What are your thoughts on the match you we’re in (applicable only if you didn’t write your own match): For my match, I'd have to say it was good. It looked one sided for the majority. It was still a good match. good work Kash What was your favorite match on the card: Honestly, I have to go with the tag team match between Hopkins/Hollywood Vs unforgiven. Technically a storyline match, but damn, it was a good match. Favorite Segment: The exposure of that idiot. Epic way to deal with the situation. I know it was technically a match, but it was more segment then match imo. Favorite moment in the show: the bit between Rebel/Felipe and L1. More specifically, when the Original syndicate and Black Hand just didn't show up to help, and their reaction was pretty much priceless, along with L1 putting them in place. Who was the show’s MVP: Storyline wise, Kash brought it, being a part of alot of the show, and booking the handicap match for next week. However, I do have to give props to Shadow for picking up the M.E last minute and still making it quite a good match 9not sure if he had gotten part of it from Robina, but still was well written) Additional comments: It was a step up from last week's show, and not just based on quality, but overall participation. I'm glad to see that. Also, I think that we're building up towards a really fun PPV for One Night In Hell (if that's not the best PPV name, I dunno what is lol).

Mind reader? So the segment was written with the thought of not being in a Main Event beforehand? It's cool regardless, good show.

Favorite Segment: The exposure of that idiot. Epic way to deal with the situation. I know it was technically a match, but it was more segment then match imo. Thanks, dude. I messaged Jeff beforehand, telling him that it might be a little too much, and was more of a segment than an actual match. I was hoping you guys would get some enjoyment out of it, as I enjoyed writing it. Nothing gets under my skin more than people like the fake Johnson, so I had to come up with something brutal and creative.

I can't sell a sore leg, sore back, sore arm, or sore neck if I don't know if it'll be worked into a match. I assumed that since this is Thursday Night Overdrive and not a flaming table of death match at a pay per view, I'd be able to stand upright without any need for an explanation. Call me cynical but I had a feeling that our match would be written last minute which even furthers why I didn't bother worrying about it.

Nothing wrong with the match if it was needed last minute. Just seemed after the match Kash hadn't done nothing and a fresh Rebel couldn't harm Level One? Makes the opponent he just had seem pointless but it's cool. Just one match and I've done plenty worse to my own character so moving on..

You're reading too much into it but that's fine. Shit, if I read into everything like that, this wouldn't be a show. Feedback coming soon since we stunk up the thread anyways.

No I'm not "emotional" you went into the rp saying it wasn't gonna be much so why sell it different in a post match segment? I don't usually complain about being undersold and losing was foreseen, I wouldn't kid myself otherwise but this was an undersell. You knew it wasn't a storylined match because I asked you about doing that to sell your storyline and nothing came from that. So you knew a match would happen short notice written or not, it was never suppose to be a 2 move smashing by Level One. Not that it was..Nothing on you Shadow, appreciate stepping up to do that. I would have written it if I knew it was needed. Didn't check the topic so that's on me.

If it's about being fresh -- I am not going to hassle every match writer by trying to perfectly sync up every post match segment I decide to do. If you thought it was on me or something to find out what injuries I'd incur during the match to properly sell them, I don't know what to tell you. I had Johnny Rebel pace his way to the ring to give Level-One time to recover from presumably exhaustion after the match. Other than that, you had nothing to do with the Level-One vs. Johnny Rebel story line. Nothing. There was nowhere your character fit, so you weren't written in. What this is really stemming from is that I didn't involve you in it. I apologize for not giving you a heads up. At best, I'm guilty for not telling what you asked for wasn't going to happen. Again, my apologies. You're clearly upset about it because it's the first and only thing you posted in this thread.

I haven't read through because I just got access back after traveling all day - however, I need to apologize for not getting in the second match I took.
I blew it. I was desperate for sleep last night and had to leave my hotel at 4:45 this morning. I blew it.
I'm sorry!

This isn't stemming from me not being "written in" I asked if you wanted to use the end to add to your feud with Rebel. I wasn't looking to be involved in the whole storyline at all. If you didn't want that cool like I said in the PM we can do it anyway desired. Nor did I suggest finding out what to "sell" but at least sell the match a little and there wasn't a sign of exhaustion either so...But hey I got the match I wanted and got more than I bargained for. On me.

