Thanks to Biggs and Marvin for writing matches. Huge thanks to Envi, who was ready, but do to my stupidity, didn't get to this week.
Thanks to Envi, Mania, Level-One, Biggs, Gates, Marvin, Delikado, Buckson Gooch, and A.C. Smith for writing segments. If I missed anyone, let me know.
Apologies to Smith and Gooch, their segments didn't quite fit. There were some continuity issues and so I left them out but since they were submitted, they should get points.

Just a heads up, though I was credited for writing a segment, it was left off. It's no problem if it was a continuity issue or simply an accident, I just wanted to make sure you knew.

Did I miss the Marvin/Mania match or was it left off?

I also noticed a segment missing, but it's posted in News & Rumors, so... Crisis averted. ;D
I also missed Marvin/Mania on the card, but I skimmed it on my phone, so I'll have to give it a full review tonight and hopefully leave feedback for the first time in like, three months...

Edited with the Mania/Marvin match and Delikado segment.
Can you tell this has been an awful day? So sorry for all the mistakes. I know there are a lot of coding errors as well, which I'll go back and fix when my brain is a little more clear.

Just a continuity thought I noticed here.... President Jeff fired Rebel earlier in the show, but then after the main event, Rebel changed the stipulation on the main event of Rasslemania... What?

Just a continuity thought I noticed here.... President Jeff fired Rebel earlier in the show, but then after the main event, Rebel changed the stipulation on the main event of Rasslemania... What? Yeah, that was two different people writing two different segments. I tried to edit the commentary, one place specifically with Chase saying, "Rebel doesn't care...it's his last episode of Overdrive!" kind of thing. Couldn't figure out how to change that one without having to rewrite the entire ending.

My fault guys! I didn't know rebel was gonna be fired because I never Okay'd my segment with Rebel, just kinda wrote it as a good way to send OD home.

LOL
After show edits... WE NEED THATS.
EDIT - I almost figured Terry and CJ Gates would close out the show... but then Terry's match should've just been the main event to begin with.

Well this is the first of my Overdue Overdrive Feedback, as said before I plan to go back and review all the Overdrives I can since I was AWOL.
I thought I sent in a segment but it doesn't show in my outbox for some reason. I'll post it shortly
Opening of the show the Mania/Envi feud is one of the most interesting one's I've seen in a long time. Makes me wonder if Mania is going heel. I think he would make a good one too.
Too bad Dan didn't roleplay almost a perfect show. But Delikado gets one over Legion. well written match by the boss.
I was very pleased to read this triple threat match. Had a good flow and a great outcome. I really like how Buckson Gooch has excelled in the singles division. He puts up great work and will be going places. Congrats to Gates.
Marvin versus Mania was a damn good match. (What can I say Marvin writes steller matches) Good showing between both champions.
Level One. I enjoyed your work this week. I think we both thought the deadline was last night HAH! It was nice to throw down I'm glad you agreed to work the match I think it gives us both a good build to Rasslemania regardless of the outcome.
Biggs and Level One's feud is also going strong. Wonder what the outcome will be at Rasslemania.
I don't want this next part to upset anyone but the only down side to this show is the expected winners. No offense to anyone out there we all work hard but there wasnt a real surprise victor in any match this week. (Not dissing my own work, I never expect to win a match I ask for but I still do throw my all into the RP just in case) I sometimes like to see a surprise ever now and then in a show. I did enjoy the little three counts between Marvin and Gates. Thats something I used to see on WWF back in the day. Its nice to get a little Attitude era brewing here.

Continuity aside (although Rebel did try and work with it), the show was good. A pretty good go home show if you ask me since it capped off a lot of the feuds going into Rasslemania. Seems like a lot of stipulations this year as opposed to years past, but there's also nothing wrong with that, especially given the feuds going on.
I did like how Hart tied in all of the stipulations to their feud and had reasons for them. Sometimes three stages of hell just get three stipulations with no real reason. So I liked that.
The matches were also well written. Enjoyed the Gooch/Envi/Gates match so props to the writer of that, and, really, enjoyed all of them. Typical Overdrive fashion to go out with a bang.
Really looking forward to what everyone is going to bring to the table for Rasslemania. It looks like we've got tons of great feuds right now which should make for awesome RP battles and great matches. Well done everyone!

I said it in the PM and I'll say it publicly, your trash talk was beastly this week and it certainly woke up. Definitely earned my respect & attention on that front. I think you out talked me this week and with some more overall balance in your RP, probably would've beat me. So, kudos on that front. I don't say these types of things often. I'll be back on Sunday, so I'll see about jotting some notes and finally giving feedback... but probably not.

