Firstly... Thanks to Callahan, Envi, Kyle, Envi, and Havok for writing matches.
Secondly.... Thanks to Callahan, Envi, Kyle (miss you already), Havok, AC Smith, CJ Gates, Rebel, and... Others? for writing segments.
Thirdly... I know there are some coding mistakes and some entrances missing. This show was put together on my phone cause my laptop died while I was out of town.
Fourthly This is the FIRST show I've ever judged on my own. Some of the Roleplays were VERY VERY close. I appologize if you think I may have gotten it wrong, but I did my very best.
That is all.
Thank you!

Nice job Terry, knowing the challenge of the cell phone gimmick I think it's amazing. Callahans pressence made clear, Envi is a star and his interaction with Smith was entertaining. Great show!!!

CALLAHAN'S SEGMENT OF THE WEEK Who else but Kurt Noble? The heart felt speech that caps off his monumental career, one that helped change the way this game is played by a lot of people has to take the top spot here. It touched all the right points and ended the career of a man defined by his nobility and his grace ('cept for when he goes batshit) and I can't think of a better way to send off someone who by all rights should be in the APW Hall of Fame next year. That said, it's unfair for anyone to have to try and compete with the swansong of Kurt Noble, so I'll give a secondary mention to Evan Envi and A.C. Smith interchangeably for their pre-match post-match segments. I'm not quite sure why Evan was calling them both Steven but I'm sure this has been or will be explained in coming Overdrive's and while I was initially sceptical of a tag team between the two champions (Envi is such an atural heel and Smith a face) it seems to be playing out quite well in a Benoit/Angle kind of way. CALLAHAN'S MVP OF THE WEEK ME! Obviously. Being a fucknut aside, I'm torn between three choices but have to give one person the clear nod. Kurt Noble while he hung up his gloves deserves the spot because he wrote the best segment Overdrive will see for a long time, however he doesn't get the MVP of the Week because he already got segment of the week and that'd be totally unfair. Level One could get it for standing tall and supreme over the world champion at the end of the show in a dominating display which sets up nicely for Level One, however I'm reluctant to make people MVP if they're doing stuff that's involved with me because I feel like I'm being biased. So instead I'll give it to my third and final pick of Dan White for becoming #1 contender to the Xtreme Title. I've seen Dan writing for years and do believe and know he has the talent to be Undisputed/World Champion one day and in winning himself a championship opportuity, he takes his first steps along that war-torn road towards victory. Strong showing here, and I look forward to seeing how he capitalises on the chance. Having faced Dan White countless times before, I can tell you A.C. Smith that you're in for a tough ride whenever you've got to defend against him. And that's all for me. I'll be running these features every episode of every show.

For the record, Evan was only referring to Shadow as Steven. He simply says it twice For once, I'm in the process of Overdrive feedback... Jules and his shifty eyes guilted me into it.

Ah right, it was this part that confused me. I see then. That'd be quite interesting though, to see Evan Envi go mental and visualise everyone as someone who beat him years ago called Steven and he demands revenge.

