Nicky Paige: Your main event of the evening is a two out of three falls match for the Undisputed Championship! The cameras pan around, showing a massive ovation from the Toronto, Ontario crowd after the announcement.
The haunting instruments and vocals of Foxygen’s “In the Darkness” penetrate the arena through its sound system and the crowd erupts into a thunderous, negative reaction. The song rips through the PA system, followed by neon strobes swaying through the crowd. Their reaction only grows louder as Aubrey J. Parker steps out onto the ramp. She surveys the booing legions of fans with a thoughtful expression upon her face, holding the APW Undisputed Championship in her right hand. With a sneer, she raises the Undisputed Title above her head and turns her attention toward the ring, beginning her descent down the ramp, still holding the title high.
Paige: Introducing first, she hails from Pleasanton, California and weighs in at one hundred and thirty-four pounds… she is the APW Undisputed Champion, AUBREY… J. PAAAAAARKER!!!Reaching ringside, she places the Undisputed Championship belt on her shoulder and ascends the steel steps, and then climbs up the turnbuckles, sitting at the top, glancing around at the half-roaring, half-booing audience with a smirk. She quietly sits on the top of the turnbuckles for a few moments before hopping down into the ring. She hands the timekeeper the Undisputed Title belt, whispering some kind of warning to him. She moves to the ropes once more, looking out into the audience with glimmering eyes, mouthing something at the masses that continue to boo and heckle her. She rolls her eyes at the crowd and leans in the corner, waiting for action as her music fades.
Paige: And the challenger, he hails from Toronto, Ontario, Canada…The female announcer ends up having to stop her own introduction since the moment she mentions her last three words the people in attendance tonight all scream in delight. The lights dim as an all-too familiar eight point star shows up on the Jumbotron and the crowd immediately begins to respond with a loud cheer. Several moments later, the opening chords of “Dare” begin to play, just audible over the sound of the crowd, as the name “Logan Alexander” appears on the tron as well before being replaced shortly after by a video package of video highlights featuring Logan during his year long run in APW.
Sometimes when your hopes have all been shattered, there’s nowhere to turn,
Wonder how you keep going (going, going).
Think of all the things that really matter, and the chances you’ve earned,
The fire in your heart is growing (growing).
You can fly if you try leaving the past behind,
Heaven only knows what you might find. From one of the entryways on the Roger’s Center’s lowest level, Logan emerges holding up a flag with his emblem on a grey background. He waves it slightly drawing a louder cheer from the crowd before he starts his descent through the crowd towards ringside a long ways away, slapping the outstretched hands of his hometown fans.
West:And there is the challenger for the Undisputed championship. What a reaction from the crowd here. Harris: I guess... It’s not that surprising since he’s the hometown boy. Suck-ups!Dare! Dare to believe you can survive.
You hold the future in your hands.
Dare! Dare to keep all your dreams alive.
It’s time to take a stand.
You can win if you dare.Once he reaches the divider between the stands and the additional field level seating in place for Rasslemania, Logan stops to hand off his flag to a now very excited fan, shake hands with a couple of the other fans there before hopping over the barricade there and continuing through the field level seating towards the ringside area, continuing to slap the outstretched hands of people on both sides along the way as both of his hands were now free.
West: He’s got a huge opportunity here before him tonight, but just as big of an obstacle to overcome in his former partner Aubrey J. Parker.Harris: There are people, myself included, that question the decision to let him have this match. He hasn’t earned the right.West: Some people believe that if not for the injuries he sustained last May that he might’ve already gotten this chance.Harris: Blah. Blah. We shouldn’t make decisions based on what could’ve been. There are others that actually deserve this chance.Everybody’s trying to break your spirit, keeping you down,
Seems like it’s been forever (ever).
There’s another voice if you’ll just hear it, saying it’s the last round,
Looks like it’s now or never (never).
Out of the darkness, you stumbled into the light,
Fighting for the things you know are right.Once he reaches the ringside barricade, Logan climbs over it. We now get a good look at his ring jacket. Instead of his usual “Chaos Stryke” jacket, he’s got on a black jacket with sequined lettering across the back of it. “Parker” at the top, “Alexander” at the bottom, and in the middle in big letters is “M&M”. He makes his way over to the ring steps and ascends them to the ring apron. Once there, he climbs the outside of the turnbuckles and stands with one foot on the middle and one on the top rope. He pumps one fist into the air as he looks around at the crowd, with a broad smile across his face.
West: Like it or not, Logan is getting this opportunity. He’s no stranger to championship success here in APW. In the year he competed here, he’s been North American, Tag Team, and Tap Out champion. In fact, he beat the Undisputed champion in order to become North American champion.Harris: He had help that night though. And Aubrey has beaten him more recently as well. She beat him in a second round qualifier for Test for the Best. This is the rubber match between them.Dare! Dare to believe you can survive.
The power is out at your command.
Dare! Dare to keep all your dreams alive.
It’s time to take a stand.
You can win if you dare.Logan climbs into the ring while the instrumental portion of “Dare” plays. He makes his way to each corner of the ring, climbing to the second rope, facing the crowd and spreading his arms wide, drawing cheers from the portion of the crowd he faced as he did so. He drops back down to the mat.
West: This is a match he’s been waiting for though. Rumours have also been circulating that this might be his last wrestling match as well.Harris: Well, if it is, he’ll be going out after main eventing night one of the biggest Rasslemanias in history, regardless of whether he wins or loses.Dare! Dare to believe you can survive.
You hold the future in your hands.
Dare! Dare to keep all your dreams alive.
The power is out at your command.
Dare! Dare to keep all your love alive.
Dare to be all that you can be.
Dare! There is a place where dreams survive.
It’s calling you off to victory. He finishes removing his jacket handing it off to a ringside technician, then after a few moments of consideration he climbs back out of the ring as well and gets a mic from the ringside announcer.
Dare!He then climbs back into the ring and moves out to the center of it glancing around at the crowd.
Dare! When “Dare” finishes, Logan waits for the crowd to quiet down somewhat then his raises the mic.
