Night Two of RassleMania X opens up with APW Asylum Ring Announcer Adam Stenfelder standing in the center of the ring. Stenfelder: Ladies and gentlemen, here to perform the theme song for APW Asylum, please welcome to RassleMania X, Ida Maria! The APW fans are on their feet, dancing and singing along with the song as images promoting the night's matches flash across the Action-Tron. Video of Stefan Raab, Reaver, M.D.K., Alex Black, Isamu Suzuki, Roy Speede, Phil Atken, Michael Callahan, James Chambers, Rico Casteel, Jason Cashe, Anthony Bailey, C.J. Gates, and finally, Johnny Rebel are all intersped together, with placards for each match showing on the screen in succession. As "Bad Karma" comes to a close, the fans give Ida Maria a standing ovation before the camera cuts to the announcers at ringside! Nailz: Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to Night Two of APW RassleMania X! I am Russ T. Nailz, alongside my broadcast partner, Steve Beckett! Last night was an epic, amazing night to start off RassleMania X, and tonight looks to be even better!Beckett: You're absolutely right, Russ, that as great as last night was, tonight has the potential to be even more amazing! We have the culmination of one of the longest standings feuds in Asylum history, as Anthony Bailey and Jason Cashe face off one more time, and this time, it's Last Man Standing!Nailz: Also, we have the return of two stalwarts from the early days of The Asylum, none other than the first two Asylum Champions, James Chambers and Rico Casteel! These two big bulls will go at it in the middle of that ring later tonight, and I, for one, can't wait!Beckett: But tonight's not just about Asylum, despite the fact that the Asylum announce crew is in the house, no, we've got ourselves some visitors tonight, as Sin City Wrestling mainstay M.D.K takes on the high-flying Alex Black in a grudge match that's sure to be violent!Nailz: Well, when one of the guys in the match goes by the name Murder, Death, Kill, that's to be expected. But ladies and gentlemen, tonight, we hold the last ever APW World Heavyweight Championship Match, as Johnny Rebel defends the title against longtime rival C.J. Gates! Gates has been a perenial title contender here in APW, and tonight, he gets one last shot at the gold! But in order to claim it, he has to defeat a very motivated, a very focused Johnny Rebel.Beckett: For the longest time, Johnny Rebel was considered to be the greatest APW wrestler to have never been either World Heavyweight or Undisputed Champ. When he defeated Level-One at One Night in Hell, he erased that stigma, he became the champ, and if I know Johnny Rebel, C.J. Gates is going to have to darn well near kill him to get that belt!Nailz: We certainly have a ton of action in store for tonight, but we're starting things off with a bang with the Hardcore Steel Cage Match for the APW Suicidal Championship! As Nailz is speaking, the cage begins to descend from the ceiling. All sorts of weapons are attached to the side of the cage, and ominous music plays as it continues to lower. "My Own Hell" by Five Finger Death Punch plays. After a few seconds, Reaver darts out and grabs the dreads on his mask. He goes to the top of the ramp and stares at the crowd. They roar with excitement as he tilts his head and storms down to the ring. Stenfelder: “The following contest is schedule for one fall and is a Hardcore Cage Match for the APW Suicide Title! Making his way to the ring and weighing in at 255lbs, he is the APW Suicide Champion… REAVER!”
Reaver climbs into the cage heads to the back of the ring and sits in the corner rocking back and forth before standing up; hops around in the corner with a stern focused look ready to attack. Nailz: “What a way to kick off Night Two of this momentous Rasslemania! Suicide Title on the line in a Hardcore Cage match!” Beckett: “Champion versus former champion. I have no alliance in this match but I will say… HEIL HERR RAAB!” Stenfelder: “And the challenger, weighing in at 230 pounds coming from Cologne Germany, “The Killerplauze” Stefan Raab. Wretches And Kings By Linkin Park plays over the sound system as the pyro comes sparking out of the side of the ramp and he comes jumping and walking out wearing a hooded coat with his Monster Energy logo and his The Killerplauze nickname on the back of it along with his name and his gold and black wrestling trousers with black gloves on both of his hands ignoring the fans. Nailz: “Raab is looking focused tonight. He wants APW’s curtain to close with him as the rightful champion.” Beckett: “And it will happen! German efficiency over the marble losing fruit loop!”
Raab goes up the stairs before climbing into the cage, going in-between the ropes and does a holdup on each side of the cage as the fans are booing him like mad before taking his coat off and preparing for wrestling as he does a few punches to the camera before the match begins. The referee holds up the APW Suicidal Title and places it in the corner as the bell rings and the match begins. Nailz: “We can see around the ring, various weapons of destruction are hanging on the cage walls. Pin-fall or submission or knockout will be the only ways to put this baby to bed.” Beckett: “Bed? By the time Stefan is finished with Reaver, he will need a fucking body bag!”
WEAPONS CAGE MATCH FOR THE SUICIDAL CHAMPIONSHIP
Johnny Knuckles/Reaver (c) Vs Stefan Raab
The two men lock up in the centre of the ring and after a moment of jostling, Raab brings a knee up into the sternum of the champion to knock some of the wind out of him. Reaver steps backwards and Raab cracks him in the jaw with a stiff boxing style jab. Reaver stumbles backwards before stopping himself but the German follows up with another before rattling Reaver with a European uppercut. Reaver stumbles against the ropes and as Raab attempts to follow up, the champion grabs a kendo stick from the wall of the cage and breaks it over the head of the challenger leaving him looking like he is seeing stars!
Nailz: “Raab going for an actual wrestling move from the get go but Johnny Knuckles responds with a good old fashioned American stick to the head!”
Reaver brings the stick down again to Raab sending the challenger into retreat and again until the German is on the opposite side of the ring. Raab reaches up and pulls down a trash can lid. He blocks an attempted stick shot with the lid before taking a wide strike against the side of Reaver’s head. The champion tumbles away from the shot and holds his ear as the challenger brings the lid down across Reaver’s back before tossing the crumpled mess of a lid away.
Beckett: “And Raab proving efficient weapon shots are the true German way.”
Reaver reaches out for the cage wall as Stefan takes a steel sheet from the cage wall and slams it across the champion’s back before repeating the strike. Reaver grabs onto the cage wall to help himself endure the strikes and blindly grabs the first thing he can grab a hold of. As he grabs a baseball bat, Raab takes a few steps back, charges forwards but Reaver manages to turn and swing wildly at the oncoming German and almost decapitates him with the baseball bat!
Beckett: “Swing home Johnny! Swing home!”
Nailz: “Stefan could have lost a couple of teeth there!”
Raab slowly rolls onto his back and clutches at his bloodied face. Reaver composes himself and crouches behind Stefan and raps the bat around his neck. Raab’s face turns bright red as he reaches out for help. Reaver presses is knee into the centre of Raab’s back and wrenches on the bat before releasing the bat and sending Raab tumbling to the mat. Reaver kicks the German to evoke movement and takes a couple of steps back before swinging the bat like a golf club into the ribs of Stefan!
Nailz: “Reaver is a multi-sports superstar tonight!”
Reaver tosses the bat down and puts the boots into the challenger. Raab can only try and crawl over to the corner but Reaver keeps coming. Stefan drags the referee in between the pain and as both are distracted, Stefan leans forwards and low blows Reaver sending him into a crumpled mess on the mat.
Beckett: “Johnny boy gets what he deserved!”
Nailz: “What he deserved? He deserved a bash on the balls?”
Beckett: “He got the referee involved unnecessarily!”
Stefan slowly climbs up to his feet and picks another trashcan lid from the cage wall. He takes a walk into the wall before charging forwards and drops an elbow onto the champion’s chest through the trashcan lid! Raab drags Reaver to his feet and connects with a couple of right hands before going for an Irish whip; Reaver manages to reverse it though and sends Raab into the ropes. Raab hangs onto the ropes though and points to his head to indicate how smart he is. He taunts Reaver and the champion charges forwards for a spear which connects into the stomach of the challenger, doubles him over and sends both men through the top and middle ropes and into a panel of the cage which gives way and sends both men crashing to the floor outside the ring! The crowd are on their feet and chanting.
*Holy Shit! Holy Shit!*
Nailz: “They wanted a cage! They wanted to be contained and the steel walls of a cage couldn’t contain them!”
Both men are struggling to catch their breath but Reaver starts to stir. He crawls over to the guard wall and pulls himself to his feet. He turns to Raab and puts a couple of boots into his head before dragging the challenger up to his feet. Stefan manages to shove Reaver back into the wall, Reaver stumbles back towards the German and is booted in the midsection from the challenger and is on the receiving end of a DDT onto the cage panel!
Beckett: “Busting open the champion is just one more reason why Stefan Raab should be the last ever Suicide Champion!”
Blood appears on the forehead of the champion as Stefan climbs to his feet and allows himself a smirk that creates a wave of boos from the crowd. He puts a couple of boots into Reaver before dragging him up and dropping him with an atomic drop. Reaver hobbles on the spot and Raab locks his arms around the champion and hits a brutal overhead belly to belly suplex! Stefan walks slowly over to the announce table and picks up the Suicide Title.
