1. John Green wins the APW World title in a mini tournament that took place at New Years Retribution 2008. He defeated Kristina Blackwell and then went on to the main event and defeated Trevor Blackwell, Vinnie Hardcore and Gordon Shumway in a Fatal 4 way Ladder Match

2. Kenny would beat John in about 5 minutes in this World Title match. Not wanting a main event to last 5 minutes, President Jeff made Kenny defend his newly won title then and there against none other than.... Hurricane Jeff. After a back and forth Battle, Kenny walks out of Rasslemania the champ.

3. Kenny Vs Phate was never suppose to be part of this show. The main event was Kenny Lambardo Vs President Jeff in an I quit match and who ever won would get custody of Kenny's son. After a vicious and hard-fought contest that went back and forth Kenny was finally able to make Hurricane Jeff yell "I Quit" with a beautiful STF! Kenny celebrated his retaining the World Title and his newfound custody of his son Kenny - - but Jeff vowed earlier in the evening to make sure that Kenny Lambardo would NOT leave Las Vegas with the APW World Title and made another World Title Match to start immediately! The opponent? None other than the number one contender for the APW World Title, "The Icon" Dr. Phate! Phate got his APW World Title shot a month early - and thanks to an assist from President Jeff "The Icon" Doctor Phate is the NEW APW World Heavyweight Champion!

4. Twister defeated Doctor Phate in a No DQ Match to win the title and be the first ever APW Double champion, also holding the Xtreme Title

5. Sabur won his first APW title inside the Elimination Chamber at One Night in Hell. Sabur entered the match being the 5th competitor in and Eliminated Spirit, Twister (Dr. Matt also pinned Twister), and Dr. Matt to win the title.

6. On The January 5th edition of Overdrive, Sabur was attacked by Trevor Blackwell and Tabitha Crowley which led to Sabur getting a Knife in the leg, putting him out for a while. Trevor would steel the belt and call himself the world champ. The following week, January 12th, the Title became officially vacated. A match was then made between Trevor and Michael Lively(hand picked #1 contender) and Lively wins the title at New Years Retribution

7. Level One became #1 contender by winning the survive and conquer match at New Years Retribution. Level One then went into Rasslemania V and defeated Lively to become the World Champion

8. In a No DQ Fatal 4 way at Mayhem, Pence Weatherlight won the World Title after pinning Level One after hitting his finisher on him, thus ending Level One's undefeated streak of 16 wins since November

9. After losing the APW Heavyweight Title, Level One used his rematch at Test for the Best to regain the APW Heavyweight Title

10. After losing the Heavyweight Title, Pence continued to chase Level One for the title, even losing at One Night in Hell. Pence got himself one more match with Level One at the biggest event of the year, Rasslemania VI. The two warriors faced off in a 60 minute Iron Man match. The first fall went to Pence Via Disqualifaction then Level One pinned Pence shortly after and with just a few seconds left, Pence hit the Heavy Artilery on Level One and defeating him as the clock landed on Zero.

11. What was suppose to be a Handicap match with Level One taking on both Bryan Payne and Pence Weatherlight, before the match, The champ, Pence comes out announcing his retirement. The GM, Biggs, would then change the match to a triple threat match for the title, forcing Pence to wrestle. Bryan would end up pinning Pence to win the title.

12. The 2010 Test for the Best main event featured 2 of the top starts in APW. Bryan defeated Level One a month prior at Mayhem, but this time, the outcome was different with Level One winning, and this time, winning when it counted. This makes Level One a 3 time APW Heavyweight Champion

13. Sally Talfourd made history at One Night in Hell, becoming the first female to win the APW Heavyweight Title. Sally defeated 5 other men in the Elimination Chamber.

14. Rasslemania VII saw Sally Talfourd Vs Level One 3. A No DQ match that went into the crowd, around the ring and had the fans at the edge of their seats the entire time. The two kicked out of each others mulitiple signature moves, but in the end, Level One became the 4 time APW champion by hitting the Darkness Shrine on Sally from the top rope.

Note: As of March 28th 2010, the Heavyweight Title has been change to the Undisputed Title to refect the change of the Asylum show

15. At Test for the Best, Biggs, who was Overdrive Champion at the time, defeated Level One and became the first person in APW history to hold 2 title at one time.

16. CJ got his shot at the title after winning the Test for the Best tournament. CJ would go on to defeat Biggs, winning his first APW Singles title with a little help from the debuting Kurt Noble

17. In a Fatal 4 way match at Rasslemania VIII, Kurt Noble was able to defeat Blade, Johnny Rebel and CJ Gates to win the Undisputed Championship

18. After winning the Test for the Best tournament, Terry guranteed himself a shot at the title against Kurt Noble, which he defeated to win his 1st Undisputed Title

Note: On March 25th 2013, World Heavyweight Champion, Michael Callahan was Traded to Overdrive for Undisputed Champion, Terry Marvin, therefor, the two titles switching brands.

19. The APW Undisputed Championship, becoming the first major title in the APW rebirth, was vacated on July 2nd, 2015. The new champion would be decided in the upcoming weeks as APW started with a blank slate.