LA: Ladies and gentlemen… let me first say thank you for that warm reception. It’s been a very long road to get to this point here tonight. Deserved or not, I’m here tonight and ready to give my all one more time for all of you.
This might be the last time I do this… and if that turns out to be the case, I’m going to make sure that here tonight I’m going to do something special for all of you and make this a match to remember. He moves back to the ropes, dropping the mic back to the ring announcer as a
“LOGAN!” chant breaks out in the crowd. He moves back towards a neutral corner and looks around at the crowd, just taking in the response from them what may be for the last time.
West: Now it’s time for the match that we’ve been waiting for all night.
Harris: Of course it is Shane! Two of Asylum’s greatest are going one-on-one for the third-- and perhaps the final-- time in history!West: The first time these two went one-on-one with each other with championship gold on the line, Logan barely got the win; will it be any different this time round?Harris: Of course it will be; a lot has changed since then! Just look at the last time they faced, in the triple threat match at Test for the Best! I mean... Logan did manage to become Tapout Champion but remember it was not only Aubrey who won last year’s Test for the Best but it was also her who ended the Era of Marvin. Remember! As the commentators speak, the referee checks on both competitors for any foreign weapons and, even though it is a perfect opportunity to get the jump on your opponent, neither competitor comes forward to sucker punch the other. Maybe this could be from the respect both competitors have for each other... Whether it is or not, the moment the bell rings both competitors begin to circle around the ring.
Main Event - APW Undisputed Championship
Aubrey J. Parker (c) vs Logan Alexander
“THIS IS AWESOME!” chants are already beginning and neither Parker nor Alexander have gone for a punch yet. After a few seconds of encircling each other Logan and Aubrey finally approach each other for a collar-elbow tie-up but the very moment their hands touch Logan uses his experience to catch Aubrey and immediately lock her in an arm wrench. Yet, just as quickly Parker bends forward, places her free hand - palm down - on the mat and oes an impressive looking one-handed cartwheel, reversing the pressure in the process, before fully locking in the arm wrench. This arm wrench doesn’t last long however as Alexander quickly uses his technical skill, as well as clear power advantage, to not only reverse this into his own arm wrench but also immediately convert the hold into a hammerlock. After a couple of failed attempts to get one of his legs Aubrey quickly tries to turn this hammerlock into one of her own. Yet halfway through the transition both Logan’s hands wrap themselves around Parker’s neck as the male tries to take her down with his variation of a cutter.
Harris: The Str-
West: No!
To a boo from the Canadian audience, AJP manages to shove Logan off. When he turns around Aubrey leaps up and clutches his head, attempting her own version of the Stryke Force! Being the man who mentored her Logan easily pushes his student away and waits for her to turn around before jumping up in the air for a standing dropkick. AJP dodges this dropkick attempt however and, at the very moment Logan gets back up, tries to hit him with a dropkick of her own only for the male to use his size advantage to swat the Californian away. Aubrey gets straight back up and charges at the larger competitor, only to be taken down with a drop toehold and instantaneously locked in an Ankle Lock!
Harris: Logan has her in the ankle lock!
West: Well this is a perfect example of how hard some people find it to one-up the person who practically taught you everything you know.
arris: That might be true but Aubrey isn’t like “most people.” If anything Aubrey is above “most people” and will be able to not only get out of this but will also successfully defend her Championship.
Knowing that she’s close to the ropes Logan loosens his grip slightly to pull her into the middle of the ring. Yet it is at this moment that Aubrey puts all one hundred and thirty-four pounds of herself into a front roll, causing Logan to fall forward, and it is within this roll that parker catches his right leg-- so the moment AJP stands up she has Alexander in an ankle lock in the middle of the ring. Being a master technician, Alexander immediately rolls onto his back, pulling his legs in - which causes the lighter Aubrey to come close to him - and pushed out. This naturally forces the female to let go as she fell backwards and when she gets straight back up Logan leaps up for another dropkick yet Parker goes for as dropkick at the same time as well. This causes the both of them to miss each other and the moment they both got back up the two were at a stand off, the “THIS IS AWESOME!” chants becoming louder and louder as Logan and Aubrey seem to be mentally planning what to do next.
West: What a sequence by these two!
Harris: Well that is what you’d expect when you have the chemistry that these two have.
West: You are right Dick; they’ve been together since before either one of them even entered Action Packed Wrestling. They know each other so well I bet they could tell what the other would do in the ring as well as in the living room.
Harris: Truuuue. So true that it’ll most likely be the one who changes their style first that’ll win this match. I’d even bet on that!
That must certainly be what both competitors are thinking as they slowly circle around each other. After a short while the two approach each other again and straightaway Logan tries a third dropkick, this one being aimed at the right knee, but AJP jumps in the air. This might have mainly been to dodge the dropkick but Miss Parker manages to skilfully land in a way that nails Alexander right in the face with a double foot stomp. The way Logan goes still, almost lifeless on the mat not only brings a massively sympathetic response out the Canadian crowd but also makes the referee check on Chaos Stryke…just to see if he is in any condition to continue.
West: Oh god, Logan almost got his head crushed by that impact!
Harris: Well I did say that it would be the first to change their style that will win this match and, if anything, this just shows why Aubrey has what it takes to beat Logan in his hometown of Toronto.
Considering the pure impact of that stomp it is quite a surprise to see that the male isn’t bleeding yet. Once the moment the senior official indicated that the match could continue Aubrey grabs Logan’s left foot, drags him into the middle of the ring and locks in him The Happy Crab, her version of the Torture Crab! It takes him a couple of seconds but Logan is now fully registering the pain in his lower back as he screams out while clawing at the mat, most likely trying to crawl over to the bottom rope. It’s due to this crawling that Aubrey is unable to properly place her knee on the back of the male’s neck so the female wastes no time in letting go of the hold, only to keep hold of his left foot and use it to lock in a STF! This hold doesn’t last long however as Miss Parker changes the submission into a camel clutch, fixating most of the pain in the jawline and the lower back.