Nailz: “Stefan has got one thing in mind with that title and that is bad intentions…”
Beckett: “He’s doing a good deed by allowing Johnny to say goodbye to the title he’s just about to lose!”
Reaver is on his hands and knees crawling as Stefan makes his way back over to him. Reaver tries to get to his feet but as he does, the German takes a big swing with the title belt but Reaver is able to duck the shot, grab the waist of the challenger and German suplex him into the guard wall which collapses on impact! Another ‘Holy Shit’ chant rises up and Reaver reaches down for the title, picks it up and holds it up, points to himself and mouths that the title is still his.
Nailz: “That is called making a statement. A crimson masked statement!”
Johnny rests the title on the guard wall before reaching down and dragging Raab to his feet. He takes the head of the challenger and drives it into the title resting on the wall before leading him back over to the ring and tosses him back into the ring. Reaver climbs into the ring behind him, reaches up and takes a trashcan. Stefan gets to his knees and looks up to the lights but they are extinguished from his view as Reaver dumps the can onto his head. Reaver backs into the ropes, charges forwards and drops a quick dropkick into the face of Stefan! Stefan drops to his back and Reaver looks down at the challenger, running to the ropes, rebounding back to attempt a running senton but Raab manages to slide from the can leaving Reaver dropping back first onto the can!
Beckett: “Raab showing why he will be champion! Johnny demonstrating where he belongs… amongst the trash!”
A battered a bloody Raab staggers over to the wall of weapons and picks off a bike chain. He wraps a chain around the waist of the champion before pulling him in tightly and hitting a chain assisted Killerpin! He bridges the suplex and the referee makes the count!
1! . . . . 2! . . . . Nailz: “Dear god! Reaver managed to grab a steel sheet that had dropped and smashed it over the head of Stefan Raab!”
Beckett: “What an extreme way to break the count! A little unnecessary if you ask me…”
Nailz: “Nobody did…”
Stefan’s legs go limp and Reaver drags himself away from the wreckage of both men and over to the corner. He pulls himself up and picks another trashcan from the wall and dumps it onto Raab’s head again as he gets to his feet before backing into the turnbuckle and squaring up the dazed Raab.
Beckett: “What has he got planned?”
Reaver shuffles up and drops the can covered Raab with a super-kick that drops the German! The can flies off of the head of the challenger as his eyes roll into the back of his head and collapses to the mat. Reaver climbs to the turnbuckle and up to the top of the cage which is coated in barbed wire. He rips a length of the wire off and wraps his arms in an individual length of wire on each. Raab is still flat out and Reaver leaps off and drops a barbed wire assisted elbow drop onto the challenger evoking a third ‘holy shit’ chant from the crowd. Reaver writhes in pain as does Stefan but the German is clearly worse off as the champion is up to his feet and groggily adjusts the wire so that is around his hand.
Nailz: “Blood pours down his arms but he doesn’t care! The champion wants to end this now!”
With one hand, Reaver drags Raab up into a seated position and Reaver stands over him and signals to the crowd before driving a barbed wire assisted Retribution to the throat of Stefan Raab who collapses backwards into an unconscious heap. Reaver hooks the leg and the referee makes the count!
1! . . . . . 2! . . . . . 3!
Winner: Reaver/Johnny Knuckles
Stenfelder: “Here is your winner… and STILL APW SUICIDAL CHAMPION… REAVER!” Nailz: “An immense way of kicking off our second night and we have the champion retaining his title.” Beckett: “Brutality, blood and barbed wire… the only thing missing was the right winner!”
The referee helps Reaver to his feet and raises his bloodied arm and is handed his title. The champion holds his title aloft as ‘My Own Hell’ plays again. Reaver limps out of the ring with the title as his music continues to play.

Stenfelder: The following contest is scheduled for one fall!“Charlie Big Potato,” by Skunk Anansie hits the speakers, and the crowd immediately boos as M.D.K. appears on the stage. M.D.K. trades barbs with a few of the fans on the way down to the ramp, but as he gets closer to the ring, he gets more focused. Stenfelder: Making his way to the ring first, weighing in at 272 pounds, from Colchester, Essex, England, M.D.K., Murder, Death, KILL!Nailz: M.D.K. has been a fixture in Sin City Wrestling, and has participated in multiple Survive & Conquer matches!Beckett: He may not have ever been signed to an APW contract, but he is certainly welcome here at RassleMania X tonight!M.D.K. reaches the ring and reaches up, grabbing the middle rope to pull himself up onto the apron. He raises both arms in the air before entering into the ring. "We Are" hits the speakers and Alex bolts out from backstage to a loud ovation! He looks out to the sea of humanity, and throws his arms out, eliciting more cheers! Stenfelder: And his opponent, weighing in at 215 pounds, from Los Angeles, California, “The Black Rose Knight,” Alex Black!Nailz: Alex Black also participated in Survive & Conquer this year, and he’s ready to go with M.D.K. here tonight!Beckett: There’s certainly no love loss between these two men here tonight, but that’s what makes this match up great! Neither one of these men spent a significant amount of time in APW, but it shows how big of an event RassleMania X really is, because everyone in the wrestling world wants to be involved!Black makes his way down to the ring to the fans cheering, he stops to clap some hands before running up the steps and then stopping and looking back at the entrance with a smile on his face, before looking back at the ring and springboarding over into it. He then runs up to a random turnbuckle and climbs to the top and motions for the crowed before getting jumped from behind by M.D.K! The fans boo loudly as M.D.K. clubs Black on the back before climbing up and giving him a Release German Suplex from the top turnbuckle! The ref has no choice to call for the bell, DING! DING! DING! Singles Match Alex Black vs. M.D.K.
Nailz: M.D.K. didn’t even let Alex Black get out of the blocks before taking it to him!
Beckett: I love it! M.D.K. isn’t afraid to draw some boos to get a huge advantage.
M.D.K. stays right on Alex Black, pulling him up by the waist and throwing a series of Triple German Suplexes! He then pulls Black back up and in for a Sidewalk Slam! He goes for another pin, 1 . . . Alex kicks out. M.D.K. mounts Alex, and unloads with a bunch of lefts and rights, attacking with such ferocity and viciousness that it busts open the bridge of Alex Black’s nose! Blood begins to flow down the face of Black, as M.D.K. pulls him back up and shoots him towards the ropes, picking him up for a Samoan Drop! However, Alex Black counters the Samoan Drop into a Crucifix Pin, pinning M.D.K.’s shoulders to the mat, 1 . . . 2 . . . Kick out by M.D.K!
Nailz: What a counter by Alex Black! He got himself right back into this match, because quite frankly, M.D.K. was dominating.
Beckett: Don’t speak too quickly…
M.D.K. is pissed, and as both men get to their feet, he just about decapitates Black with a vicious Clothesline! After a couple of hard stomps to the chest, M.D.K. reaches down and yanks Black up to his feet, pulling him in for a Short One Arm Snap Spinebuster! He goes for the cover, pinning him, 1 . . . 2 . . . Alex gets his shoulder up! M.D.K. goes back to assaulting the face of Alex Black, giving him some forceful punches to the bridge of the nose again, making the gash even bigger! Blood continues to flow down the face of Alex Black as M.D.K. pulls him up and dumps him right out of ring, tossing him through the ropes to the floor! M.D.K. soaks in the boos of the crowd as Alex lies out on the floor.
Beckett: M.D.K is absolutely dominating this match up so far. He’s used his superior size and strength to just dictate the flow of this match!
Nailz: Not to mention a cheap shot before the match even began!
Blood continues to pour from Alex’s nose as M.D.K. begins to step out onto the apron. Alex shows a second wind by popping right up and gives M.D.K. a Jumping Kick right to the calf! M.D.K. clutches his calf as Alex sweeps his legs out from under him, causing him to crash down onto the apron! Black rolls into the ring, and slingshots himself over the top rope, catching M.D.K. right in the face with a Slingshot Elbow Drop on the apron! M.D.K. holds his face as Alex drives his Elbow into the bridge of M.D.K.’s face again and again before sliding back into the ring at the count of 8 and pulling off another Slingshot Elbow Drop! Now M.D.K. is bleeding as well! The fans, who haven’t had much reason to cheer thus far, are beginning to come alive, cheering for Alex as he slides back into the ring, dragging M.D.K. by the feet to the middle of the ring and going for a cover, 1 . . . 2 . M.D.K. kicks out! Black presses his advantage, pulling M.D.K. up by the head and giving him a few punches to the head before pulling him back up to a vertical base. A few more punches by Black are followed up with a Sidewinder Suplex! He goes for another cover, 1 . . . 2 . . . M.D.K. gets another shoulder up! Alex goes to pull M.D.K. back up to a vertical base, but M.D.K. gives him a few hard shots to the midsection before getting up to his feet. Both the bloody combatants begin to trade punches back and forth, back and forth! The fans get the good ol’ “YAY! BOO! YAY! BOO!” chant going, saying “YAY!” for Black, and “BOO!” for M.D.K. “YAY! BOO! YAY! BOO! YAY! BOO! YAY! BOO! YA-BOO! BOO! BOO!” M.D.K. regains control of the match, and backs Black into the corner, continuing to pummel him in the corner! As Alex is dazed, M.D.K. sits him up on the top rope, and then climbs up himself! M.D.K. throws a couple more shots at Black before hoisting him onto his shoulders!