I'm going to try and veer this back to feedback and away from the.back and forth between Kash and Level One...
-—-—-—-—-
What are your thoughts on the match you we’re in (applicable only if you didn’t write your own match): I thought my match was good. A perfect twist to our ongoing battle with The Space Cowboys. Couldn't be happier with the outcome of course. Only thing missing was closure with Tommy Knox. Would have liked to have seen some solid departure for his character. I think even a small note of trainers looking at Tommy while he holds his neck on the outside of the ring after getting pinned.
What was your favorite match on the card: Havok versus the fake Joseph Johnson. I know it was a storyline match and while it did feel like a segment it's still listed as a match. Thoroughly enjoyed the beat down given to the huge douche! Loved him being forced to call himself Nancy. Not for nothing...I feel bad for the real JJ. Unfortunately his character was stolen and while here had a lackluster performance.
Favorite Segment: Actually Im going with the Kash/Mr. Dangerous pep talk! Sold the fact that Kash was a huge underdog in this match. Only thing if would have liked to have seen was more dialogue from Mr. Dangerous. Something to the effect of I know what it's like to be the perennial underdog. To be given no chance.
Favorite moment in the show: Gonna be a little selfish here. Me winning the Overdrive Championship. I hate the fact that it came because Tommy Knox has decided to no show but am ecstatic that I was able to get a huge win over Gates. Not bad for a guy who's only been back to doing this for four months after a six year hiatus.
Who was the show’s MVP: Zachariah Blood. Even though the Unforgiven lost in a storyline match he showcased their tag team well in this show. Between pushing the AJP story and their tag title hunt, The Unforgiven has made it abundantly clear that they are major players here in APW.
Additional comments: I was a little caught off guard by the black hands involvement with Johnny Rebel and Level One. It created a bit of confusion for me not being apart of their ongoing story. Rebel and Madison just went toe to toe the week prior and no mention of that in the segment. And then Knox showing up on the stage at the end when he's been absent the last few weeks and is more than likely out of APW. Just minor things that felt off to me, that's all. As a whole though, good show with a lot of build towards ONIH. Looking forward to finishing our story with the War Games match at ONIH!

I guess it's my turn.
Overall, it was a good show. I liked how some of the stories played out a bit more, and I enjoyed some of the segments. For the most part they all had a purpose, whether to move a feud forward or to hype up a match on the card. Now, the specifics.
Congratulations to Chris Madison. You've done a lot in a short time to get yourself noticed and it paid off with the title win. Now, go and do the Overdrive title proud (unlike Knox).
I'm a bit confused as to why we've been running "Saints Flow" commercials. I mean, I get that the Syndicate/Sindicate is basically the same thing as in Saints Row 3, and I might be missing something in the storyline between Rebel/Level One (haven't had as much time to read) I just don't know if they're needed. Does it gain anything having them? Do we lose something storyline wise? I guess my gripe here is that it's nothing...original? I guess that's the only issue I have, and it's a really minor.
The Havok/Joseph Johnson match...I'm iffy on it. I mean, yeah, the guy ripped off another guys character, but am I the only one who felt that the match just wasn't needed? Or at least, to the extent that it was written? Sure, have Havok squash Johnson, but that's it. I know people are going to look at me funny, but I see it from the point of view of us giving this guy our attention because he plagiarized. Just kick him to the curb and be done with him, don't give him the satisfaction of acknowledging him (after all, isn't that what we did with the last guy who plagiarized someone else's work? Wasn't he just fired/banned?). I'm probably in the minority on this one though.
The lack of a Knox closure actually worked. I mean, with Black Hand coming out to push the cart of weapons down the ramp, Knox being there would have looked odd if he hurt himself in the match earlier on. So I guess that's the saving grace?
Also, since it was mentioned, you can't be upset about the continuity of a show like this. Yeah, maybe Level One looked fresher in the segment then he should have after the match with Kash, but that's what happens in this hobby. Unless the match and segment were written by the same person (which they weren't) that's always going to be an issue. Hell, look at the opening match. I had written the post match stuff with the idea that Biggs and the Black Hand would rush out after the match, not during, but I'm not too worried. It's probably all blown over, I just thought I'd leave my two cents that if you are hoping for 100% continuity/selling, you probably won't always find it in e-fedding.
Still, the show was good. Like I said, it makes things a lot clearer, like the stuff going on with the Black Hand and Space Cowboys (and not Foul Play). I'm looking forward to what ONIH has in store, though.

Completely agree with both topics. And I'm over the whole no sell. However this is only the second time in 4 years it's happened at least to me. First was a match between Kash and Casteel (Gates) and Rebel wrote the match, Kash got 2 moves in before being smashed and I was new at the time so it wasn't a big deal and neither is this. I believe it was done on purpose and you could scream til you were blue in the face and I wouldn't see it any other way. Best to just move on from it.