Harris: What technical brilliance shown by Aubrey. Sure Logan was the one that taught her what she knows but tonight AJP is going to make it as clear as day that the student has become the master.
West: I don’t know if anybody in the crowd tonight agrees with you there Dick...
The Californian continues to wrench on her opponent’s neck as the Canadian crowd grow more and more firmly behind their local Megastar. With the unusual cheers of the crowd, even with all of her weight trying to press down on him, Logan gets one of his arms free and manages to just get in enough range to barely grab the bottom rope. Parker gives Alexander a clean break and backs off to the nearest corner as the crowd bursts ecstatically for the male megastar. The Toronto native staggers up to his knees, his right hand clutching the back of his neck as he does so, yet it’s at the moment he gets up to one knee that Aubrey sprints towards her mentor. The moment it looks like she hit him with a shining wizard Aubrey leans back with an attempt to hit him with a Frankensteiner…
Harris: The Frankenwiz-
West: No!
It’s at this moment that Logan springs back up to his feet, wraps his arms around his student’s waist and sits down, spiking her with a stunning piledriver that causes the people in attendance to scream in both shock and delight. However Logan shows no apparent remorse. He wastes no time in dragging Aubrey back up to her feet, putting her into a front headlock and dropping down, spiking her in the process with a rather sick looking DDT.
Harris: No! Hypocrite! He knows what a concussion feels like!
West: The Chaotic Shockwave! What impact! Aubrey might be knocked out as Logan goes for the cover! One! Two! No! Parker has somehow managed to kick out of being spiked on her head not once, but twice!
Even though his face expressed slight surprise the male refuses to let this kick out effect him as he immediately rolls his opponent onto her stomach and begins to wail on her back with knee strikes before getting up to his feet, only to assault her lower back with rapid elbow drop after elbow drop. The crowd tries to count the amount of elbows but quickly loses count after thirteen as once he’s done with his elbows Logan grasps Aubrey’s chin with one hand, her legs with another and presses his knees into her back as he leans back to hold Parker in a picture perfect bow and arrow stretch. The shrieks of pain can be heard but is easily deafened out by the rowdy crowd’s excited cheers as they feel more and more pumped to back their local star. After almost half a minute Logan finally lets the Undisputed Champion go, only to rag doll Aubrey back to her feet and lock her in an abdominal stretch with his back partly facing the ropes and partly facing the corner.
West: With his own hometown behind him it seems that Logan has stepped it up a gear to try to become Undisputed Champion.
Harris: Don’t count Aubrey out though! Nearly nobody gave her a chance to defend the belt back in that elimination chamber at One Night In Hell and Parker managed to overcome the odd then, so she’ll overcome this difficulty now!
The senior official wastes no time in asking if the Champ wants to give up and Aubrey needs no second guess as she shakes her head at a frantic rate. What the official didn’t know however was that, while he was checking Aubrey, Logan snuck one of his arms back and grabbed the top rope to apply more pressure to AJP’s back. Being a skilled, yet dirty, technician he is Alexander quickly lets go before the referee can check if the male is playing by the rules yet once the official checks on Aubrey again Logan reaches his hand back and grabs onto the rope again. This time however the referee catches him red-handed and demands the Canadian to let go…so instead Alexander’s free hand grabs onto Aubrey and thpws her backwards with a Russian leg sweep, causing her back to crash against the second turnbuckle.
West: Ouch, it hurts just watching that impact.
Harris: Well it looks like Logan has finally realized that it’ll take more than some nice technical sequences to get the victory here. Good for him though!
Without giving Aubrey a moment to truly recover the male wraps his right arm around her waist, hoists her up and drops down to one knee, effectively nailing his friend with a slightly different variation of a Pendulum Backbreaker. Yet instead of letting the female drop down to the mat Logan raises her back up, spins around and puts one of his legs behind both of hers before executing the Chaotic Impact STO, causing Aubrey’s back to crash against the turnbuckles yet again. Without giving the crowd to make a potentially sympathetic pop, Alexander drags the body of his student into the middle of the ring before hooking her legs in a pin cover.

AJP is just able to kick out again and the look on the former Tap Out Champion’s face can tell a million stories yet instead of panicking or questioning at the official’s call Logan rises to his feet and backs away to the nearest corner, as if waiting for Aubrey to get up. Once the Champ is up the challenger runs towards her and practically throws himself towards her in an inaugural attempt. However Parker ducks, causing Logan to fall flat on the mat and she immediately runs at him, most likely trying to hit her kneeling opponent with the Frankenwizard-- however, Logan uses one of his hands to swat Aubrey onwards towards the ropes, springs up to his feet and tries to catch the Champion with a superkick…only for both challenger and Champion to nail each other with their own superkick, leaving both flat on their backs as a deafening roar floods the arena!
Harris: What a connection of superkicks! Logan might have the reach for his but Aubrey had more than enough momentum to equal it and now both competitors are down!
West: And the people here tonight are absolutely loving it!
Wisely the senior official chooses not to go for a count-out as, after fifteen odd seconds, both challenger and Champion barely get up to their knees and began to throw punches at each other. “Yaaaay!” can be heard when the Toronto native hits his punch and “booo!” can be heard when Aubrey connects with her own…yet, after a few seconds, the punches between the two are firing so fast that these chants are starting to merge into one. This brawl is finally ended when Aubrey hits Logan with a roundhouse kick to the head, staggering the male as both stars get up to their feet. With Alexander staggered Parker spins around and hit a spinning heel kick to the gut, doubling the male over, before kicking him straight in the shoulder to force him back up straight. Aubrey hits a roundhouse kick to Alexander’s right calf muscle before using her left leg to hit her mentor’s head with another roundhouse kick, displaying great flexibil…
West: Wait a second! Logan has just caught Aubrey’s leg and now it looks like she is in trouble!
The male has somehow managed catch Parker’s leg in mid-kick and, without a moment’s delay the male knocks her down with a dragon screw before raising both of Aubrey’s legs up. The moment his leg goes between them, which causes him to lean forward to have perfect grip on her legs, the female unleashes a rabid flurry of punches to his face, causing her mentor to stagger lightly again. It’s in this moment that the Californian uses what she can of her lower body strength to push the Canadian down on his back and the very instant she gets up, AJP grabs Logan’s left leg, drops back down and locks him in a Japanese Leg Bar!