Nailz: What is M.D.K. thinking here?!
Beckett: Whatever it is, it’s going to be nasty!
M.D.K. looks out into the crowd, with Alex still on his shoulders, before falling backwards into a Super Samoan Drop! Both men arch their backs in pain upon impact, but after a brief moment, M.D.K. rolls over and drapes an arm over Alex’s chest, 1 . . . 2 . . . Alex barely gets his shoulder up!
Nailz: How did Alex kick out of that one!? I thought he was done!
Beckett: I don’t believe it either! Both these men are a bloody mess! This hasn’t been a long match, but it’s been violent!
M.D.K. is pissed off, and he heads over to the corner, ripping off the turnbuckle pad! He then pulls Alex Black up and goes to ram his already bloody face into it, but Alex blocks the attempt and reverses it, driving M.D.K.’s face into the turnbuckle instead! The fans are on their feet as Black repeatedly rams M.D.K’s face into the exposed turnbuckle again and again until M.D.K. falls backwards to the mat! With M.D.K. down, Alex mounts the top turnbuckle, and goes for the Pitch Black Imploding 450 Splash, and he nails it!
Nailz: That has to be it!
The fans count along with the ref as he counts, 1 . . . 2 . . . 3-NO! At the very last possible second, M.D.K. gets his shoulder off the mat! The fans cheer because they think it was a three count, but the cheers quickly turn to boos as the ref holds up two fingers!
Beckett: It doesn’t get any closer than that! Unfortunately for Alex Black, close doesn’t count in wrestling!
Alex can’t believe it either, but stays on the attack, rolling M.D.K. onto his belly, and hooking one of his arms.
Nailz: It looks like Alex is setting up for the Black Out!
Alex goes to hook M.D.K.’s second arm, but M.D.K. powers his way out, rolling Alex off, and getting back to his feet! Alex gets to his feet and rushes in, only to eat The Hellshot! Alex is out like a light as M.D.K. pins him, 1 . . . 2 . . . 3! DING! DING! DING!
Winner: M.D.K. Stenfelder: Here is your winner, by pinfall, M.D.K.!“Charlie Big Potato” blares as the ref raises M.D.K.’s arm in victory. Blood is still flowing down his face as he snickers at the downed Alex Black. Beckett: It was brutal, it was bloody, it was beautiful! These two men threw everything they had at each other, and in the end, M.D.K. picks up the victory!Nailz: When two athletes throw bombs like that at each other, when they lose that much blood that early in the match, well, matches like that have a tendency to not go very long. M.D.K. holds on and gets the win at RassleMania!M.D.K. gives Alex Black another kick to the ribs as he makes his way out of the ring, getting booed as he does so. He then exits out of the ring, and heads up the ramp while the ref tends to Alex in the ring. A commercial for RassleMania X Night 3 plays.

CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW!?!The lights slowly come back on as 'Hear Me Now' by Hollywood Undead begins to play through the speakers as Roy Speede steps out on stage with Alex Haden at his right. Roy continues to celebrate and Ismau comes too. Roy helps Isamu up and the two shake hands. Isamu leaves the ring. Roy continues to celebrate and we go backstage. As the cameras cut to the backstage area you quickly see Jason Cashe looking back as he hurries down the corridor. Backstage Interviewer, Jack Spade following behind him is being rushed with the cameraman to follow. Jason Cashe: Hurry it up! I want you to see this..He waves for them to hurry and turns to face forward as his pace steadily moves in a rush. They come to an open door and Cashe dips into the room, holding the door open for Jack Spade and the camera to enter before closing it. Inside the room is dark but a Flat Screen Television is on with a video on pause. Cashe stands in front of the TV so the camera can see him. Jack SPade: What are we doing here? I have to try and get interviews with the competitors as they come backstage.Jason Cashe: Oh you will want to see this..He turns to the Television and reaches over to pick up the remote that controls it. He pushes the play button and it begins to roll. Jason Cashe: THERE!! Did you see it? Did you hear that?Jack Spade: Yeah, that's Anthony Bailey. His last promo for APW...What about it?Cashe smiles, lets out a frustrated but sinful giggle as he paces across the room and grabs his 4CW Championship. He looks down at it and then looks over at Jack Spade. Jason Cashe: I've watched this 50 million times since it originally aired...Not literally but A LOT! I've listened to every word, every metaphor he's thrown out there to define what he believes has been this "relationship" between us. He pretty much labeled me a Slave Owner but yet it's HIM who comes from wealth, I just come from White Skin. That's irrelevant though, what's to be noticed here? It's his final words...Hehe...Yeah see, see right here let me show you!!He gets excited again and turns to the TV, dropping his Championship on the floor at his feet as he rewinds the tape some and finds the exact location of the feed. Jason Cashe: THERE! Oh it's like he's telling the WORLD that he knows what is coming! His truth has finally been heard, his reality finally realized as our feud, this rivalry comes to a close. Until Toronto...Jack Spade: I think you're misunderstanding...Jason Cashe: I'm not misunderstanding a thing! This is different right here! This isn't a farewell until Toronto...No, no, this is his admittance of his Promise being broken. This is him saying his Promise was born in APW, he said so himself. The man he had become was built in APW and it cannot and will not be broken...Until Toronto! Because guess what? WE'RE IN TORONTO AY!!!Jack Spade: I don't think--Jason Cashe: That's right, you're not paid to think. If you were a thinker you'd be behind a desk not sticking a microphone in someone's face asking dumb ass questions! Maybe your wrestling career would have lasted a bit longer if you were a thinker but here lies the problem, you don't think...So let me help you, let me give you and everyone else out there watching this live, seeing this as it happens with each word that leaves my mouth...My time here? In APW has been one hell of a ride! I'm not blind, I see the ways that this place operated. How Kurt Noble ends up first ballot Hall Of Famer off his ONE year under contract and is named such BEFORE people like Level One and Biggs? Yet my name...My achievements in this organization were not recognized?
I was more than a hugging entertainer! I was a Grand Slam Champion, a World Title Grand Slam Champion! Nobody but Michael Lively WHO I RETIRED can call themselves that but guys like Kurt Noble with his one reign as Undisputed and one as Tag Champions can be added because of what? Because he had some reputation earned in other lands or because Management can't help but hand pick who they like to help spike ratings one last time? And it's not Kurt Noble, I liked that guy the few times we talked. It's the principal of it, I EARNED my place and while others think to belittle it or down play it to their own self promotion, I worked harder and fought tougher than the majority on this roster.
So Anthony Bailey...We're not fighting for a spot in their memory or records books because they don't want us there! Let this bitch DIE because it showed me that my loyalty to it was one sided. This is for us, this is for the fans who bought tickets to see us compete each and everytime we have. This is for peace of mind because you portrayed the slave Bailey and after this match...You are set free. I free you not only of the shackles that have binded you to me for 2 years but free of the burden of ever having to live up to the measures in which I bring out of you during our matches. The level of violence, the fight for addiction to this thing called Action. I take from this place that alone and nothing else but for this night we can take one final call to arms to see just who truly is the LAST MAN STANDING...Until Bell Time Bailey...Not giving Jack Spade anytime to respond or inquire about something said, Jason Cashe steps over, grabs his Championship, drops the remote and leaves the room. Jack Spade shrugging not sure what to think or do as the cameras cut back to ringside.

Nailz: And now, for our next contest, a match pitting two of Asylum's greatest of all time in a match for the ages!Stenfelder: Standing at 6'5", weighing in 270 pounds, hailing from Bismarck, North Dakota, please welcome the former APW World Heavyweight Champion, RICO CASTEEEEEL!The lights dim down as "Sound of Madness" by Shinedown begins to play. After a few moments the large and imposing figure of Rico Casteel makes his way out from the back with the APW World Heavyweight title strapped around his waist. He pauses at the entrance and scans the crowd before smirking, cracking his neck, and making his way down to the ring. Ignoring all of the fans, he reaches the ring, grabs the middle rope and hauls himself onto the apron. He climbs through the ropes and paces around the ring. Stenfelder: And introducing his opponent, standing at 6'4" and weighing in at 225 pounds, please welcome APW Class Of 2013 Hall of Famer and former World Heavyweight Champion, JAMES CHAMBEEERSSSSSThe lights dim once again as the haunting opening of "Get Behind The Mule by Tom Waits" causes an eerie curtain of silence to fall over the venue. A hooded Chambers emerges from the back in his original Asylum Jimmy ring gear. Black pants, black boots, white fists and wrists taped. No sponsors, no logos, just APW as it should have always been. His longtime friend Biff Riboflavin follows him. Stoic in demeanor, James walks slowly to the ramp, taking a moment to absorb his environment. After looking around, he mouths "Thank you, I love you" to the fans as a tear falls rolls down his left cheek. He looks forward to the ring where an anxious Rico Casteel returns his icy stare. James removes his hoodie and places it on a young fan. He enters the ring, and cracks his knuckles as he nods at Rico. Casteel and Chambers stare intensely at one another from their corners. Beckett:Man, oh man, this has got match of the night written all over it.Nailz:Agreed, these two have been wanting to settle their differences for a very long time. Now they get the chance to do it.Singles Match
Rico Casteel vs. James Chambers
The bell dings, and both men rush forward. Meeting each other in the center of the ring, both begin teeing off on each other, landing stiff blows back and forth, and the crowd is loving it.