Alrightt...
I like that the show started off with something different. A lot of the mid-card titles get lost in the shuffle on big shows like these, but I don't think the Overdrive Title has ever lost steam. As long as I've been here there has always been a strong champion to put over the belt like crazy, and a strong challenger that had an amazing story. This time is no different.
I don't know if it's just because it's something different from Terry/L1/NobleHart, but I found this segment tying me into the show a lot quicker than usual. It made me excited to see if Evan would finally get his Overdrive Title shot and like someone else mentioned kind of made me wonder if Mania would turn heel? It would be cool to see, but that might be cliche.. and you never see somebody overcome the odds socially and stay a face. Either result will be fun.
In past weeks I've had mixed feelings about the NobleHart story. It's been compelling, and something about it just seems so far different from a wrestling angle. Usually that's been a good thing, because it makes it stick out on a card that already has a lot of huge matches and a HoF ceremony. Sometimes, however, it seems a little too much like a Hollywood B-movie action romance. I haven't consistently enjoyed it, but I've consistently been entertained and this week's segment was one of their best.
Very impressed that each of the 3 stages were chosen with a valid (in Chris Hart's mind) reason. Love the continued use of fire as a weapon lol... definitely gives an air of uncertainty to the show sometimes. I also always love the way Kurt utilizes West in his segments.
Short match between Legion and Deli, but both have something to work off of potentially. I think Legion could be interesting if he was feuding with someone... face or heel. And I think I said it in feedback many moons ago, but I would love to see Delikado turn face. I think it could result in an immediate main event run.
I know Biggs asked for feedback a while ago about how he was doing as a Face, and I've thought Biggs has been in the middle of a slow face turn for months even before he turned. Now he seems to be in the role naturally. I don't think he has to be squeaky-clean, but he's not as malicious as a lot of the antiheroes running around e-fedland. With that said, nice touch to add that he was biased toward Shadow at the end of the interview. Eventually L1 came into the scene and things got heated. I almost expected a brawl to break out but instead there was just a good back and forth. A little surprised to see L1 reject the cage match idea at first but his reasoning was good and 2 cage matches on Rasslemania would've been lame.
Loved the Mania freakout. I was wondering when we'd follow up the opening segment and this is pretty close to what I was expecting to happen. Kind of sad to see the hard working good guy get manipulated and screwed over again. It gives the Envi character credibility, suspending the need to win "ordinary" matches, which has been great for CJ Gates who has looked dominant the past few weeks, especially in a short but great triple threat match this week. Buckson Gooch is the 2nd person in this triple threat that, due to their story and character, don't need to secure an "ordinary" win to remain a threat. The 3 characters in this match were all so different, and I'm glad that Gates has been able to ride a wave of momentum into Rasslemania. You need it. It's Terry Marvin. Speaking of which, he appeared at the end and I almost missed it, but glad to see a continuation of the past 2 weeks' actions.
I don't know WHAT is going to happen between Delikado and Shane West at Rasslemania, but whatever it is- as scary as it is to admit- has the possibility to steal the show if Delikado is allowed to have a microphone. Loved the segment, but I really wish Delikado was in a high profile feud. I thought for sure he would've been a contestant in the Xtreme Title match.
Mania vs Marvin was a main event level match so well done to the writer, but what came after was a little bit predictable. Glad to see Gates get his momentum back even though I'm sure it isn't the last time they'll meet for the night. Also, was hoping to see Mania follow up somehow to the events earlier in the night, but it makes sense after seeing the News and Rumors board thread.
The segment with Evan and Sienna happened and we find out that Evan got the Overdrive Title match. Even though he's a heel, I was pulling for it... mainly to see Mania avenge Rosa and his business... It is another one that made more sense to me after the news/rumors thing, but at first I thought it was due to the triple threat which made either Gates or BG look like a monster. Speaking of which, another good segment from A.C. Smith which fell into the news/rumors board as well. Glad to see Buckson get called out by the Xtreme Champ, finally.
I loved the match between Shadow and L1 and they were some of the few Overdrive RPs I read this week... close... lol the Hurricanrana at the end was totally stolen from the main event of Raw 2 weeks ago but it was still a good match. Always good to see the two kept visible even during each other's matches.
Um... No Slade Craven, anywhere. Not even mentioned. This is the first week that I was actually looking forward to seeing what Craven was going to do to Shadow on Overdrive- and nothing. At all. What a tease lol. Understandably the handler was away though.
Interesting segment afterward.... the announcement that Rebel wanted to enter the main event of Rasslemania and Jeff coming out to fire him seemed abrupt and a little rushed, but the action afterward was great and an iconic sendoff to Rebel as the GM from Overdrive... chaotic.
A little explanation goes a long way, so Harvey mentioning that Rebel was just fired was a very nice touch though I kind of wish the injuries sustained had been sold. Maybe have him brought out being supported by a security guard and an EMT or something lol... idk. But the segment did what it needed. I don't know how excited I am to see Terry Marvin vs CJ Gates in an Iron man match. The feud has been good, and it makes all the 3 counts make a LOT of sense now, but I don't know if it's been epic enough to warrant 60 minutes of Marvin vs Gates. I'm sure it will be a good read though. Good luck to both guys!!
Overall this was a great show. Shadow said with the match results, there was a lot of the same, but for the sake of momentum a lot of that seemed necessary. There were some risky segments and directions taken toward Rasslemania so props for those.
Good show. I felt like something was just missing from it... but it did what it needed to do- sold the heck out of Rasslemania. It was a very good show, and I'm going to miss the Johnny Rebel era! You're the best.