Overdrive 4/4 Feedback
Good stuff from Callahan to begin the show, even though I would have preferred an in-ring from the new champion to "introduce" himself to the Overdrive crowd. All of the backstage happenings almost took away from the beginning of the show. I'm assuming we're heading to a Callahan face-turn, which is a must for Overdrive, at the moment. It's been a heel heavy show for a very long time, and having a face with the belt opens up so many possibilities.
Typical solid promo from Gates. It gets the job done... as C.J. almost always does in his segments.
A rather abrupt reemergence from Nathaniel Havok. I would have expected something a little more dramatic coming from such an APW stalwart However, the segment accomplished its purposes and welcomed Havok back in the fold. I'm glad he's back on Overdrive - it gives the roster a much needed punch in the arm. Losing three incredibly talented writers in Noble, Hart, and Marvin in such a short span has really opened the whole brand up for those to step up their game. Havok fits the bill here on Overdrive.
What's up with the lack of entrances for White and Legion? I believe both showed this week so no need for the cold start.
I'm liking the idea of a Havok/Smith feud.
A few placement issues - I'm assuming Havok's segment was meant to go in the midst of a new post or some time later in the evening. It continues on in the next segments with double "as we cut to backstage" comments between Callahan & the Sindicate's segment to Shane West with A.C. Smith. All kinks that'll be worked out as Terry settles in, I'm sure.
No entrences again. Boo! I'm a big fan of Amy Zing on Overdrive. Another fantastic addition to the roster. Good, quick match that did a decent enough job putting over both megastars. I'd like to see this one continue if Lively wasn't making the switch to the dark side.
Having Duvall become the new in-character general manager of APW made sense and continues on with storylines. I'm intrigued at the addition of the Sindicate to the scene, with them being the financial backers to Duvall in his quest to run Overdrive.
A hearty tip of the cap to C.J. I'm positive this won't be the last time we get to do this! Also, a huge thank you to Kyle aka Kurt Noble. I don't have anything to add that people haven't already said but thanks for giving this one last go - and choosing this match to be your swan song in the APW. He added so much to the quality of this fed through segment writing, match writing, and presence on each show. It's a tremendous loss for the APW but thankful that the Rebel and Noble characters will forever be intertwined in my favorite feud I've had in all the years I've been doing this. Well done, buddy, and thanks again!
Level-One, Michael Callahan and Delikado is a delicious mix of awesomeness!
A really solid card coming off the heels of RassleMania. There is some serious potential for some folks to really make their mark on the APW with Overdrive being as wide open as its ever been. A few small coding errors, and a few things were missing, but I know TMarv will work through those issues and Overdrive will be smooth sailing in no time.
Can't wait for next week!

All kinks that'll be worked out as Terry settles in, I'm sure. A few things... 1, I don't remember which, but White/Legion didn't have an entrance in their bio. Therefore, hoping that there would be an opening segment, I just wrote them as already in the ring after commercial. 2, I will take most of the blame for the "commercial" issue, as I sent the match AND segment to T-Marv in the same PM. 3, With him (Terry) being out of town with his laptop not working too well, let's cut him some slack, and I'll take the blame. 4, Thank you for the kind words, Reb... I'm ecstatic to see you back, as well!

To be honest, I don't really care about entrances. Funny how it's pointed out here but in my previous fed the entrances for TV at least were always written with inside jokes in them since nobody ever bothered to read them.

A great card coming out of Rasslemania. Lots of new feuds were beginning to take shape, carrying us into a new year. Interested to see where some of them go.
I also liked the Callahan stuff, because it helped bring the character to Overdrive for those that might not have followed. Very solid stuff - as is the norm from Callahan - and there was some great segment work done by Evan and A.C. and...hell, every segment was well done and served a purpose even if that purpose was small.
The matches were well written and had me interested in everything. Sure, there might have been some entrances missing, but the entrances only really serve a purpose if they've been changed to fit a certain feel at that moment, or for a big show to help build the anticipation. I don't mind that some were missing. The rest of the matches were well written.
Tip of the cap goes to you, too, Rebel. Always a pleasure working with you, and I'm sure it won't be the last time.
What I really liked was the Kurt Noble segment to finish the show. Not just because it was well written, but because it wasn't just a Kurt Noble exit speech, it was a Kyle exit speech. Kyle, I've said it before, but it has been an honor to work against you and with you. I'm glad I could be helpful in your storytelling, and I'm glad I was given the chance to work with you, because I think you helped open my eyes to what real storytelling is all about. Plus, you've helped a lot with making me a better writer. Thanks for all that you've done in APW and to help APW and if that indeed was your last match, I'm glad you chose the nostalgia role with a Gates vs. Rebel battle.
Slight errors aside, I think the show was good. Maybe it could have been better, but when you've got a few stories building already, you can't complain. I guess the only downfall was I expected more from Marvin as far as an exit speech goes, but I guess it did also serve it's purpose.
Awesome job everyone, and congrats to all the winners!

Oh and just as an aside, I want to give a shout out to Johnny Rebel for having a hilarious return gimmick for me to laugh at.
The mental image of Shane Douglas digging through an open trash can like a hungry blonde raccoon has had me laughing my ass off all week.