Beckett: It is deafening in here!
Rico shoves Jimmy into the corner and lands a right hand square on his chin that sends him to the canvas.
Nailz: Vicious left hand from Casteel that takes Jimmy's legs right out from under him!
Rico begins pummeling James in the corner, landing clubbing forearm shots to the of his kneeling opponent. He pulls James to his feet and fires him across the ring into the corner. Rico charges after him, but Jimmy moves leaving Rico to eat turnbuckle! James ducks under as Rico backs up, resets in the middle of the ring and lands a handspring back elbow straight to the face of Rico. Rico tumbles to the mat, and the still stunned James takes a second to get his bearings back , smacking the mat and yelling at himself as Rico slowly begins to rise to his feet. James walks forward and reaches for Casteel, but Rico counters and lands a spinebuster out of nowhere that shakes the arena!
He goes for the pin...
1...
2--
Chambers powers out of the pinfall attempt,
Beckett: Great start by Rico Casteel, not giving Jimmy any room to breathe here.
Nailz: Indeed, Jimmy's gotta step on the gas, soon or this one may be over before it even gets started good.
Casteel stands and pulls James to his feet. He hooks him and attempts an STO, but James shifts his weight, swings around and fells Casteel with a perfectly placed Judo Throw in the middle of the ring. Casteel's back smacks the mat hard, and James takes a second to recover before landing a vicious knee drop right on the neck of Casteel, and a collective "OOH" is heard all over the arena. Chambers goes for the pin, digging his forearm into the throat of Casteel--

2...
Rico gets the shoulder up, and Chambers curses the referee for counting slow.
Jimmy stands, pulling Rico up with him. Rico lands a quick forearm strike to back his man up, and uses the distance to attempt his Knockout Punch, but James ducks it and counters with a one-two of his own that buckle the legs of Casteel.
Nailz: Oh wow, Casteel visibly affected by that last exchange, but refusing to go down.
Both men are engaged in a firefight now, launching punches at each other. Rico looks for the homerun, while James lays back, picking his shots. Rico lunches in with a wide left hook, only to catch a knee to the breadbasket for his trouble. James lays back and tacks on a four punch combination, beginning to redden the forehead of Rico, who still continues to walk James down.
Beckett: Looks like Jimmy is finding his range and making a home for those hooks!
Rico continues to swing wildly at Jimmy, but James easily dodges them, sticking his tongue out and mugging for the cameras in the process. James ducks one last hook attempt from Rico and scores big time with a knee to the head that knocks Rico off balances. James pounces on the opportunity and explodes into a huge impact clothesline.
Nailz: Almost took his head off with that one!
James goes for the pin once more.
1...
2...
Rico pulls away once again. With Rico still prone on the mat, James scales the top rope.
Beckett: Earthquake time!
James leaps off from the top rope attempting the Earthquake
....
....
....
NOBODY HOME! Rico rolls out the way without a second to spare, leaving Jimmy to eat mat. The Hall of Famer bellyflops hard, rolls over holding his ribcage and howling in pain and both men are down.
Nailz: It's always good to see a big man attempt high risk moves...
Beckett: But it's even funnier when they wipe out.
James gets to his feet first, and rushes at Rico in attempt a clothesline attempt but Rico ducks in and explodes, lifting Jimmy into the gorilla press slam position, and begins to walking around the ring in an impressive show of strength, drawing cheers from the crowd.
Nailz: Where's he going to go from here!?
Rico roars, releases James and catches him in midair, nearly putting him through the mat with a thunderous powerslam! Rico pops to his feet, and begins measuring Jimmy, who is still holding his ribs, but gradually making it to a vertical base. Rico darts at James, and nearly breaks him in half with a violent spear!
Beckett: IT'S ALL OVER!
Nailz: Chambers folded like a lawn chair!
Rico goes for the pin, hooking both legs.
1...
2..
THR--James weakly gets his arm up!
Rico beats the mat in frustration, leaping to his feet and screaming in the referee's face. After a threat of disqualification, Rico backs off, going back to Jimmy and begins putting the boots to him. Over and over and over again, stomping Chambers into the mat, and a cut is open on the head of the former champ. Rico smashes James with an uppercut, and then stuns him with a headbutt to open a horrendous gash on the bridge of Jimmy's nose.
Nailz: Ouch! Casteel putting that huge chrome dome to work!
James stumbles over to the ropes, and Rico charges yet again. James drops down at the last second, pulling down the top rope and causing the for World Champ to go tumbling over to the outside! Casteel hits the ground shoulder first, but doesn't appear to be too damaged. He goes to stand and inspect his shoulder, meanwhile back in the ring, a bloodied Chambers has slowly risen to his feet. James bolts toward the ropes, bounces off darting toward the opposite side of the ring, and in a great show of athleticism soars over the top rope to the outside all the way to base of ramp and crushes Rico with a Suicide dive!
Beckett: Impressive! He cleared that top rope by at least three feet!
The crowd has gone insane, deafening chants of "ASYLUM" vibrate the arena, while both men stir on the outside. the referee begins to count...
1..2..3...4.5..
Rico is the first to sluggishly make it to his feet, and rolls under the bottom rope.
6...7..8,
James follows, and reenters the ring, where he is met by Rico Casteel's right hand!
Nailz: THE KNOCKOUT PUNCH!
Beckett: He just got knocked the heck out!
James wilts against the ropes, slinking to the mat. Rico gives an exasperated sigh, and attempts a pinfall once more.
1...
2...
Thre-Foot on the ropes!
Nailz: We got ourselves a classic, great back and forth action!
Rico hauls Jimmy to his feet once more, and sets him for the Bedlam Buster, a groggy James has none of it, shoves his way out and smacks Rico with a perfectly placed high kick to the chin. Casteel stumbles back and Jimmy persists with a spinning back elbow followed by vicious kick to the body. Casteel stumbles into the corner where James begins to ravage him with vicious body blows, including knees to the body, standing elbows and piston like uppercuts that jar back the head of his rival. Casteel attempts to fight off of the ropes, throwing wild, winging punches to create space. He dives at James in another spear attempt, but James sprawls out, instead trapping Rico in a front headlock. He drapes his right forearm under the chin of Casteel, laces his bicep around it and cinches up a deep anaconda choke!
Nailz: This might be it! Chambers has put plenty to sleep with this maneuver before!
Beckett: Nighty-night Rico!
Casteel turns beet red, punching at the midsection of James as the crowd is on its feet. James is struggling to secure the hold against Rico's defenses and keeps having to readjust his grip. Finally, James is able to overpower the former champ and hits a gator roll to achieve full leverage with the choke. Now it's in deep!
Beckett: Casteel's head is about to pop!
The hold is in deep as the referee hovers nearby. Casteel remains calm, posting on Jimmy's leg the alleviate some of the pressure of the choke. He gives the referee a thumbs up, causing the fans to go wild yet again.
Realizing that Rico will not tap, James decides to bail on the hold, opting to roll Rico onto his back and batter him with punches and elbows.
Nailz: Great show of patience and heart by Rico Casteel, I thought he was going to be taking a nap for a second!
James drags Rico back up, and rocks him with another huge knee, but Rico takes it well and answers back with a wild left hook, James absorbs that and a hockey fight breaks out, with both men throwing wild winging punches with no regard, standing toe to toe beating the hell out of each other and the fans are loving it!
Beckett: What a contest!
Nailz: A street fight has broken out here tonight in Ontario! This is what Asylum is all about!
The two continue exchanging blows and eventfully end up tangled in the corner. The referee separates them, and James hustles backwards to the center of the ring. Bouncing on his toes, he plays to the crowd and wave Rico in. Both men smile at each other and respectfully bump fists before tangling once again. This time Jimmy gets the better of the exchange off the bat, surprising Rico with a savage left cross that drops him to one knee. James grabs hold of a Thai Clinch, and begins to punish Rico with salvo of piston like knees that he struggles to defend.
Beckett: This may be the beginning of the end!
Rico's defense weakens more and more as the knees begin to take their toll, finally, James finishes the sequence with a crushing knee strike to the skull of Casteel that lands with a sickening thud. A collective "OOOH" is heard again throughout the around. The blow slumps Casteel against the ropes as James drags him to the center of the ring and again pursues a pin.
1..
2...
KICKOUT! Rico uses his last reserve of strength to power out, and a frustrated James curses. He gets it together, grabs Rico and throws him into the corner. He sets him up on the top rope and drapes him over his shoulders...
