Source: APW.com APW Journalists have been swarming backstage, attempting to get a word in with everyone who is anyone involved in the Nathaniel Havok situation which followed the ending of Monday Night Meltdown. Sources state that Nathaniel Havok's contract is legit, that he may go anywhere he is drafted, but cannot be fired unless there's a "reasonable argument, excluding his retirement match against President Jeff last year", as one source described to us.
With the sport being as unpredictable as it is, who's to say what a "reasonable argument" actually is. All we know for now, is that the Enforcer of Sorrow is indeed back in APW, and it looks like he's not going anywhere anytime in the near future. This is obviously huge news, as Nathaniel was thought to be gone for good, from APW. There's no real way to get around the boss beating you, with your career on the line, at the biggest show of the year! However, Nathaniel Havok has found a way.
Regarding those "couple of extra stipulations added, that will be announced at a later date" as Nathaniel put it, there's no real word on what these stipulations are, yet. Nathaniel as well as his lawyer, who we now know as "Cole Turner", seem to be the only two besides Duvall and Harrison, who know exactly what the rest of the contract states. If we're able to get word on any stipulations in the contract, we will pass them along as soon as we possibly can.
Who knows where this will lead. All we know is, Nathaniel Havok is back in APW!

President Jeff was reached for comments on the Return of Nathaniel Havok and here is what he had to say.
"I have nothing to do with Nathaniel Havok. I've moved past him. He's now Duvall's problem"