Harris: THE S&S!!! She has it in! Logan is going to tap and Aubrey is going to win the first fall!
The S&S is perfectly locked in and Logan is immediately writhing about on the mat, trying to get out of this hold. At the female’s rather loud demand the senior official asks Logan if he wants to give up and while what the male exactly said wouldn’t be suitable for PG-13 programming, it’s clear to tell that he said no… “LO-GAN! LO-GAN! LO-GAN!” the residence of Toronto are chanting wildly as Alexander’s arms flop about like a fish out of water. However this loud fan support seem to be having an effect on the Toronto native as he begins to use his free leg to try kicking Aubrey off. The first kick hardly does much, the second kick is almost unnoticeable but the third, fourth, fifth and sixth rapid-fire kicks have managed to make Parker weaken her hold out of the pain that is shooting through her back. Logan’s hands grab onto Aubrey’s legs in a slightly familiar position and, using both his hip moment and the leg was originally trapped in his opponent’s grip, rolls over onto his belly before just standing up…locking his student in cloverleaf, leg lace, Boston crab.
West: The Perfect Chaos Theory! Logan has somehow managed to lock it in and the crowd’s going nuts!
Harris: Aubrey J. Parker has never tapped out in her career! But she might here tonight in Canada! She might tonight at Rasslemania!
Every Canadian in attendance tonight has literally raised their voices to an unprecedented high as Alexander leans back with his Perfect Chaos Theory. Now it is Aubrey’s turn to flail about at the mat as the crowd scream “TAP!” repeatedly.
Harris: Ahh! Don’t listen to ‘em, Aubs!
With all the pain shooting through her back it seems inevitable that the Undisputed Champion will tap out but instead she claws away at the mat, desperately trying to crawl over to the bottom rope.
West: She’s too far! Logan has it locked in tight!
With each millimetre gained the “TAP!” chants are becoming louder and louder, as if Aubrey is a conductor for an orchestra. But finally…finally…the female has managed to get herself in perfect reach for the bottom rope…only for Logan to drag her back into the middle of ring, causing the people in attendance to scream in delight!
Harris: NO! The bastard, she HAD it! She had the bottom rope!
West: And now she’s right back where she started and the roof has come off of this place! Aubrey J. Parker is about to tap for the first time!
However it’s while pulling the female that Alexander has to loosen his grip slightly and Aubrey takes advantage of this once they reach the center of the ring by using whatever is left of her lower body strength to push the male off. Logan falls forward and his neck catches the middle turnbuckle, causing him to push himself to his feet and stagger back while clutching his neck lightly. Being barely able to get up in time to capitalise on this Aubrey manages to hook the male’s leg, raise him up and…
Harris: Teardrop Suplex! Teardrop Suplex!! Teardrop Suplex!!!
The Teardrop Suplex connected brilliantly and without a moment of delay Aubrey practically launches herself into a pin cover, hooking Logan’s right leg with both hands.

West: She did it!
Harris: She got it! She dropped Logan right on his neck!
The referee makes the announcement to Nicky Paige, who stands up to address an overwhelming, booing crowd.
Paige: The winner of the first fall… AUBREY J. PARKER!
This just causes the Canadian audience to boo even louder, though Parker grins a little, pulling herself back into the corner. The referee asks Logan if he’s okay to continue, and Logan pushes himself to a knee, nodding, gently pushing the referee away. He staggers to his feet, but still holds onto his neck, using the ropes to stand up. Parker grins at him from across the ring and says something that the cameras don’t quite pick up.
West: A little trash talk from Aubrey J. Parker!
Harris: This is the last time the APW Undisputed Championship will EVER be defended! Why WOULDN’T she talk a little trash?
West: The referee is giving the sig-- HERE WE GO!
The crowd roars as Logan sprints at Parker! Parker runs back at him, but Logan quickly captures her with a double-leg takedown and takes her to the mat! He aims a forearm for her arm, but Parker manages to sway to one side, avoiding the strike by mere millimeters. She throws a hard right hand into Logan’s jaw and her mentor sits upright, but Parker sits up as well, driving her skull right into Logan’s jaw! Both competitors fall to the mat in pain, but Logan rolls away from Parker, groaning as he clutches his mouth. Parker, in a complete daze, rolls to the ropes and climbs to her feet.
Harris: Unorthodox defense there by Parker, but that’s the kind of stuff it’s gonna take to win this thing! I’m tellin ya!
By the time Parker is able to shake the confusion out of her head, Logan is up to his feet as well. With a shriek, Parker runs at him and jumps up, going for a Hurricanrana, but Logan captures her on his shoulders and launches her backwards, rib-first across the top rope! Parker bounces off of the ropes and smashes side-first into the apron before hitting the floor!
West: Good lord! Aubrey J. Parker probably just snapped a rib clean in two!
Harris: She’s done. There’s no way a one-hundred and thirty pound girl is walking away from that.
A series of indistinguishable chants ring throughout the arena as the referee slides out of the ring to check on Aubrey J. Parker. He doesn’t seem to notice Logan stagger to the adjacent side of the ring and duck between the ropes, dropping to the outside and measuring Parker, who is still writhing in pain on the mat. The referee is in the process of asking if she can continue, but Parker can’t seem to find the oxygen required to get her words out, though she shakes her head furiously. Logan’s demeanor changes upon seeing this and he sprints forward, despite the referee’s protests, and hits a Baseball Slide to the exposed spine of AJP. Parker screams in agony and rolls onto her stomach. Logan pushes himself to his feet, glaning into the crowd as ”LOGAN!” chants continue. The referee shakes his head in dismay as Logan pulls Parker to her feet and Irish Whips her across the outside mats, spine-first into the corner pocket of the barricades! Parker groans and sinks down into the pocket.
Harris: And this is a perfect example of a teacher PUNISHING a bad student!