Nailz: Is it Krunch time!?
Rico begins to throw elbows at the midsection of James to counter the Krunch, forcing him to loosen his grip. Rico reverse the position on the top rope, hooks James's shorts, lifts him up and from the top rope drives him straight through the mat with the RECKLESS ABANDON!
Nailz: OH MY GOODNESS!
Beckett: This is not a test ladies and gentlemen, Rico Casteel has just put James Chambers and himself through the ring with the Reckless abandon!
The crowd is on their feet, mixed cheers of "Let's go Jimmy" and "Loose Cannon" ring throughout the arena. Finally, a bloody hand reaches from the hole in the ring.
Nailz: RICO!
Casteel pulls himself out of the hole and collapses on the mat, laying on his back as he takes rapid, exasperated breaths trying to get his bearings back. Meanwhile, Jimmy rolls out as well, but is badly injured from the maneuver, holding his midsection and spitting blood while crawls on his hands and knees toward the corner. He is able to sit and lean against the turnbuckle, as the referee goes to tend to him but James shoves him away.
James stands, and meets Rico in the center of the ring. He shoves Rico into the ropes, Rico reverses it. He attempts a clothesline on the return, but Jimmy ducks it and attempts a big boot. Rico attempts a boot of his own but James avoids it, slings Rico into the ropes once more, while he himself dives into the adjacent ropes colliding with Rico in the center of the ring with the Beast Season!
Beckett: This might be it!
Nailz: When's the last time you saw the Beast Season!?
James is hit with a bit of recoil as he may have aggravated his rib injury, but quickly stands as Casteel writes in pain on the mat. Jimmy approaches the corner, looks at the crowd and rabidly begins stomping the mat and the audience loses it! James grabs both corner ropes, and uses them to leap straight to the top turnbuckle, facing the crowd. He backflips off...
Twisting in midair...
and lands a perfectly executed corkscrew moonsault!
James rolls over Rico, hooks the leg....

This match was absolutely epic!Beckett: This was a hoss-fight, plain and simple! Two titans, two behemoths, throwing bombs at each other the entire match! Can we see it again!?The victorious Chambers slowly rises to his feet, bloody mouth and all, smiling at the fans as chants of "THANK YOU RICO, THANK YOU JIMMY" and clapping take over the arena. Overcome with emotion, a teary eyed Chambers embraces his former rival Casteel, and they both raise each other's arms in victory. The two shake hands as a rare smile comes across the face of Casteel. James is seen mouthing "It was a war" and Rico seemingly nods his head in agreement. Jimmy is the first to exit the ring, his head held high and his arms raised triumphantly over his head. The ring crew immediately gets to work on repairing the ring as RassleMania X cuts to backstage. The scene opens up backstage where C.J. Gates can be seen in his locker room, getting ready for his match. There's a knock at the door and Gates looks up, standing as his best friend and tag team partner Biggs enters the room. The ring crew is still working furiously, putting a new canvas over the plywood board. Nailz: What a match that is going to be between Johnny Rebel and C.J. Gates a little bit later tonight for the APW World Heavyweight Championship. The ring crew is almost done, so we're just mere moments from Jason Cashe versus Anthony Bailey, Last Man Standing!

Stenfelder: The following match is a Last Man Standing Grudge Match! Introducing first from Tampa, Florida! He is a Former TapOut Champion, a 2 Time Tag Team Champion and a Former World Heavyweight Champion in APW!! He is "THE PROMISE" ANTHHOOONNNYY BAAAAILLLEEEYY!!The crowd explodes into cheers as "Hometown Hero" by Big K.R.I.T. begins to blare and fog starts to roll down the entrance way. The arena lights turn blue and the fog creates a haze effect. Anthony "The Promise" Bailey steps out from behind the curtain slowly. He stops for a moment, flashes his signature smile, and looks around the arena. Bailey's eyes widen as he strides to the ring greeting multiple fans. He climbs up the ring steps, steps through the ropes and into the ring. Nailz: People have seen these two men fight on Four occasions now and they are tied 2 vs. 2. This is going to be bloody and brutal!Beckett: Bailey looks ready but he wasn't at Survive & Conquer when the now Jason CASHE with a C to start and an E to end it busted him over the head with a steel pipe. Not too original in attack but it sent the right message to Bailey. He looks pumped!"I Grew Up A Fucking Screw-Up Got Introduced to the Game, to the Game then Fucking Blew Up I Grew Up A Fucking Screw-Up Got Introduced to the Game, to the Game then Fucking Blew Up"
As the chorus to "Grew Up A Screw Up" plays as Jason Cashe steps through the back curtain and steps onto the stage wearing his 4CW South West Heavyweight Title around his waist. He is met mostly with boos as the few cheers are faded out from the haters. The chorus of the song plays but is spoken over as the Ring Announcer makes introductions. Stenfelder: And his Opponent from Houston, Texas by way of Atlanta, Georgia! He is an APW World Title Grand Slam Champion! "The Influence Of Wrestling" JAAASSOOON CAAAASSSHHHE!!!"Ever since I was an embryo, waiting to shape up and ship out Something in my brain said, "Wake up and kick out!" Roberta and Wayne stayed up and flipped out Cause when I came I was draped up and dripped out Snip the umbilical, spit the government chip out Peace up, A-Town down and then I dipped out And oh my gosh, the Osh Kosh was picked out I slipped in, even my baby stroller was tricked out Somebody get him, the little homie's out of control Put a little bit of rum in my bottle I'll dream about diamonds and gold Gold gold, to grow from an infant to toddler was effervescent The essence of adolescence got my body feeling freshen freshing freshing, and it was a blessing to rhyme and start rapping I was the best in my section with flows hard than erections Still the best but now I'm grown with more range than a Texan And I'm a heavyweight you dudes is lighter than my complexion"
Nailz: A new name, well a legal name now being used as a ring name. A new Championship in another Promotion. Jason Cashe hasn't lost a beat and has strived in a new environment. This should be another classic by these two GREAT APW names!Beckett: And that's Russ T. Nailz promoting his Commentary Skills for any Promotions out there in need of a Commentator! As he heads to ringside, he rounds the corner and picks up speed as he leaps up on the ring apron, landing on one knee and pulling himself to his feet using the ropes. His eyes look into the ring across at Bailey and the two lock eyes for the first time tonight. Cashe bounces through the ropes and stretches an arm back as he backs into a corner and removes the Championship around his waist, dropping it outside the ring, ready for Action. Anthony Bailey Vs. Jason Cashe (Last Man Standing)
Before the bell can even sound off both men rush across the ring at each other. Bailey drives forward a looping overhand right and it connects as if Cashe walked into it. Quickly a return as Cashe side pops Bailey with a wide looping Left to the ribs. Bailey throws another right and connects to Cashe's jaw but is given one back as Cashe cracks Bailey with his own huge right. Cashe raises an arm and blocks with his left, reaching with his right to grab Bailey behind the head. Cashe drives a Left Elbow into Bailey's cheek. Bailey gets hold of Cashe's head and the two begin driving consistently repeated punches one after another with no blocking found. The referee doesn't seem to know how to react as he grabs his head with both hands. The fans are roaring with cheers as both of them continue plowing into each other's faces.
Beckett: Brutal! They are wrecking each other with these rapid shots and it's non-stop!
Nailz: It's very Don Frye of them both and in this business, that can take it's toll on a Fight.
Sliding his arm up under Cashe's armpit, Anthony Bailey quickly snaps Cashe over with an Arm Drag. Popping right back to his feet, Cashe is up and rushing at Bailey but "The Promise" is ready and ducks the incoming Left Handed Clothesline by Jason Cashe. The crowd roars as Cashe spins around and Bailey blasts him with a No Touch Enziguri to the side of Cashe's head. He stumbles, wobbles a few steps before slapping onto the canvas. The crowd loves it and cheers loudly as Bailey takes that first control. Pushing off the canvas, Cashe is ripped up too his feet by Bailey and is sent across the ring with an Irish Whip.
Bouncing off, Cashe springs back towards Bailey and Anthony Bailey leaps up and goes for a Spinning Wheel Kick but Cashe dives underneath it and slides out of the ring. The crowd deepens with Boos as Bailey returns to his feet and looks out at his opponent. Smiling at Bailey, Jason Cashe walks around the corner post and stands at another side of ringside. Eyes still on Bailey inside the ring, Cashe waves for Bailey to step back away from the ropes. "The Promise" does showing the Fan Favorite in him and wanting to get on with the match.
Beckett: Bailey is such a good guy even when his opponent doesn't deserve such respect. This is why he lost the World Title, it's why he never reached it again!
Nailz: Yet he is one of the most popular names in this Promotion's History and is maybe apart of the best Tag Team to ever grace this Company as well. He has nothing to regret!
Beckett: No, Cashe has nothing to regret. 2 Time World Champion, 2 Time Suicidal Champion, TapOut Champion and Tag Team Champions! Not to mention numerous Yearly Awards! This is no contest!
