Rumors continue to persist that despite comments from the entire Hart family that the injuries Chris suffered at Survive and Conquer were fatal, that the embattled APW Megastar is indeed alive. When pressed for comment APW was mute, instead referring all inquiries to their lawyers who said they couldn't comment on a specific case but that APW was indeed served with a wrongful death law suit earlier this week.
APW is said to have banked heavily on the feud between the former Noble-Hart in the leadup to Rasslemania, leading to rumors that Chris' suspension may not have been real, and the reign of Terry Marvin to increase Q1 earnings as the company severely reduced liquidity with their expansions and acquisitions in 2012, failing to post a dividend in the last three quarters.