West: I’m not entirely confident that AJP can walk right now. Logan isn’t giving the referee any opportunity to--
Harris: Hey, the ref asked if Aubrey wanted to stop the match, and she said no! She’s got this!
West: Hrrmmm…
Parker manages to her to her hands and knees before Logan lifts her up again and drapes her over his shoulder. The referee slides into the ring and Logan acts as if he’s going to walk the Undisputed Back into the ring, but instead turns and throws Parker rib-first aross the barricade! The Canadian audience roars in approval and Logan can’t help but smirk at the continuing ”LOGAN!” chants as he hoists AJP up once again and rolls her into the ring.
West: Logan’s going up top!
Parker crawls toward the center of the ring, her face red as she breathes heavily in pain, and Logan perches himself on the top rope. He slowly pushes himself up to a standing position before finally leaping from the top, nailing a Diving Double Leg Drop to Parker’s spine! Parker stops crawling and goes still on the mat. Logan rolls backwards and up to his knees before shoving Parker over and hooking the far leg for a cover!

Kickout!
Parker sits up, but Logan clubs her with crossface forearms until she is forced to go prone again. Logan immediately goes for a grounded variation of an Abdominal Stretch, but Parker wraps both of her arms around Logan’s neck out of desperation, forcing his head downward in a three-quarters faelock. Logan manages to shift his hold and lift Parker up, holding her upward for a high-angle backdrop but Parker kicks her legs until she falls free, landing in front of Logan, capturing him in position to nail a perfect Bulldog! The crowd has a mixed reaction at the unique reversal, but Parker uses all of her strength to push Logan over, hooking the far leg.

THRE- Kickout!
Harris: Logan almost got it!
West: The referee was a little out of position for that count. I think that might’ve been three if the circumstances were just slightly different!
Aubrey groans in pain but shakily gets to her feet about a moment before Logan does. She rushes forward and nails a sharp European Uppercut! Logan’s head jerks back and Aubrey nails another lightning-fast one that sends him into the ropes! She goes for the Irish Whip, but Logan is able to reverse it! Parker comes off of the ropes and Logan goes for a Sidewalk Slam… but Parker manages to reverse it into a Headsicssors… but before she can take Logan to the mat, Logan plants his feet and pushes Parker off, sending her spiraling face-first to the canvas! The crowd roars though some groan loudly in sympathy as Parker bounces off of the mat. Logan shoots the ropes as the groggy Parker tries to get to her feet and comes back to hit a picture-perfect Running Enzuguiri! The impact of the move flips AJP onto her back to the delight of the crowd and Logan is quick to hook the far leg for the cover!

THHHRRR… Shoulder up!
West: And once again, the Undisputed Champion gets a shoulder off the canvas, but how much longer can she keep this up? Look at her eyes!
Harris: The champion’s in a bad, bad place, Shane-O.
Aubrey leans against the bottom rope, eyes rolling into the back of her head as Logan rises to his feet, nodding as the crowd begins to chant something, though their chant becomes clear soon.
”CHAOS THEORY!”
”CHAOS THEORY!”
”CHAOS THEORY!”
Parker begins to pull herself up, but Logan drags her to the center of the ring in a front facelock position before smoothly transitioning it into a Triangle Choke! Parker is trapped in the center of the ring in the Chaos Theory and she flails desperately! Logan keeps the hold wrenched in and Parker grunts in agony, though uses all of her strength to drag herself and Logan close to the ropes…
West: Parker’s crawling, but Logan’s got the Triangle Choke locked in perfectly!
The crowd screams for AJP to tap and Logan begins to yell, doing everything he can to apply more pressure to the hold. Parker reaches her fingers out, desperately, but her arm falls over a foot short of the rope. Her flesh begins to grow pale as nearly fifteen seconds go by with her in the hold, her movements slowing considerably…
Harris: Parker might just fade right here in the Chaos Theor-- wait!
Parker springs to life again and drives a fist into the mat, pulling herself another inch closer to the ropes… and then another… and then another…
...before she falls to the mat again. Logan looks up toward the rafters for a moment as he continues to keep the Undisputed Champion locked in the Triangle Choke before finally screaming ”TAP, DAMNIT!” Seconds pass and Parker makes another attempt, pulling herself even closer to the ropes… before falling once more and raising a hand, tapping it against the canvas.
Harris: She tapped out!
West: Aubrey J. Parker tapped out in the Chaos Theory! Aubrey J. Parker has tapped out for the first time in her career and now we’re all tied up!
The crowd is in a frenzy as the referee makes the call to Nicky Paige. Her voice is nearly drowned out as she raises the microphone to her lips to announce the result.
Paige: The winner of your second fall, as a result of a submission… LOGAN ALEXANDER!
The very announcement is enough to prompt another roar of approval from the capacity crowd. Logan sits in the corner with his eyes locked on his opponent as the referee checks on her in the center of the ring. Aubrey can be seen nodding to whatever the referee is asking, before rolling to the opposite corner and beginning to pull herself up, using the ropes.
West: Logan Alexander just became the first person in history to make Aubrey J. Parker tap out, but can he do it again? Or could he do enough to put the champ away long enough for the three-count and become the new… the final APW Undisputed Champion in his hometown?
Harris: These people seem to think so. And I bet if you asked Aubrey right this moment, she’d say the same.
The crowd reaches what could pass for record-setting levels as Aubrey finally reaches her feet in the corner and the referee signals that both competitors are ready to continue. Aubrey doesn’t move from her corner but Logan timidly steps out of his. He remains close to the ropes as he begins to close the distance between himself and Parker.
West: Logan is a veteran of this game. Every movement-- every glance is calculated and precise. In January, he came back from months of inactivity after a nagging concussion suffered in the May of last year. People questioned if Logan was physically or mentally prepared for this match and he’s giving everybody his answer here tonight.
Harris: Parker scored the first fall, but I don’t know if she’s ever really been able to get into this thing, Shane-O. I think this northern air’s getting to her.