After words being traded by Cashe and Bailey with the ropes between them, Cashe reenters the ring and instantly Anthony Bailey is on him, pounding down at his back as he ducks through the ropes. Bailey grabs Cashe at the back and locks him up with a Full Nelson Hold. He lifts Cashe and twists around, Slamming the Grand Slam Champion into the canvas with force. A small bounce and Cashe comes to a rest on his back. Snapping to his side, Bailey drops an elbow into Cashe's chest. He pops up and again drops with a second elbow drop. On his feet once more, Anthony Bailey steps back as Cashe slowly moves around. Holding his chest, Cashe rises from the canvas.
Rushing in, Bailey twists and snaps Cashe with a neckbreaker that puts him right back to the canvas. The fans enjoying the control from "The Promise" as he makes it look easy and returns to his feet as the referee comes in and starts the count on Cashe.
1 . 2 . 3 . 4
Beckett: He's not done, crazy if you think a man like Jason Cashe falls this quick. Nope, this is a match he has ALL his marbles involved with. He's a gladiator, this is a war!
5 and Cashe shoves up onto his side before rolling onto his hands and knees. He pushes up and sits on his knees before looking up at Bailey who is all smiles. Cashe isn't tired, just caught off guard and stands to his feet ready to pick up the pieces. The two men begin to circle each other for the first time. As they come in to lock up, Cashe drives a quick knee to the midsection of Bailey and slaps him in a side headlock. A small boo from the crowd and Cashe tightens the grip before cocking back with his free hand and blasting Bailey to the top of his head. He bends to tighten the hold more but Bailey lifts Cashe up and drops him with a back Body drop.
Nailz: Bailey has an Answer for everything! He is the Answer!
Beckett: This is foreplay to Cashe..It's just starting, he takes some and gives back more. Always bet on the House and Jason Cashe represents just that!
Both men scramble to return to their feet, Bailey whips around and goes for a Wheel Kick but Cashe catches him, let's his feet drop to the canvas and grapples him from behind. Bailey throws back an elbow and Cashe shoves him forward. Instantly Bailey jumps and cracks back with a Side Pele like kick that catches Cashe to the temple. He slaps back to the canvas and the fans go crazy!
Nailz: WOW! What a move by "The Promise"!
Beckett: Both Bailey and Cashe are the same size, height and weight. They are polar opposites but have so much going for them both. They've made their APW careers off the matches they've had together and THIS is the Finale!
Picking up the leg of Cashe as he lays on his stomach, Anthony Bailey goes to lock in an Ankle Lock. Cashe scrambles, claws at the canvas and pulls himself into a pressed roll as he plants his feet and pulls free of Bailey. On his feet in a hurry, Cashe charges at Bailey and gets side stepped. Cashe runs and hits the far ropes, Bailey turns to face him and prepares for the come back. Cashe launches off the ropes and dives at Bailey with a Left Armed Clothesline. Bailey ducks under with ease and Cashe hits the canvas and rolls off his shoulder, popping up onto a knee.
They come in at each other and lock up in a tight grapple. Bailey starts to walk Cashe back until Cashe's back bends against the ropes. Ripping Bailey's grapple, Cashe tosses Bailey into the nearby corner. He blasts Bailey with a connecting punch to the jaw and snaps into a spin and CRACKS Bailey with a Rolling Elbow!
Beckett: Mark Of JASON! Cashe loves throwing that Rolling Elbow! Look at Bailey slumping back into the turnbuckles! That one knocked him into tomorrow!!
Cashe drives a forearm to follow and begins rapidly and aggressively driving forearms into Bailey's face and "The Promise" wobbles at the head as he takes each shot flush. Cashe turns from the corner and ROARS out to the crowd who respond with a thundering boo. Cutting back to Bailey, Cashe dives at him, clobbering him with yet another big Forearm Smash and quickly grabs him and flips him upside in a Tree Of Woe.
Nailz: This doesn't look good, Bailey might be in Neverland after those forearm shots..This could get bad for "The Promise".
Backing away from his opponent, Jason Cashe sizes up Bailey as he hangs upside down on the turnbuckles. The arena booing but it might as well be cheers to Cashe as a smile comes across his face. He breaks into a sprint at Bailey, flips forward off his feet going for a Corner Senton but Bailey comes off the turnbuckles with a Handstand and tucks his knees so they are what Cashe crashes his back into. The collision slams them both into the corner but Cashe curls in pain from the knees. The referee steps in and begins to count for both downed competitors.
1 . 2 . 3 . 4 . 5 . 6
Nailz: Bailey is using the ropes to pull himself up!
Beckett: That's just common sense kind of move though, look at Cashe..
7 and Bailey pulls up into a squat with his back to the turnbuckles as Jason Cashe slowly rolls out of the ring under the bottom ropes and catches his footing on the outside. Both men are up! They look at each other and know more is to come. Bailey steps out of the corner as Cashe pushes away from the ring apron and holds at his lower back with one hand. Then Cashe gets an idea and shows as much as he holds up a finger to request a moment. He ducks down and lifts the skirt of the ring apron.
Nailz: Wait, what's he going for? He's getting a weapon that CHEAT!!
Bailey takes notices and backs up into a jog as he comes backed up into the far ring ropes. He springs off them and rushes in the direction of his opponent. He dives through the ropes as Cashe rips a Steel Chair like it's a baseball bat, cracking Bailey directly to the top of his head mid dive. Bailey slumps over the middle rope apparently out cold. Cashe hurries and climbs up onto the ring apron, pulls Bailey off the ropes and apron, hitting a devastating DDT onto the ringside floor. The fans gasp loudly.
Beckett: GOOOOD DAAAMN!! That hurt not a little but a lot, I'll tell you that much!
Nailz: Bailey could be hurt from that DDT, he went limp...Cashe...even Cashe is looking at him with concern in his eyes.
Dragging himself away from Bailey, Cashe stares at his opponent and lifts himself using the steel stairs at the corner post. The referee plops down out of the ring and begins the count on Anthony Bailey.
1 . 2 . 3 . 4 . 5 . 6
The fans let their opinions known as they chant loudly at Jason Cashe.
YOU'RE AN ASSHOLE!
YOU'RE AN ASSHOLE!
YOU'RE AN ASSHOLE!
Nailz: So it's true what they say...
7 . 8 .
Cashe annoyed with the taunting fans decides to give them more reasons to hate and snatches Bailey up off the ringside floor. The fans roar with cheers! Those cheers turn back into Boos when Cashe whips Bailey with an Irish Whip sending him colliding with the side of the steel stairs. Cashe holds up an open palm to the referee to stop him from counting Bailey out. The ref doesn't listen and begins.
1 . 2 .
His mind on his next move, the one up he can do to top the DDT and really get into the fan's bad side. Jason Cashe looks around and then down at his feet.
Beckett: What's he doing?
3 . 4 .
Cashe moves off the ringside floor mats and bends over, ripping the section up. Now concrete is exposed and the fans erupt with boos knowing he has Foul intentions. Turning back to Bailey, Cashe pulls him up to his feet. Slumped over with his head to Cashe's chest and his butt puckering out a bit, Bailey is pulled head first into a Suplex setup. Cashe lifts him but Bailey slides to Cashe's back and gets free, shoving Cashe forward. Cashe spins around with a Half Rolling Elbow and Bailey hits a Spear which lifts Cashe off his feet and slamming into the ringside floor. Both men lay out on he floor as the referee counts on both men. Another chant emerges from the audience..
THIS IS AWESOME!
THIS IS AWESOME!!
Nailz: This IS Awesome! These two have so much history packed into the time they've known each other. It's hard to compare with ANYONE else either man has faced. This is the rivalry of BOTH their careers thus far!
Beckett: I agree completely. Bailey and AJP have some issues but Cashe and Bailey is bone deep kind of cuts. These boys hate each other and it shows in their matches!
1 . 2 . 3 . 4 . 5 . 6 .
Bailey begins to crawl over Cashe as he moves towards the Announcer's Table. Grunting, Cashe pushes Bailey off him and turns onto his stomach to push up. Neither man yet to make it to their feet though.
7 . 8 .
Bailey is up thanks to the Announcer's Table but he's laid over it's surface taking in deep inhales of air. Cashe last second manages to thrust himself off the ground, almost in a sprinters break. He grabs the guard railing to stop his forward progress. Bailey pushes off the table and sluggishly heads towards the ring, he rolls underneath the ropes and pushes himself up to his feet as Cashe watches from ringside. The fans begin chanting Bailey's name as he shakes off his pain and waves for Cashe to fight. He even steps back to give Cashe the space to enter without assault.
Beckett: He did this earlier and then jumped on Cashe when he entered under good faith. Don't trust this promise...
Nailz: Would Cashe keep his word and not make his move first opening he could take? Come on, if you believe otherwise you're a fool.
This time instead of wasting time, Cashe slides into the ring and springs off the canvas. Bailey comes in hot with a big right hand but Cashe ducks it, spins around as does Bailey but Cashe wallops him with a standing Sparta like front kick. A handful of fans cheer as Bailey falls back into the ropes.
