In a turbulent week of rumours and lawsuits, there was some good news for the APW management as it was announced Julius Farquhar's discrimination lawsuit against the company has been rejected by the courts as a 'non-starter'.
It has been reported that there is insufficient evidence to take the case to trial, and Farquhar's legal advisers have recommended no further legal action be taken by the former APW Tap Out Champion, but instead have begun to open a channel of communication with APW's management team as way of re-integrating Farquhar back into the fold. Farquhar has been suspended from all APW duties since January 8th 2013.
APW's head office in Toronto confirmed that Farquhar would be meeting with both President Jeff and Asylum GM Reginald Schmidt early next week in order to try and find a suitable resolution for all parties.
Julius Farquhar has refused to comment on any of these developments.
