News is circulating that APW Megastar Joseph Johnson is forming an International Based promotion in Paris, France after wanting to get a change of scenery. This will coincide with Overdrive coming to France for a show. As well as Joseph Johnson trying to give the fans what they want and make Wrestling...Excellent again. Though if this is true.... What sort of commitment can Joseph have on his own company as well as APW in general?