Beckett: THIS IS ASYLUM! Haha remember when he used that as one of his go to moves? Scream his pride for Asylum! One of the true sons of Asylum if there ever was one.
Cashe steps in and clotheslines Bailey, flipping him back over the ropes and spilling down onto the ring apron. He keeps hold of the ropes and stays from ringside. Cashe turns away from Bailey thinking he fell to ringside. As he faces him, Bailey is already pulling up to his feet. Cashe bullies in but Bailey drops down onto his side, pulling the top rope with him and Cashe tumbles over the ropes and falls to the ringside floor. Bailey returns to his feet, still on the apron and as Cashe gets up, Anthony Bailey takes two steps and leaps off to hit a Diving Hurricanrana but Cashe catches him, stumbles back but keeps his balance before Powerbombing Bailey across the Ring Apron edge.
Nailz: OHHHHH That might have broke him in half!!
Beckett: That's one pain an ice pack can't fix. Ha!
The referee cringes at the powerbomb but exits the ring and begins his count. Cashe fallen over after executing the move, is on his feet in a few passing seconds. The referee is at 3 when the fans pick up the count with him.
4 . 5 . 6 .
Still groggy on his feet, Cashe grabs another folding chair and slides it into the ring before putting his attention back to Bailey. Cashe leans over and grabs hold of Bailey, pulling him off the floors before he whips Bailey over into the nearest guard railing. Bailey drapes back over the railing as Cashe stumbles over to him. Cashe pulls Bailey off the railing and stands next to him, setting him up and Whipping Bailey back with a Russian Leg Sweep back into the unforgiving guard railing. Popping off from that, Cashe snaps around and clotheslines Bailey back over the railing. Sending him into the crowd who loves him so.
JCashe: YOU CAN HAVE HIM!!
The crowd rumbles with Boos as Jason Cashe crawls under the bottom rope and enters the ring. As he gets to his feet he rushes the referee to make the count. Wanting this to be the end of the match, Cashe seems done.
1 . 2 . 3 .
Nailz: Come on Bailey! Help him people, get him up!
Beckett: Fans cannot interfere with the competitors, that's cheating and cheating is bad!
Nailz: Oh please..
4 . 5 .
An eruption from the crowd startles Cashe as he looks to see a hand from Anthony Bailey pop up and grab the top of the guard railing. Cashe flips out inside the ring and hurries to the ropes. As he dips through and lands to the outside floor, Bailey is already leaning up onto the railing. Cashe down slaps him as he approaches and hooks him up for a suplex back into the ringside area. Bailey prevents the suplex and slams Cashe's face down into the railing. Again and again he slams his head down and then Bailey struggles but lifts Cashe with his own suplex. Bailey drops Cashe stomach first over the railing and the fans go berserk.
Beckett: NOOO!!!!
Bailey climbs over the railing and falls to ringside. He uses the nearby steel stairs and climbs them, getting to his feet as he reaches the ring apron. He enters the ring as Jason Cashe pushes off the railing from his gut and waves off the referee counting.
Nailz: Technically Cashe was never on the floor so the referee wouldn't have been making a count.
Falling against the ring, Cashe slowly rolls under the ropes to enter the ring. As he pushes off the canvas, Bailey steps over and goes to grapple. Cashe lifts up and hits a Low Blow which is legal in this match. The fans still boo as if it were against all rules. Standing, Cashe grabs a bent over Bailey and pushes him sideways into a nearby corner. He whips a middle kick that catches Bailey to the outside arm. Turning from Bailey, Cashe locates the steel chair he put inside the ring. He stumbles over and picks it up off the ring canvas. The fans not liking where this is going as they deliver more boos to "The Influence of Wrestling".
Stepping back to Bailey, Cashe drives the chair into Bailey's side like a stabbing. He does it once more for good measure and then steps back. Cashe unfolds the chair and sits in a few feet in front of Bailey who's still in the corner. Cashe breaks into a jog and hits the opposite turnbuckled corner of the ring before picking up speed as he heads right at the unfolded Chair. Cashe jumps up, steps on the sitting surface of the chair and launches at Bailey for a Corner Splash but Bailey rockets from the corner and catches Cashe with a Amateur Wrestling Slam right down into the chair Cashe leaped from. The chair bends and breaks under their weight as Cashe growls out in pain and Bailey bounces off the pile of Cashe and the scrape metal that was a Folding Chair. The fans erupting so loud the cameras have a shake to them.
Nailz: Whaa...There HAS to be a limit!
Beckett: Yeah the limit is they won't hug each other at the end of it..
The referee looks at both Cashe and Bailey and throws up 1 to begin the count.
2 . 3 . 4 . 5 .
Bailey moves first as he reaches up for the ring ropes. He claws at the canvas and tries again. Cashe shoves away a piece of folding chair that is digging into his back and rolls slowly off the broken mess beneath him.
6 . 7 .
Finally reaching the ropes, Bailey gets everything above the waist lifted off the canvas. Cashe scoots a bit but turns and pushes up onto his knees before pushing to his feet. As he turns around he finds Bailey on his feet as well. The two drive at each other with overhand punches and both of them connect and stumble back. They swing at each other again and connect. Bailey switches it up and slices across Cashe's chest with a Knife Edge Chop. Cashe grabs his chest and tip toes from the pain as Bailey pushes away his hands, stands him straight and cracks him with another. Cashe falls back and ends up with the ropes behind him and Bailey comes in with another chop.
Cashe eye gouges Bailey and Headbutts him to the chest. Cashe backs into the ropes hard to get a spring and rockets off them, passes Bailey, grabbing him and whipping HIM across the ring. Now Bailey is running, he hits the far ropes and comes back with some speed on him. Cashe lifts him up for a Spinebuster but Bailey adjusts and comes down, grabbing Cashe by the head and plants "The Influence Of Wrestling" with a DDT.
Nailz: He executes! Bailey comes through ONCE AGAIN!
The fans begin counting even before the referee and are forced to recount as the referee starts the official count.
1 . 2 . 3 . 4 .
Bailey slaps the canvas with a second wind as he gets to his feet. He pulls Cashe up and instantly puts Cashe's head between his legs. Standing in control in a Piledriver setup, Bailey wraps his arms around Cashe's waist from the sides. As he goes to lift, Cashe locks it up and stops the lift. Then Bailey comes off his feet, Cashe stands and holds Bailey upside down. Taking two steps forward, Cashe whips Bailey forward and hits an Alabama Slam. Bailey's head bounces off the canvas as he hits hard and curls up to cup his head from the impact.
A few times over, Jason Cashe stomps down into Bailey. Laying him on his back, Cashe jumps up and comes down with a sharp knee to Bailey's forehead and rolls off it. Cashe slaps himself and hurries back to his feet. He exits to the ring apron and climbs the turnbuckles from outside the ropes. Posted up high, Cashe puffs twice on an "air joint" before leaping as high as he can into the air! He comes down right across Bailey with a Impact Splash and bounces off Bailey, rolling and curling up as he takes damage from the splash as well.
Beckett: That's a newer move from Cashe from my notes here. He calls it "The How High" and let me tell you, that had some impact to it!
Nailz: It is used to setup one of his FInishers so Bailey needs to regain his composure here..
Cashe uses the ropes to get himself up and he bends at the knees and gets into a stalking of his prey. The fans boo, trying to both show their disapproval of Cashe and maybe warn Bailey of what is coming. The referee still makes his count regardless of what is being setup.
1 . 2 . 3 . 4 . 5 . 6 . 7 .
With no signs of him coming to his feet, Cashe grows tired of waiting and grabs Bailey off the canvas. Cashe has Bailey standing groggily to a wobble and leaves him there as he turns and bolts across the ring. Bouncing off the ropes, Cashe looks to go for his "UTI" Jumping Neckbreaker but Bailey moves by only the bend of his neck to get free of the Finisher attempt. Cashe lands to his back and pops up quickly but Bailey scoops him up and hits his Sitdown Scoop Piledriver!
Beckett: That's...That's....
Nailz: Guaranteed Success! Exactly! You know what comes next right?
Both men lay there breathing heavily. Again the referee begins the count to see who if anyone will make the count.
1 . 2 . 3 . 4 . 5 .
One final deep inhale and Bailey pushes up to his feet as quickly as he can in his sluggish state. He slowly hauls Cashe up and like Cashe had done, Bailey leaves him standing there groggy. Bailey runs at the ropes, leaps up and lands his feet on the middle rope to hit his Springboard Back Flip Falling DDT he calls "Word Of Promise" but as he plants his feet on the ropes, Jason Cashe dives forward and shoves Bailey over the top ropes. He plummets and crashes into the ringside floor. Dangling over the ropes, Cashe smiles showing some blood in his mouth as the fans roar with boos for the "Fouled Out Athlete" .
Beckett: Will you look at that smile...Blood, missing teeth, and his eyes all mixed together is just so...
Nailz: Untreated Mental Patient? I believe Max Cady from Cape Fear was once compared to Jason Cashe.
