1. At Mayhem, Diana Steel & Tara Jacobs defeated the team of Jason Royce and The Hardcore Kid, as well as the team of Razor Ryan and Sabur. The female duo won the title in a TLC match

2. Royce and the Kid defeated Sabur and Razor Ryan to become the number one contenders for the Tag Titles. The Kid and Royce overcame the odds and pulled out a victory and became the new tag champs at Test for the Best

3. After losing a tag title match by DQ to Kristina Blackwell and Fyre Angel, A rematch was made for Aftershock which the two girls won the belts

4. Hardcore Ice regained the tag titles by defeating Kristina Blackwell and Fyre Angel in a buried Alive match. This makes Jason Royce and The Hardcore Kid to become a two time champion for one championship

5. After defeating Hardcore Ice on an Episode of Meltdown to gain a title shot, Twister and Michael Lively defeated Hardcore Ice in a Texas Tornado Tag Match to win the tag titles

6. Twister and Lively threw out an open challenge to any team in the locker room. New comer, Julian Bale and the returning Streets Wilson answered the challenge and won the titles at to end 2008

7. After sucessfully defending the Tag titles against Jason Royce and Carl Cage, the champs we're attacked by BDC. BDC some how had complete control over Julian Bales actions, thus forcing GM Max Carter to suspend and later fired Bale. With Streets left without a partner, Max let him chose a partner (Rick Stevens) and if they won their next Tag title contest, Streets Partner would be the other half of the tag champs

8. St Carnage on February 22nd, Link and BDC defeated Streets Wilson and Rick Stevens by DQ when Streets hit BDC with a chair. Because the tag champs got themselves DQed on purpose to keep the titles, GM Max Carter decided to strip the team of the tag titles and Vacating them.

9. The Tag Titles we're reinstated and new champions we're crowned at the 2010 Shockwave when the Sports Nutz defeat The Red Shield Mafia, The AKA and the Axis of Awesome in a 4 way Tag Match

10. At One Night in Hell, The Sports Nutz took on C. J Gates and Blade in a Sadistic Tornado Tag match in which C.J and Blade won to win their first APW titles

11. Brandon and Kaycee Young defeated The Exchange Rate to win their first APW Titles. The match went to a time limit draw, but was Restarted and Beautiful Disaster was able to come out on top

NOTE: After Kaycee Young got Pregnant, the Tag Team titles became vacant

12. Jason Kash and Shane Borderland defeated teams of The Gambler and Bobby Bodacious, as well as Young Mannie and JR Kingston in a triple threaf tag team match to win the Vacant Titles

13. After Shane Borderland was stripped of the Tag Titles, Kash was forced to defend the tag titles against the Red Shied Mafia at One Night in Hell with a partner of his choice in a tables match. Jason couldn't find a partner, so Mr. Dangerous made himself Jason's partner half way through their match, which the RSM ended up winning in the end

14. In a triple threat Elimination tag match, The Red Shield Mafia we're first to be eliminated from the match. Warren Peace and Jay Gatsby of the Fortunate Son defeated the San Diego Seagulls to win the titles. After the match, Warren Peace attacked his partner, taking him out, and took both tag titles for himself.

15. The Studmuffins defeated Warren Peace at Survive and Conquer to win the tag titles

16. Level One and Johnny Rebel defeated the AKA and the Stud Muffins in a 3 way elimination Tag Team Match to become the new Tag Team Champions at Mayhem

17. At Test for the Best, new Tag Champs we're crowned when The team of Kurt Noble and Chris Hart defeated Johnny Rebel and Level One

18. On the November 8th Edition of Overdrive, there was a fall out between the tag champs, Noble-Hart where the end result was the team breaking up and the tag titles becoming vacant. A Tag Team Tournament was Held on Meltdown where at Christmas Chaos, Anthony Bailey and Jair Hopkins def the teams of Logan Alexander/Aubrey J Parker and Roy Speede/Donald Deutry to become the new APW Tag Team Champions

19. M & M defeated Anthony Bailey and Jair Hopkins to win the Tag titles on an episode of Meltdown

20. Bailey and Hopkins won a triple threat tag match at Rasslemania to become a 2 time APW Tag Team Champion

21. The Unforgiven defeated The Dying Breed and NewGen Rising in a Tornado Tag Death Match to win their first APW Tag Title