After what seems like an eternity, Logan finally moves in, about a foot from Parker, but she rushes at him, hitting him with a desperate series of rapid forearms, only for Logan to grab her in a front waist-lock and propel her upward into the air… before driving her downward for a Flapjack! Parker’s forehead bounces off of the canvas, but she scrambles to her feet again, turning to Logan with a look of agony on her face. She fires a forearm at his skull again, but Logan blocks it and pulls AJP close into what looks like a Bearhug at first, before he quickly pops his hips and sends her into-- and through!-- the ropes with an Overhead Belly-to-Belly Suplex! Parker becomes entangled in the ropes before roughly falling on her stomach to the floor below. The crowd roars for Logan Alexander who graciously nods to the audience outside. The referee slides out of the ring and immediately checks on the condition of Aubrey J. Parker while Logan waits patiently from inside the ring, though keeping a curious eye on the stirring figure of AJP.
West: That Suplex sen the champion clear out of the ring and that’s the kind of high-impact maneuver Logan’s gonna have to hit to win that belt.
Harris: Hey! But he doesn’t need to pin her in this kind of contest to become the champion! The referee could count her out or declare her unable to compete, and Logan wins two out of three of the falls! Logan becomes the new champ! She HAS to go on. There IS no rematch! This is it!
To a mixed reaction from the crowd, Parker finds her way to her feet against the apron and gives Logan a look behind lost, glassy eyes. Logan stares at Parker with a stoic expression in the center of the ring and Parker weakly pulls herself up onto the apron, muttering something incoherent. She stumbles a bit, but finally manages to reach a vertical base on the apron-- only for Logan to rush forward, driving a knee into her ribcage and hoisting her up, off of the apron and into the ring, onto his shoulders! He pivots and drives her head-and-neck first into the canvas with a Death Valley Driver!
West: OHHH GOD!
Harris: COVER!
The crowd counts along as Logan hooks Parker’s far leg, leaning back onto her shoulders to secure the pin.

West: Aubrey J. Parker got her hand on the bottom rope! The referee saw it before he called for the bell, and thank God! He made the right call!
Harris: I like to call him Zebra Three. Wonderful vision, that man. What is he, Spanish?
West: Logan looks like he can’t quite believe what just went down, but he’s up again, and he’s got Parker by the legs-- he’s got her in the middle of the ring… SHARPSHOOTER!
Harris: Perfect Chaos Theory!
The crowd roars as Logan captures Aubrey J. Parker in the famous Sharpshooter, but AJP is quick to crawl back toward the ropes and latch onto them, taking advantage of Logan’s poor footing! Logan doesn’t seem prepared to give Parker a clean break, but the referee shoves him off, giving Logan a strict warning to the chagrin of the audience. Parker crawls out of the ropes and out to the apron. Logan gives the referee a warning of his own, but this second is apparently all it takes for Parker to springboard onto the top rope and into the ring, catching Logan with a Flying Leg Lariat! Logan is taken head-over-heels as a result and Parker lies on her back, temporarily grounded from exhaustion.
West: Parker out of NOWHERE with a beautiful Leg Lariat but I think that was all she had left in the tank!
Harris: It was pretty, and it was effective, but it was costly.
A ”THIS IS AWESOME!” chant resurfaces throughout the arena and Parker finally finds the energy to jolt to life, rolling onto her side and looking at the fallen Logan. Parker crawls to the turnbuckles and begins to ascend to the top as Logan shakily climbs to his feet… and Parker dives from the top, coming down on top of Logan Alexander with a Diving Moonsault! The referee drops down for the cover!
West: MOONSAULT BY PARKER!

Harris: Oh my God!
The referee stops his count as Logan manages to pop his left shoulder off of the mat and capture Parker’s right leg in an Ankle Lock! Parker shrieks in pain as Logan goes back to the same ankle he’d target earlier. He manages to push himself out from beneath Parker as she begins to crawl toward the ropes, and he rises to his knees, grunting as he applies pressure to the hold! Parker kicks at him with her free leg, but Logan ducks his head out of the way each time! Finally, Parker flails to the mat, but pulls herself to the bottom rope! Logan tries to rip her away as the referee counts, but lets go at the count of three, remembering his mistake from just a few moments ago. Parker rises up to her feet albeit shaily-- and charges Logan, diving into his arms and hammering away at the back of his head with vicious elbow strikes!
West: She’s merciless! AJP is doing anything she can to hold onto that championship at this point!
Harris: Wouldn’t you?!
West: They’ve both shown how much this means to them! Think of the history of that title! From Level One to Sally Talfourd to Biggs to CJ Gates to Kurt Noble to Terry Marvin-- the title is prestigious and these two are willing to sacrifice their bodies to be the final name on that list!
Logan drops to his knees from the assault and Parker performs a standing wrist clutch before throwing a boot into his jaw and falling back to hit an inverted face stomp!
Harris: Defamer!
Logan writhes in pain as a result of the move and Parker pushes herself up again, throwing her hair back behind her shoulders, glaring down at the challenger with an intensity unseen thus far in the match. With a shriek she charges at Logan and delivers a punt to the small of his back! Logan grunts and lurches in pain. Parker glares into the booing audience before glancing to the ropes. She runs over Logan and hops onto the middle rope, coming back to nail a Lionsault, though she lands with both knees across Logan’s back and shoots another glare into the crowd before seamlessly pulling Logan back into a Bow & Arrow!
West: Parker with a Bow & Arrow! Revenge from earlier! What a beautiful series of-- Logan’s fighting out of it!
Harris: Both of their backs have to be SCREAMING in agony!
Logan gets an arm loose and manages to strike Parker in her exposed ribs a few times, causing Parker to relinquish her hold. Logan rolls onto the mat and heaves, wincing in pure anguish as he climbs to his feet. He stumbles toward Parker, but to a massive series of boos from the crowd, she rolls out of the ring beneath the bottom rope.
Harris: Parker is buying herself some time… but these fans aren’t liking it one bit, haha.
Parker paces around the ring with her hands on her hips, ignoring the referee as he screams ”1!” and ”2!”
