The scene opens up inside the Executive office of Brian Hollywood. Hollywood can be seen working at his desk on his computer. He is hard at it typing something up on his screen. Hollywood stops working for a moment as he leans forward and cuffs his hands and puts his face into his hands. A few moments later, the door to his office opens and in walks his best friend, Niles Omega. Hollywood springs up as he sees Niles come through the door.
"Didn't mean to startle you man." Niles says as he closes the door.
Hollywood doesn't smile but nods his head slowly. He goes back to typing on his computer screen as Niles moves in closer obviously detecting something is up.
"You want to talk about it?"
Hollywood doesn't respond. Instead, his eyes are still glued to the computer screen.
"Come on man, talk to me. You've been hard at it all day and it's already after hours!"
Hollywood hands finally stop moving and he blinks his eyes. Hollywood slowly looks towards Niles and sighs.
"Sorry, Niles. I'm not trying to ignore you." Hollywood finally says. "I've just been trying to get all this done."
Niles peaks closer at the screen. "What are you exactly working on anyway?"
"I'm trying to compile any known associates with Lukas Montana that may have been burned by him in the past." Hollywood says as he turns his computer screen towards Niles.
"You have reason to believe the Chair may have been a past client or associate of Montana?" Niles questions interestingly. "Don't you think Lukas would have told you that? I mean, I know he isn't exactly the best guy you want to be working with right now given your history, but I don't see why he would keep that information from you."
Hollywood sits back and scratches his beard interestingly.
"You obviously haven't known him for as long as I've had to put up with his ways."
Hollywood rises from the chair and walks over near the window and grabs a bottle of water out of his personal cooler. He opens the bottle and takes a drink as he looks out his window and oversees the city of Los Angeles.
"Niles, you know how deceptive Lukas is. We haven't always worked together and this is the only time I'm working with the guy. It's not because I want to, it's because I have to. Lukas may be my polar opposite in business and my nemesis, but you know what they say. The enemy of my enemy."
Hollywood pauses and takes another drink from his water. Still looking out, Hollywood watches as the sun begins to take her setting. Hollywood turns back towards Niles.
"I don't think Lukas is keeping anything from me Niles. He knows he needs my help. Lukas wouldn't have come to me if he absolutely didn't have to. The man would still probably find a way to destroy me right now if he didn't have to. That's why I don't think Lukas is being deceptive here. However, I don't think he thought about checking his personal records of past associates who worked for him."
Hollywood walks back to his desk and sits back down. Niles sighs as he moves towards the front of Hollywood's desk.
"Well, at any rate, don't you think you should call it a night?" Niles asks. "I mean, you may be on to something with The Chair and possibly being a former associate of Montana's, but you've been at it all day!"
Hollywood nods his head slowly as he finally turns off his computer.
"Maybe your right. I've probably better call it a night. I'll look into this thing further in a couple days." Hollywood replies.
Hollywood flips off his computer and grabs his suit jacket as he tosses the now empty water bottle into his trash next to his desk. Hollywood and Niles make their way to the door and head out as Hollywood switches the lights off in the office.

The Shoot
This Thursday night, I face off against Niobe "Nightmare" Martin. This comes off the heels of a battle royal in which I lost. Down to the final three? I would have won the thing, but I made a critical error. I turned my back on Matthews. Am I going to make an excuse for myself? Hell no I'm not going to! That doesn't mean I can't beat myself up for it. You know, you prepare yourself for moments like that to avoid and I got to say, I made a very big rookie move. I've been in this business for a long time and have tons of experience. However, even veterans make mistakes every now and then. I'm human, plain and simple.
Is this going to stop me from my continued domination? Not a chance! This week, I'm in singles action and I'm looking to not wasting any time in springing back on the winning path. I'm facing Niobe, and from what I understand, this is her first go round alone around here. Niobe, while I may not like who you associate with, particularly the Black Hand, I honestly wish you good luck..because your going to need it!
You should be more focused on how I'm going to come at you in that ring than a song that pops in your head when you associate it with my name. I'm not going to show up to play around. I'm meeting you in that ring for one reason and one reason alone. To win and move on. It doesn't get any simpler than that! You've got your partner, Tommy Knox, in your corner for your match. I've got Jace Savage in mine. Let me make one thing perfectly clear to you. Savage is in my corner to insure that none of your other buddies or Tommy gets involved in our match. See, I don't plan on being jumped. I can't help if the Black Hand gets personally emotional that when one of their own loses, they feel like they need to come down to the ring and beat the person responsible senseless. They will be emotional, but they sure as hell won't be beating me down!
You don't want Knox to get involved in our match? Why is there something in that statement that I don't believe? I know you finally have the opportunity to prove that you can hang by yourself and be independent and that's great. However, I've been alone a lot of my career and I already know what to expect. That and I'm the opportunistic strategist and when you face me in that ring, I already pose a psychological advantage over you. I play with my opponents heads. Mind games is what I specialize in. I am the best in the world at what I do and what I do is overcome my opponents with something they never saw coming.
On Thursday, Niobe, I am your own worst nightmare. Your just going to have to hold your expectations for yourself, off, for another week. You have never faced a man like me before and I promise you, I will make your nightmare a reality. A reality that is going to strike you straight in the jaw! After I get finished with you this week, you can worry about how your singles career is going to shape better for you. You can think constantly about it after tomorrow night about how you just couldn't get the job done. Maybe reconsider why your wasting your time with the Black Hand and actually do something positive for your career. Something that won't distract you to opponents like me. I guarantee you that if your the least bit distracted by me, you will be sorry you ever had to face me. I know I'm already in your head, so having the pressure of the Black Hand on you can't exactly be good for you.
You have everything to lose in this match, Niobe. The pressure is all on you and I don't think you can handle it. I have the NewGen Rising in my corner, but I don't feel the pressure. You want to know why? It's because every single one of those guys and I, we all see eye to eye. We get it. We are supportive of each other and we got each others back. There's no pressure on if we lose a match. There's no revenge, there's no discredits, no talking down on any member. We simply are not like that. We strive to be better than that and that's what separates us from the rest of the stables in APW.
Niobe, I hope you are ready to face Knox, the Black Hand, after your match with me. Don't expect your time with them to go easy after our result. Just remember, I am your own worst nightmare Niobe, and that nightmare will come striking the reality across your jaw! You can bet that as an Executive Promise!
