It does have some good parts in it. I won't go into a deep review because I think feedback from you is suppose to be done before you ask for some, I haven't read the rules regardless so I'll just have some points.
-- Funny at parts, the Cum Loud thing has been done to him already and most of the trash talk was more based off his bio and not things you've taken from his promo work. To me that says you don't read the promos much. Maybe I'm wrong.
-- Bailey HAS beaten me, we're tied 2-2 and that in itself has been plastered all over the place as of last Asylum. You also only took the Title History to credit Sally and Farquhar for beating him and it just comes off more petty than actual research on the matter. This is where a Contender becomes a Champion in my opinion.
-- I like NBK as a Tag Team, I think you guys match together well. I think most probably assumed you guys were the same person but I have talked to Roberts well enough to know differently. This could be a damn good match and TRUST that I'll get my shot at you guys again which I look forward too because I enjoy the duo. Do some more "homework" on your opponents, not just their bios or their title history. That works for when your opponents are New and Bailey isn't. You have so much to find in his work to pick at, tear at. Yet I don't get the sense you did it here. Still it was funny but more could have been done.