West: She seems more interested in having verbal sparring matches with these fans than competing in the third fall of an Undisputed Championship match.
By the time the referee reaches the count of ”6!”, Parker hops up onto the apron. She motions for Logan to step back, and Logan does, shaking his head with a small smile on his face. AJP enters the ring shortly after the count of eight… but quickly makes a beeline toward Logan, hitting a Running Calf Kick! Logan tries to shield himself from the move but is thrown to the mat from sheer impact. Parker clutches her ribs as she climbs to her feet, which doesn’t go unnoticed by Logan. As AJP hooks him for what appears to be a DDT, Logan counters into a Northern Lights Suplex! Parker screeches in agony and Logan holds her for the pin!

TH… SHOULDER UP!
West: Back and forth! Neither side can gain momentum!
Logan climbs to his feet a second before Parker does. He goes for a right hand but she ducks beneath it and steps behind Logan, sliding him over her shoulders for a Backslide Pin! The referee drops to his knees once more!

Logan rolls through and pulls himself to his feet. Aubrey is up to her feet a fraction of a second later-- but in that instant, Logan grabs her and drives her jaw-first into the canvas with his version of the Cutter… STRYKE FORCE!
West: STRYKE FORCE!
Harris: OH MY GOD! PERFECT EXECUTION!
The crowd goes into a frenzy and Logan in a rare moment of excitement seems frantic in pushing the nearly-limp AJP over onto her back. He hooks her far leg and the crowd thunderously and emphatically counts along with the referee.

3-NO!
Harris: How?!
The crowd erupts, some cheering in approval, some in awe, and some booing as Parker’s shoulder comes off of the canvas. Logan lies on the mat with his eyes wide and mouth slightly ajar for a moment but closes it and takes a deep breath. A bitter smile finds its way across his face and he climbs to his feet, pulling Parker up as well in a rear waist-lock. He hoists her up, going for a German Suplex, but she manages to roll over his shoulders and land on her feet behind him… but she lands on the ankle that Logan had targeted before and falls to her back! Logan pivots and Aubrey pushes herself backwards across the ring to get away from him. Logan grabs her legs as Aubrey reaches up and grabs the bottom rope. With a grunt, he rips Parker away from them and clear into the air… but Parker is able to shift her momentum in mid-air and deliver a release Hurricanrana that sends Logan throat-first across the middle rope and out to the apron!
West: What a counter!
Harris: Haha, that was kind of awesome.
Logan gasps for air on the apron. As he finds his way to his knees, Parker, using her one good leg, springboards onto the middle rope and then over the top rope to the middle rope on the outside of the ring, then leaps toward Logan and hooks him for a DDT that sends Logan’s skull into the apron! Aubrey lands on her feet at ringside while Logan bounces off of the apron and lands on the floor!
West: God, what an incredible Springboard DDT!
Harris: Where in the hell do you concoct something like that?! What part of your mind do you have to go to in order to pull that one out?
West: But once again, Parker took a lot out of herself! She landed funny on that apron and she might have hurt her ribs all over again!
Parker leans against the barricade and takes deep breath while Logan starts to stir. She aids him to his feet and slides him onto the apron again. Parker uses the steps to step into the ring and blow a sarcastic kiss toward the booing audience. She measures Logan who is lying on the apron and shoots the ropes on the far side of the ring, but when it appears that she’s coming back to rush Logan, the challenger surprises her by leaping to his feet and throwing one foot over the ropes to catch Parker with a boot straight to the jaw! Aubrey staggers back before landing hard in the center of the ring! Logan stumbles to the turnbuckle, resting against them for a moment as a ”LOGAN!” chant resurfaces among Toronto.
Harris: Where does he think he’s going?
Logan begins to ascend to the top rope as the cheers and chants of the audience grow louder. He perches himself on the top turnbuckle for the second time of the evening and slowly rises up… before diving from the top… and landing across the ribs of the Undisputed Champion with a 450 Splash! The arena erupts with most rising to their feet in thunderous ovation. Logan writhes in pain on the mat, clutching his own ribs, hollering in agony.
West: That was unusual, but-- but that’s what we said these two have to do! Logan sacrificed his body for a shot at that Undisputed Title and he’s crawling… crawling!
Harris: This is insane!
Logan drapes an arm over Aubrey J. Parker and once again, the crowd chants along as the referee drops down and makes the count.

THRE-Kickout!
Harris: Lord…
The audience is at a deafening level again and Logan climbs to his knees, his face buried in one hand as he contemplates his situation. He climbs to his feet and looks out into the roaring audience, giving a small nod before lifting Parker’s legs up and turning her over, quickly locking her in the Sharpshooter!
West: And the Perfect Chaos Theory is on once again-- oh, no-- wait! Wait, Parker’s got the leg!
Parker pulls at Logan’s boot so hard that the boot seems to begin coming loose! The mishap causes Logan to fall to his knees on the canvas, but Parker pushes herself back and manages to gain footing, reversing the pressure of the Sharpshooter, and with a slight modification… Parker rises to her feet and locks Logan Alexander in the Perfect Chaos Theory in the middle of the ring!
Harris: OHHHH how the tables have turned! Logan’s locked in the Sharpshooter in the middle of the ring in the middle of his hometown!
Logan reaches forward and seems to be on the verge of crawling toward the ropes, but Parker bridges backward in the Sharpshooter while keeping Logan’s legs hooked with one arm, grunting as she fights through the pain in her own ribs, and hooks her free arm around Logan’s jaw!
Harris: What is THIS?!
West: A bridging Sharpshooter! Logan’s trapped!
Logan cries out in pain as he tries to pull away at the Undisputed Champion’s arm. He reaches outward, wiggling his fingers toward the bottom rope, but to no avail. This time it is Aubrey J. Parker that screams ”TAP, DAMNIT!” to a mixed reaction from our audience. Logan crawls on his elbows, red-faced and shallow-breathed. He finally gets to the bottom rope, wrapping a hand around it to Parker’s chagrin. She breaks at the referee’s count of two and rolls into a seated position. She gazes up toward the heavens and takes a deep breath before taking a step back and measuring Logan from the corner.
