Afternoon…
Michael Jennings is doing his daily walk on Santa Monica Beach with his cousin Summer Jennings and is talking about his match against Biggs. However during the conversation it turns to talk about Michael’s injuries suffered in the ring over the past several months,
Jennings: The injuries are starting to mount up, little cuz.
She stops and gives him a look before continues walking with him.
Jennings: I have a bunch of lingering injuries that need to be dealt with after this match win, lose, or draw which is a big issue for me. I have a lot of momentum going into this match so I’m hoping that I’m only out of the ring for a short time frame. I’ll find out if it’s serious after the match with Biggs.
Summer: That doesn’t sound good at all.
Jennings: No it doesn’t. In fact it’s been a big thing that I’ve kept hidden for weeks. The doctor wants me to come in and see him two days after the pay-per-view. I have a few issues that I’m dealing with and hopefully they get sorted out.
Summer: They will.
Jennings: I hope so too. I HATE taking time off but it needs to happen. I’ve got multiple injuries from my matches and it has to happen in order to prolong my career.
Summer: I can understand that. It’s a good move for you in the long run and will get you through this part of your career.
Jennings: I agree. Hopefully the news is good.
Summer: Is there any ulterior reason for you to be telling me all of this?
Jennings: Yeah I want Biggs to know I’m hurt so that way he’s not afraid of me.
Summer: Weird strategy…
Jennings: It’s all tactics and mind games, Summer. Tactics and mind games…
He smiles deviously as they continue walking and the scene fades to black.

The scene opens on Santa Monica Pier at night where Michael Jennings is standing by on the boardwalk. the famous Ferris wheel is in the background as Michael begins to address the camera.
Jennings: Biggs, this is going to be your worst fucking nightmare. You decided to talk trash about me which put you on my radar. Now don’t get me wrong, Biggs. I respect the hell out of you. There’s nothing that will change after this. However that is not going to stop me from trying to smash your brains out the side of your head. I am focused on sending a message through Hell at Shockwave. As you know this match is going to be a Chairs Match which is one of the most brutal matches there is in this industry.
This is my kind of match. You know and everyone else knows that I’m about inflicting pain in my matches instead of winning. There’s too many fools in this industry that think that wins and losses are the only thing to care about. It’s a disgrace that it’s come to that in this business which is why this business has become a joke. Defeating you at Shockwave will just be another joke in the same sick play that we’ve been a part of here in APW. It’s become a violent place to be at and this match is going to be just another match in a long line of ones that were created to cause maximum violence. That is something that I approve of but it’s too bad that you are my victim in this match, Biggs.
Now don’t think I forgot about what you said. You talked down to me. You talked a LOT of smack about me yet you found out very quickly that I’m not the man you want to talk smack about. I beat the hell out of you the first time I saw you after that. You were talking trash and I kicked your ass backstage. Then I did the same thing in the ring not once but TWICE. I’m better than you Biggs and you know it, the fans know it, and the whole world knows it. I’m going to prove it at Shockwave just like I have again and again leading up to this match. This match is going to be my finest moment here in APW. If I beat you in this match then maybe finally some of the powers that be around here will respect me. I’ve been disrespected for weeks just like the rest of The Black Hand has been and you all know it!
Stefan Raab winning the APW Suicidal Championship is only the beginning. The Black Hand is well on its way to taking over APW whether anybody likes it or not. Now let’s look at recent history here in APW. Not too long ago The League, The Synndicate, and The New Sindicate were controlling everything from the Watch Tower. Now all three groups are in shambles while The Black Hand, a group that was an afterthought at the time, has become the true power here in APW. When all three of those groups were fighting only myself and Tommy Knox stood up to them. That was the start of the Black Hand’s rise to power. After the dissolution of the NBK Knox and I got to talking. We both found common ground on almost every issue as it relates to APW and he sold me on joining as well as Raab. Did any of you fools think that just one of us would join without the other? I think not. If you did then you are nothing but a fool.
Now The Black Hand is BY FAR the most dominant group here in APW. NewGen has nothing on us and neither does any other group especially The Dying Breed. We are going to control this place very soon. We already control Asylum. It’s only a matter of time before we control Overdrive as well. We’ll start with Knox winning the Overdrive Championship, Chris Madison and Niobe Martin becoming number one contenders to the Tag Team Championship, and me sending you to the morgue, Biggs. That’s what’s going to happen. The entire world knows that The Black Hand isn’t messing around. We are going to make an impact and the takeover started on Asylum. It will continue on Shockwave.
I hate to be the one to finally send you to meet your maker Biggs but alas that is not the case. Now I’m not going to do some used car salesman shit and try to sell you on the fact that this is the truth like some people might but deep down I know that you realize that I am an honest man. So with that knowledge you would already know that I’m a man of my word. I’m an honest man who tells the truth unlike a lot of wrestlers in this industry. I’m not going to kiss ass just for the hell of it. That’s not me. I tell it like it is and Biggs, I’m telling you right fucking now that I am going to kick your ass.
At Shockwave I plan on making that everything that I’m saying is the truth which is something you don’t want. There’s nothing that you can do about it. I will beat your ass to the point where you literally become a Spaceman and are floating around waiting to die in the blackness of space. After tonight you will have many sleepless nights because of the nightmares you’re dreaming about this match and about me. I want you to wake up in a cold sweat because of what happened to you at my hands. I am going to smash your face in which is what my master plan is. I plan on cutting you into a bunch of tiny pieces that I will then proceed to stomp on unmercifully. It will be my pleasure to be the guy that sends you to he cemetery where you belong.
