San Francisco- APW has just learned that the parents, Yat-sen and Zizhen Zhao of APW Megastar “The Hong Kong Sensation” Amy Zing have filed a major lawsuit against the APW in regards to their recent abduction by APW North American Champion “The Main Attraction” Mannie Young. Sources report they have also filed kidnapping napping charges against Young. Their son and Amy‘s older brother, Liu Zhao, a junior partner in the San Francisco law firm of Holden & Gaines, will serve as their legal council, who is working this case pro bono.
A settlement was offered by the APW to the Zhao family in a meeting two days after the Survive & Conquer pay-per-view, which we are now learning was not accepted on advice of their son and lawyer, despite insistance of their daughter.
The lawsuit lists APW management, specifically President Jeff, Young himself, and APW Meltdown General Manager Alexander Duvall and his assistant Sienna Harrison.
The law suit sites President Jeff’s inaction against Young, Harrison and Duvall, as well as Harrison’s recent threat to fire Amy Zing should she attack Uncle Charlie and Alec Quartermain, as well as the lack of punishment for Young.
In a statement released by Zhao states:
“The lack of action or respect this issue has been dealt is appalling. My parents were abducted, yet no actions were taken other than an apology and an insulting settlement offer. The fact Mannie Young was not punished, yet Sienna Harrison has the sheer gall to threaten my sister with termination is the biggest insult.”
“Our parents are furious. They feel insulted and betrayed. They will not allow this to stand.”
“This time, there will be no settlement we will accept that does not include the termination of Sienna Harrison, Alexander Duvall and Young Mannie. There is no amount of money that is going to make this okay. My sister had hoped to settle this in the ring. I, however, am more than willing to take the APW, Sienna Harrison, Alexander Duvall and Young Mannie for everything they have.”
