APW Meltdown wrestler Michael Jennings cut his own face and his left hand with a piece of glass from a beer bottle he shattered on camera according to the camera operator who was with him. He was treated at a local medical center. When asked about why he cut himself, his response was "To prove to the world that I'm not messing around. This place needs some chaos to disrupt the conformity and order that has taken hold of this business. I am that chaos. You have been warned."
A fire crew was also sent to where the incident took place to put out a small fire started by Jennings. He was questioned about the incident and was issued a small fine to which he reportedly responded by laughing before walking to the medical facility.
