Sorry if it counts as a bump (especially considering my laptop won't let me delete my previous feedback post) but I thought it would make sense to make a feedback thread of both RPs...so here they are.

I tried to use a different method since, from what some of the old RPs that a few of my opponents have made, it looks like a case of "more trash talk=win" but either way, I hope you enjoy them.

More trash talk doesn't equal win. Good writing equals win. there needs to be a steady flow of story, drama, and yes trash talk.

I had a few qualms right away. First was the whole explanation about your choice of trash talk rp. That's why we have a feedback thread, you shouldn't waste word counts that can be helpful for your rp on some silly explanation that could be posted here.

Secondly, You bring up William regal. I am not a judge, and I don't write matches but that's very silly IMO opinion. I hate when efed characters make reference to real world wrestling. Reading that kind of thing takes us out of of our universe of APW.

William Regal doesn't exist in our world.

Now that's not to say that breaking the fourth wall is a bad thing, but it has to be done in a wink and grin type thing, I do it all of the time. But to outright reference a real wrestler detracts from our characters.

That being said I agree trash talk is important, it's needed because that's what the heart of a wrestling promo is. You sell your match, you sell yourself and to sell yourself you must look better than your opponent.

In a situation like this where were are allotted 2 rps and 6000 total words it's one hundred percent necessary to trash talk and if you come off passionately in doing so.

and it was this rp, that really inspired my second rp because I love the worked shoot formula.

Yeah like I avoided saying Chris Jericho in my Jeff RP because of the whole no real wrestlers are allowed to be mentioned in APW which was why I put Jeff lost to Chris at Rasslemania one and two.

I kind of "called you out" in my second RP, for mentioning Foley in comparison with Havok. That was my biggest issue with things. Secondly, I saw no real intellect. To me, it seemed more like "Bitch this, bitch that, shit, piss, fuck, cunt, cocksucker, mother fucker, tits, fart, turd, and twat.".

Now, I know those aren't the EXACT things that you said, and I really loved the effort you put into them (I mean hell, you fucking showed up! Lol), but there was no real "round about" with them, as far as bringing a story full circle, or keeping people enthralled with the roleplays.

Like I said, I loved your effort. You're a hell of a rolepleyer, and you BELONG in the big dance. However, something more elaborate should have been planned for an event like this. More elaborate, or more intellectual.

Just my opinion, though. And I mean no offense whatsoever.