”LET’S GO LOGAN!”
”LET’S GO LOGAN!”
”LET’S GO LOGAN!”
Parker kneels as Logan stumbles to his feet with his back turned toward her. He finally turns around and Parker sprints at him, leaping into the air to hit the Leaping, Snap Reverse STO, the Makeunder, but Logan counters, planting his feet and throwing an elbow into the side of Parker’s head, slamming her to the canvas with an STO!
West: Chaotic Impact! The audience senses the end!
Logan crawls on top of Parker, hooking her injured leg between both of his and placing all of his weight across her shoulders for an amateur-style cover. The referee slaps the mat once he’s in position.

TH-- Shoulder up!
Harris: Parker’s been aiming to inflict damage whenever possible but Logan has been looking to pick up the win whenever possible! But I’ll give ‘em credit… they’ve both pulled out some things that I didn’t see coming. But none of it has been enough.
West: Not yet.
Logan Alexander nods to the roaring crowd once more and climbs to his feet. He waits for Parker to begin to stir and then drops down to a knee in front of her. Parker looks to barely be able to recognize her surroundings, but is up to her knees, looking back into Logan’s eyes. As Parker rises, Logan slowly rises as well, looking just as hurt, but twice as focused as the champion. Logan holds his ribs and narrows his eyes at the groggy Parker. She goes for a surprisingly sharp kick toward his temple, but Logan ducks down and pulls her leg back onto his shoulder and then stands, roughly pulling Parker up into the Fireman’s Carry… before shifting her into the beginning of a Belly-to-Belly Piledriver…
Harris: CRADLE SHOCK!
Parker kicks violently until she is able to bring one foot forward and drive her knee back into the nose of the challenger! Logan drops Parker, but not in the manner he’d intended! He manages to collect himself, and grab her outstretched legs… but Parker counters with a Wheelbarrow Victory Roll! Logan is captured and the referee drops to the mat to make the count!

Logan shoves Parker off of him and Parker shrieks out in pain, collapsing on the weight of her bad ankle! She turns around as Logan strides toward her, and with another grunt of agony, Aubrey runs forward and leaps into the air, bringing Logan face-first to the mat with the Makeunder… immediately transitioning into the Koji Clutch!
West: MAKEUNDER! THE CLUTCH IS LOCKED IN!
Harris: How do they keep doing this?!
Logan is trapped in the center of the ring in the Koji Clutch and the audience is in a frenzy. Logan tries to crawl for the ropes, reaching out to any side of the ring, but no matter where he moves, he never seems to cover any ground-- simply rotate the lock that is Aubrey J. Parker.
West: Ontario is screaming for their hometown hero!
Logan reaches out for the ropes and keeps his hand outstretched for upwards of a quarter minute…
...before, to an eruption of emotion from the crowd, he is forced to tap it against the canvas. The referee signals for the bell and AJP immediately releases the hold, collapsing beneath Logan as “Nothing Has Been Broken” hits the PA system.
Paige: Ladies and gentlemen… the winner of the third fall as a result of a submission, the winner of this contest, and… STILLLLLL your Action Packed Wrestling Undisputed Champion… AUBREY… J… PAAAARRRRRRRRRKKEEEEEERRRRR!
There is a massive mixed response from those in attendance. Aubrey doesn’t appear to be moving, even as the referee returns to the ring and drops down to lie the Undisputed Championship across her heart. Logan begins to stir first, rolling toward the ropes, unable to stand up.
West: What a battle. What a contest… what a conclusion to our first night of Rasslemania. Logan Alexander has absolutely nothing to be ashamed of. I’ve never seen anything quite like that.Harris: Aubrey said that the Undisputed Title and APW would die with her and I don’t know if anyone can doubt that tonight. It took everything she had and who knows what it cost them both… but Aubrey J. Parker somehow retained the Undisputed Title.West: Ladies and gentlemen, your final Action Packed Wrestling Undisputed Champion.Parker is finally able to sit upright with help from the referee. She is in a complete daze and sits in silence, blinking, trying to bring everything back into focus as she sits in the middle of the ring, holding the Undisputed Title. Finally, she turns and makes eye contact with Logan, who sits against the ropes with a small smile on his face.
Harris: Gross. We’re about to have a moment.West: Can we not just take a moment and appreciate what these two stellar athlete just put themselves through for a piece of history?Harris: I mean, I guess, yeah. But don’t cry on me.AJP’s music finally fades as Logan is able to reach his feet first. The referee and Logan share a nod before the referee exits the ring. Logan extends his hand down toward AJP to a pop from the audience. Aubrey looks up at him with tears behind her eyes for a few seconds before accepting his hand and wincing a bit as she’s helped to her feet.
Logan and Aubrey speak quietly with each other for about fifteen seconds with their words unable to be heard by anyone in the audience or watching from behind a screen. Finally, Logan turns and raises Aubrey’s Undisputed Championship-wielding hand in the air to another loud pop from the audience. Aubrey turns and pulls Logan into a tight embrace which he gladly returns as Parker’s music hits the PA system again.
West: And this is what sportsmanship is about. I’m glad you and I were able to call their first match here in APW back in the September of 2012, Dick. And I’m glad I was able to call their final match… our final match with you tonight here in Toronto, Ontario.Harris: Shane-O. Is that a tear? Please--West: Just bring it in.Harris: Shane, this isn’t fabric! Ahhhh…Dick Harris removes his headset and the crowd pops as the announcers rise to their feet and embrace at the table. Logan and Aubrey applaud the two from inside the ring; an acknowledgement of the extended history between the four. Logan then backs away and motions toward the title and Aubrey takes the moment to raise the title high above her head, displaying it to the audience, for the first and final tie of the evening, receiving a thunderous ovation from those in attendance.
Displaying the title to each side of the audience, Parker finally makes her way to the ropes where Logan awaits her, following closely by his side as the two march up the ramp and toward the back. Thunderous chants of
”A-P-W!” fill the arena as M&M departs behind the curtains and into the darkness for the last time.
