Asylum 6/16 Feedback and Discussion

So the cable company crapped out on me, and Payback isn't working. Good news, I'm getting credit for the next PPV. Bad news, I'm missing Jericho vs. Punk until it gets put up on the internet.

In any event, I'm working on putting Asylum together now. Show will be posted shortly, unless anyone has any last minute segs they want to get in.

For Match writing, thanks to Chris Madison, Jason Kash, AJP, and TMarv for matches.

Jair, great pleasure man! Really we talk all the time on the PS3, good dude. You dubbing Kash "Durrty Boy" was great, co-sign this dude. Legit writer and under valued. Dying Breed period is. It was a good show. I would've liked to see Mr. Dangerous eliminate somebody though.

I don't know where the Raab/Reginald thing is going but I'm interested. Also, what happens if L1 wins at T4TB? He'll defend the title on both shows? Sounds exhausting.

I find it strange that there's a few long feedback stuff from the two shows but hardly any for Asylum. I will give my thoughts today when I'm on my computer in a bit.

Raab's Asylum Feedback

As for you Ron to wonder where this leads to. It's building up from Stefan's win at Rasslemania nine when he faced against President Jeff and that's when the whole Stefan becoming General Manager for Asylum renamed Raab-A-Mania started.

Me and Biggs were going to end the whole story line on the last show but due to a popular demand of people saying it was too short and thanks to you all for feedback on that two weeks ago by the way. It's all restarting again and will last a lot longer than it did the first time.

I laughed my head off at the bit when Stefan said he's the sexiest wrestler in the world. Not something he would usually say but it fits to his attitude at the moment.

For someone that's come in to write the Kash/Hopkins match. This was a really solid write up. It's good to see Jair Hopkins come out winning this match as he really needs it being really underrated around here. Well done dude.

Uh oh another wrestler having problems with APW management alert. I found the Jennings/NBK segment really funny on destroying the camera and then it leads to the Jennings/Schmidt segment with Jennings teasing Reginald about being Stefan's whip boy and Reginald being so angry and Michael destroying the camera that his punishment is being in the rumble with one arm tied behind his back. I can't wait to see where this Michael Jennings/APW management thing is going to lead.

Another guy I find highly underrated around here is Christian Kane. It's a shame that Michael Lively didn't RP for the match maybe he had reasons on not showing but it's good to see Christian in the tournament as he's worked his ass off to improve a lot on his RP's and being in the New Sindicate with Terry Marvin, Aubrey and Logan just make him more noticed. I honestly find the Christian character really funny. Keep up the good work dude.

I hate to be giving negative feedback here but I was confused with the Foul Play segment like they start of being buddies and then Michael Lively attacking Jason Kash. Are Foul Play still together as a team or what? Not sure what's going on there between Lively and Kash but it is what it is I guess with them now facing off at Test For The Best. It will be interesting to see what side Reaver's on either with Lively or Kash.

What a fantastic heel segment from the New Sindicate guys from Logan, Aubrey and Christian making the crowd boo the hell out of them but I do think unless you Logan and Aubrey have done it to edit your contracts to be heels. I feel M&M are much better as heels than they are as faces in my view. Keep up with the good work guys.

What an entertaining commentary on the Aubrey/Logan Alexander match. I loved this bit of the commentary which made me laugh by Christian Kane.

Just priceless. It was a really solid write up for the match between the two and I really enjoyed reading that match. I see a tiny error on the commentary part with Chase instead of Beckett but hey everyone makes mistakes but it's nothing to worry about.

The rumble. What a surprise to see Mr Dangerous entering in the rumble. I certainly didn't see that coming at all so what a well thought idea to put him in the rumble which sadly comes to an end on Michael Jennings eliminating him but it's interesting to see Michael eliminating someone with one arm with Logan eliminating Jennings at the end there. Lively eliminating himself was really funny and it's something that doesn't happen in the wrestling world if at all. I loved the elimination at the end with Logan throwing Kash and Reaver out of the rumble. Everyone came out looking strong in this match so credit to the match writer on that. Congratulations to yet another underrated RPer on Asylum Logan Alexander.

Stefan turning out to be a face in this match? Interesting but I feel that's really the only time Stefan doesn't get hated is when he faces Terry Marvin because of Terry being a higher top level heel than Stefan is. I enjoyed reading this match because it sold that Terry was the main bully in the match while Stefan's the underdog in the match with the crowd cheering him especially when Stefan locked Terry in a Boston crab move. Excellent write up of the match dude. It's actually the first time in Stefan's career that he's lost a match by a submission as all the other times I lost as him have been by pin falls so it was nice to see Stefan losing out in a submission match.

Hm an Undisputed title against a Heavyweight champion at Test For The Best sounds interesting as hell. It's been building up for a while and I can't wait to see these two dogs going at it. Give everything you got Level One and Terry Marvin. I love how Level One done a set up where Terry thought he was facing Kaylyn at the PPV when in fact he was facing Level One. Really good stuff.




Yeah I know I don't do feedback often but since the other two shows got lots of feedback I wanted to put my thoughts on mine since I usually do feedback for Asylum once a month. It's cool if nobody likes this feedback but something is better than nothing as the saying goes. It's officially the longest feedback I've ever given to any show. Talk away with the show.

Appreciate the compliment. Truth is this is one of the few Feds that I've participated in where I didn't have a partial staff role. I'm no stranger to writing up matches and putting shows together. Just like everything else there was a little rust but I believe if guys put the time in to rp they deserve a match worth reading.

It was well written dude as not many new people that have come in do match writing at all. I hope to see you write more matches cos you are good at it. I agree that this fed is good for match writing without staff members getting involved all the time.

@raabies: Lively and Kash will battle for the Rights to Foul Play at T4TB. His leadership, my creation. But shh it's not been revealed as such yet and I just actually thought of that idea so YAY me!

Well I wouldn't have pushed the turn on Kash but with Lively getting into the Police Academy, his time is less and less. Which is understandable due to the training so because we wanted to feud a WHILE ago and laid the plans for that then, when he came to Asylum we settled with aligning for Foul Play and jumping off from that to a feud but since his time is on the short end, we are forced to rush into this so he can do his thing. Hope that clears up any confusion.
