this isnt a front runner post, i been thinking about this all day at work. y would KJE be targetted ahead of the rest of the vets? its cuz speede has a very extensive mafia experience with KJE and knows how well she plays. he wanted her out asap. thats my reasoning.

Back again guys, and after seeing this swelter up quite a bit against me, I hate to break it to you, but you're being severely mislead. JamesV is scum, and he is leading a mislynch on me to put you all further in the whole. And to clarify, James, I didn't visit KJE last night. I commute on alternating nights, and was out of town last night.
I wouldn't even be surprised if he's being told to do this by his scum team, expecting that after I flip town, you'll lead a lynch on him. My guess is that it leads to a chain reaction, perhaps a bomb, or even some effect that causes another townie to be recruited as scum in his place, if that's possible. All I'm aware of is that when I flip town and you guys lynch him, it will most likely turn out even worse for the town.

Morning. We're at a Philadelphia police precinct, and George Washington Duke is handcuffed inside an interrogation room.
Duke: "You can't prove anything. I'm innocent until proven guilty, and you've got NOTHING on me."
Police officer: "We've got plenty. Now you stay right here; we've got paperwork to fill out."
The officer leaves, and a few seconds later, we see a pebble hit the room's back window. Duke turns around and sees Tommy Gunn and Clubber Lang, and those two quietly manage to open the window enough for Duke to crawl out!
Duke: "You guys are godsends. It's like you have experience getting justice for innocent people."
Lang shrugs.
Lang: "Dunno what you're talking about, boss, but thanks."
Gunn: "I mean, what are we, 'The A-Team?' Those guys never hit anything they shot at. We ALWAYS get our man."
Lang suddenly throws a dirty look at Gunn, but they shrug it off. Again, we see Tommy Gunn with a buzzer-like figure in his hand.
The three almost get to a limo, but standing outside of it are Rocky and Adrian Balboa.
Rocky: "Where do you think YOU guys are going?"
Duke: "I've been sprung, Balboa. Only in America do two paragons of justice like Tommy Gunn and Clubber Lang come around. You haven't seen the last of us."
Adrian: "You won't get away with this."
Duke: "I think I already have, little lady. Good day."
The trio get into the limo, which begins driving away. Inside, the three start laughing, and Duke says two words between the titters.
Duke: "Now, Tommy."
Back at the precinct, we see Anthony Gazzo confidently stride toward the Balboas.
Rocky: "You get it done?"
Suddenly, we see Gunn and Lang dive out of the limo. A second or two later, the limo explodes.
Gazzo: "That answer your question?"
Adrian: "What did you do?"
Gazzo: "They'd put a small explosive in the room to create a diversion. I snuck in and had one of my guys attach it to Duke's belt buckle before they sprung him.
Anyway, we won't be hearing from him anymore."
DEAD: George Washington Duke, Roy Speede, Mafia Godfather

Evening. Our scene opens at a jam-packed Philadelphia Civic Center, where one of the world's largest wrestling promotions is making its yearly visit. The marquee outside advertises Thunderlips, one of the most popular grapplers on the planet.
Inside, we see Thunderlips in his own private dressing room, his championship belt on a table and his gear in a bag on his couch. He's not alone, as Rocky Balboa, Adrian Balboa, Rocky Balboa, Jr., and his entourage are also in the room.
The mood is pretty upbeat, and several people have beers in hand.
Rocky, Jr.: "Thanks for the tickets, man. We all needed a night out after everything that's gone down."
Thunderlips: "Don't sweat it, brother! After everything your father's done for me, it's the least I can do."
Rocky: "Just don't go through any tables out there, okay?"
Everyone laughs.
Thunderlips: "Who else is here?"
Adrian: "Oh, the whole crowd. Well, everyone who's left."
A silence falls over the room for a few seconds.
Thunderlips: "OK. I hate to cut this short, but I've got to get ready to go to work. You guys all know where you're going?"
Rocky: "Yeah, we know. Kick some ass, buddy."
High-fives and handshakes all around before Rocky and his family exit. Thunderlips's entourage soon follows, leaving only the wrestler in the room.
When everyone is gone, Thunderlips takes out a needle, pulls his pants down, and injects himself with a clear fluid that we presume is a performance-enhancing drug. He gets his gear out and begins to stretch.
However, after a few seconds, we clearly see something is not right. He begins seizing and grabs his neck, as if whatever he injected is suffocating him. He flops to the ground, and his dead body is not discovered until he doesn't show up for his match later that night.
DEAD: Thunderlips, Knuckles, Town Two-Shot Double-Voter

Night 1 was the only night it could have happened since Rebs is claiming it happened night 2. If not, then Rebs is suspect as well as he's likely only posting in the QT

The only reason I'm not quick to vote here is the replacement of Jules and Hyatt. My belief is that when someone is replaced instead of modkilled it's because their roll is important enough. It'd be nice to hear from Jules beforehand.

Apologies for not posting last day phase. The game went by so quickly that by the time I was home to check it the day was already up with that speedy (HA) lynch.
As for T-Marv's claim that me or Pancho are suspicious for circumstances regarding Knuckles death. If anyone, it's Pancho (If it was either of us, in the game I just hosted you dazzled us with your ability to create gold from nothing at all).
I did not visit Knuckles last night.

I personally (and I hope most mods) would grab available replacements regardless of role, so as to avoid that kind of "Bully the New Kid" mentality that can cost the town in a big way. |
