW today, See Mr.420 represented everything you people tune every week to see. The exact thing I’m referring to is complete B.S.! You people tune in every week to see wrestler’s dress up and parade around like idiots in some form and fashion just so we can make you happy. People like you make wrestlers like me become a joke. See nowadays wrestlers don’t have to be any good anymore, Now all they have to is cater and pander to your request and fantasies. So I for one am tired of it. You people don’t know what it means to do something you love and being forced to make an ass of yourself to amuse children and feeble minded adults. See Mr.420 was the biggest example of that, because he would promote recreational drug-use, laziness and profanity. Now the “The Main Attraction” on the other hand I promote positive images, athleticism, and good morals. Something none of you care about.
I represent things now that have been taboo for too long in pro-wrestling and APW in general, and it’s about time someone bought those things back. That someone is me. I know what you people need and it’s not wrestlers like Mr.420, It’s not wrestlers like you Amy Zing, and it’s definitely not you Logan Alexander.
You two are in the same boat with Mr.420 of why APW needs me. You two represent the proverbial “Old veteran who can’t seem to let go and to move on” and “The young upstart who just doesn’t seem to listen”.
So to elaborate some more I will start with you young Amy Zing, See you are so wrong about everything it’s just becoming so sad. Because Amy you are not a veteran nor have you been in the business that long, so your opinions and thoughts mean nothing to me. See for someone to talk the way I do and to carry myself the way I have, you would really have too be a mainstay in APW but your not. You’re just a young naïve girl who doesn’t know better. Amy you been barking up the wrong tree, that tree would be me. I don’t see why you choose to keep provoking me but if you had been keeping score I have gotten the best of you. See while you claim that you’re going “End me” and “Take me out” now while its sounds cool and all but the truth is you can’t do it.
Amy it’s really not that hard to figure out, that I am just that good and I am better than you. I have been in APW longer, I know what it takes to become an actual champion, hell I have taken your once blinding smile and have replaced it with a depressed frown. Amy you have to realize when it comes to beating to me, your playing a slot machine. I am that slot machine and you been placing coins of hope, wishing after each pull that something would change your luck.
But it won’t!
I will keep getting the best of you Amy, because you’re the weak one. Someone who was smart would’ve collect their losses and moved on but your not smart. See but what you are is a natural blonde with black dye, and a rack full of air much like your brain. I mean seriously what have you done?
Wait that’s right…You’ve done Playboy!
Yeah everybody let’s give a round of applause for a women who wants to be respected so badly enough, that she will disgrace her parents by appearing in such filth. I’m sure they didn’t approve your wrestling, but I can bet everything they liked it way more than that spread shoot.
Amy the proof is right there on the table, you can’t seem to beat me for one absolute sole reason. The reason being you’re a liar. Amy you a liar and everyone can see it but you. It’s not your fault but it’s something you will have to come to terms with. You tell these people so many things and make so many promises that you can deliver on. You told them I would be "Ended" but I am still here, Hell you told them my Uncle Charlie would be gone but he’s still kicking. Now you say I am scared of you but I never have back down from a challenge in that ring. So while you’re on a quest of revenge, I will be on the road to championship gold. Now that’s another reason why you won’t beat me or win that belt. You can’t make the needed sacrifices to win; you’re too focused on rage to see the bigger picture. Now that will always allow me have to upper hand in any situation involving you, and yes you can be sure I will exploit that 100 percent.
You care so much about trying to hurt me and to stop me from winning, that you forgot the sole reason that drives us to be on Meltdown and that’s the North American championship. I must say I didn’t think I could do it but I did, I drove you to straight insanity and I think its so fricking funny. How does it feel to know that I am better than you? Tell me how does it feel to know you can’t touch me outside the ring?
It burns you deep doesn’t it!
I will walk out the North American Champion simply because of you Amy and when I do; you will have nobody but yourself to blame for my victory. I know that alone for sure will hurt more than anything I could do your body inside a steel cage on February 11th. So at the end of the day, Amy you can’t beat me because you can’t beat yourself.
So please Amy go right ahead and entertain all these people some more with your hype and stories of promise. Because frankly my dear until you step up from mediocrity, no one will give damn. You might as well be “The Girl Who Cried Vengeance”. So with that being said…The last thing I have to tell you Amy is Thank You!
Hmmm now that leaves you Logan Alexander!
See we both share something in common. We both love this business so much that we dedicate most of our time, too learn as much we can about even if there isn’t anything new to learn. We are students of the sport, we have pro-wrestling embedded in our skin. So I know wrestling you will be a pleasure, but that’s as far it goes for us in sharing a bond.
See I’ve seen you lately, you have been the most honorable NA champion. You faced each challenge head on, I respect that. So I know you can respect me, I been in this business long enough to know if your not in for the long run than go. See we are in this for the long and that’s a given, but I know that’s why you can respect my next point.
I have one mission Logan and you know what that is?
Times Up!
It’s to be the next North American Champion, and that’s why I can allow you or Amy to stop me. I have too much to gain to not win, I have to save APW from itself and I can’t do that without the title. See the North American championship, means so much to APW. It’s a title that can separate the weak from the hungry. See once you win that belt, you are tested right away with rigorous title defenses and lifestyle changes. When you win that title, you can go from a simple “Joe Schmo” to a regular headliner. See next Monday is everything for me, the day after is my birthday and I refuse to leave not a champion. I refuse to lay down in that ring for a 3 count. I want you to look into me eyes because I want you to know, i have come from nothing as Mr.420 to making myself into what I am now, and that’s “The Main Attraction”.
“The Main Attraction” is not going to make the same mistakes Mr.420 has done, “The Main Attraction” definitely will make not the same mistakes others did while underestimating you. See I’m different and way smarter, I don’t make to many mistakes and when I do…I make sure they aren’t ones I can’t come back from. See I won’t take anything about in that ring for granted but I hope in your case you do likewise, because one thing you will learn on Monday is that I am “APW’s Resident Workhorse” See I prime myself on being one of the best in APW and that’s why I will win that championship.
I have to prove I’m am worth bit of breathe I use to promote myself, I have to know am I really as good as I am. I need to know damn it. I need this more than ever before, I haven’t been this hungry since I started and I can’t go back because I’ve come too far. APW has me fall on many of occasions but they have yet to see me rise on such a new height.
So come Monday February 4th 2012 at the Coliseum and Sports Arena in Los Angles, California. “The Main Attraction” will do exactly what he preaches all the time about and that’s taking a major rise in APW. The only way that will happen is by winning that North American championship. The belt is good and everything but it means actual respect in the lockeroom, which means if I beat one of the best in APW then I do deserve to be here. See I know I have an uphill battle but I will not be intimidated by any of your previous title defenses, all that matters now is me doing whatever it takes to be North American Champion. I got many things working for me heading into the match. I got age, speed, durability, height, weight, and so many things are to my advantage but most of all.
I have the element of surprise!
So when the match gets past a certain point I know I be the one with the most in my tank, and that will be just enough for me to pull out the win. Logan just when you think you have me beat I will surprise you. So when you think in the back of your mind the match has been all yet but won, that is I will truly strike the final blow!