Beckett: By who? Who would say such terrible things about our only SECOND World Title Grand Slam Champion of APW? WHO?
Nailz: His Mother I think...
Beckett: DWAAAMNNN!!
Pulling himself to his feet on the outside, Anthony Bailey grabs up at the ropes and props himself up slowly onto the ring apron. Cashe is surprised because he's still leaning against the same ropes. His smile doesn't leave his face as a trickle of blood and saliva rolls over his bottom lip and down his thick beard. He grabs Bailey and presses his head down over the top rope so his neck chokes against the ring rope. He drives down an elbow into the spine of his neck.
This awakens something in Bailey as he springs up from the ropes, ducks down and rams a shoulder through the middle and top ropes and into Cashe's midsection. Bailey stands tall again and grabs the ropes, using them to spring up and over Cashe, into the ring, grabbing him and rolling him with a Sunset Flip but as they land, they both bounce in opposite directions laid out on the canvas.
Nailz: Good Golly Miss Molly these two boys are putting it to one another!
Neither stop moving, crawling to gain the upper hand once again as they rise off the canvas. Cashe begins to unleash with wild rights and lefts in all different angles. Like a wild man, he swings at Bailey, walking him back with every swing. Bailey slaps incoming punches, dodges others and ducks a wide swinging right. Missing it Cashe stumbles and turns back to Bailey only to be kicked to the gut with a toe kick. He hits Cashe hard with an open palm slap downwards right to the side of his face and Cashe drops down onto his knee.
Beckett: Did he just...Pimp slap Jason Cashe?
Nailz: Haha...Haha!! Yup!
Bailey backs away and sprints towards the ropes, flings off them and slicing through the air with a Front Dropkick but Jason Cashe weaves back and Bailey lands on his back. Cashe pops up and flips forward, hitting a snapping Senton across Bailey's body. No real damage from the senton, both Bailey and Cashe are back to their feet breathing hard, tired but ready for whatever and the crowd gives them a round of heavy applause for their effort.
ACT-ION PACKED!! Clap..Clap..Clap, Clap Clap! ACT-ION PACKED!! Clap..Clap..Clap, Clap Clap!
Beckett: The Action Packed Movement is in FULL EFFECT for this one! Tiebreaker Grudge Match, these fans LOVING the Action Packed contest between these two men!! WHAT A MATCH!!
They lock up and Cashe lifts a knee in Bailey's gut to take control. Quickly, Cashe throws Bailey across the ring with an Irish Whip, sending him towards the corner but Anthony Bailey runs up the three levels of turnbuckles. As he reaches the top, he flips back as Cashe comes in surprised and a bit off guard as Bailey drops down behind him, hitting him with a Back Flip Falling Reverse DDT!
Nailz: WORD OF PROMISE!!!
The referee starts his count no sooner than Cashe stays down on the canvas.
1 . 2 . 3 . 4 .
Bailey manages to his feet, and leans up against the ropes for support as he watches his opponent, expecting him to be done and this to be over.
5 . 6 . 7 .
Cashe jolts over and rolls to his stomach. He slowly pushes up on his hands and knees as the referee gets to the end of the count.
8 . . 9 .
On on knee Cashe grunts loudly and comes up onto his feet to stop the count, split seconds from losing this contest and the fans are in shock! Even Bailey is eyes wide open staring at Cashe from the ropes.
Beckett: So close...Too close!!
Acting quickly, Bailey springs from the ropes in a rush at Jason Cashe. He comes in hot looking to capitalize and finish off his opponent but Cashe catches Bailey off guard, catches him coming in, hooks him and snaps him over with a T-Bone Suplex Powerslam, bouncing off Bailey as the move lands.
Nailz: CASHE FLOW! He used that to win the 4CW South West Championship!
Beckett: Only because his UTI Neckbreaker wasn't enough, he's yet to hit that on Bailey and that's his Bread and Butter!
Instead of waiting around, Cashe rolls out from the ring as the referee begins his count on Bailey.
1 . 2 . 3 . 4 . 5 .
Cashe ducks down and flips up the apron skirt on the ring and looks for something. He pulls out a brand new shiny Steel folding Chair and holds it up for the crowd to boo at the sight of.
6 . 7 .
Inside the ring, Bailey has started moving. He reaches up and grabs the nearby ropes and pulls himself to a situp position. Cashe slides the chair into the ring and follows it. As he enters the ring, Bailey gets to his feet and staggers a bit to catch his balance. The count stops as Cashe unfolds the steel chair and sits it on the canvas.
Nailz: Whats the next move? Bailey doesn't see Cashe yet, might not rightly know where he is even..TURN AROUND!!
Beckett: He can't hear you, not with this loud ass crowd..I can barely hear you, wish I couldn't in fact..
Before Bailey can turn around, Cashe approaches and jumps up, snatching Bailey at the back of his head and hitting a UTI Jumping Neckbreaker. The crowd wallops in boos and some cheers as Bailey bounces onto the canvas at the neck and shoulders before flopping onto his back. Cashe pops back up and roars to the crowd who boo him some more.
Beckett: Game over, body bag! Zip zip, that's that!
Nailz: I wish I could argue but that was a beautifully executed "Under The Influence" on Anthony Bailey...
The referee hesitates before starting his count but does so as Jason Cashe stands over Bailey staring down at him.
1 . 2 . 3 . 4 . 5 . 6 . 7 .
As Bailey does begin to fight and move around in a complete daze, Cashe goes to kick down at Bailey and "The Promise" grabs his foot and throws it past him through the ropes and Cashe slides almost into the splits. The crowd gasps as does Cashe as his legs stretch apart in his fall before he launches himself back to keep from doing them. Bailey gets to his feet, Cashe holding his balls tries to get up with no hands.
Bailey grabs him and helps him up, Cashe bursts free of the grapple and drives a forearm into Bailey's face. He steps back a few stumbles and shakes off the daze before jumping at Cashe and smacking him with a punch to the cheek. Cashe falls into the ropes, Bailey comes in for another swing but Cashe blocks this one and sends thrusting fingers into Bailey's throat. As he coughs and grabs at his throat, Cashe pounds down on his back.
Cashe goes to lock in an Abdominal Stretch but Bailey lifts his shoulder and Cashe is lifted and thrown over. He hurries to get up but Bailey ducks a shoulder again, this time lifting Cashe up across his shoulders before flinging him with a Fireman's Carry but Cashe flips and lands on his feet. The crowd on theirs as the two come in with exact time landing punches and both men wobble.
Nailz: Good gracious, this match is bodacious!
Beckett: I'm not sure if I should even comment on that or ignore it completely. Yeah...yeah, ignoring it seems better.
Bailey comes in for another trade as Cashe stands with the setup Steel Chair behind him. He ducks and weaves the incoming blast by Bailey, catching him and snapping him over with another T-Bone Suplex Powerslam right into the folding Steel Chair. It snaps and breaks under their weight as the fans grab at their mouths at the shock of the moment.
Beckett: CARNAGE! Carnage in the ring! Cashe hits "Cashe Flow" through a Steel Chair and Anthony Bailey is a bag of broken bones!! He can't possibly get up from that...can he!?!
Cashe slowly rolls off the pile of Bailey and the broken steel chair under him as the referee begins his count.
1 . 2 . 3 .
Cashe rises but he flops back into the ropes behind him, his arms fling up over the ropes as he slumps back and his eyes glaze over likely knocked out on his feet as the referee gets deeper into the count.
4 . 5 . 6 . 7 . 8 .
Nailz: He's still not moving, Bailey might be done here...
Beckett: But look at Cashe! He seems...he seems high! Like this match filled a prescription for his Addiction!
9 .
Cashe stumbles forward and the referee makes the final count.
10!
Jason Cashe falls forward and slaps onto the canvas after his victory is secured. The fans rioting with boos, a few cheers as Stenfelder gets on the microphone to make it official.
Winner: Jason Cashe Stenfelder: Winner by Knock Out...."The Influence Of Wrestling"....JAAASSSOOON CAAAASSSHHHE!!"Grew Up A Screw Up" begins to play as both Jason Cashe and Anthony Bailey stay laid out on the canvas. The referee on one knee checks on them both and calls for some help from the back. EMTs run down and slide into the ring as they are checked on for injuries as the fans of the arena show their appreciation for not only the match but the feud these two have had in APW. A-PEEE-DUBBLE-U!!

Either man could have won but both will be leaving on a stretcher here tonight!Beckett: Yes but Jason Cashe won the match, this is again HIS Moment at RassleMania!!As the EMTs prepare stretchers for both men, the audience shows their love as the cameras cut to the backstage area to continue the show.

Stenfelder: “The following contest is scheduled for one fall and is our night two… MAIN EVENT!”A green hue fills the arena as ‘Writing on the Wall’ by the Tea Party begins to play and the fans instantly jump to their feet, cheering loudly. C.J. Gates quickly makes his way out from the back wearing his trademark cowboy hat and his ‘Go Big or Go Home’ t-shirt. He points out to the fans in attendance and smiles before making his way down the ramp, tagging hands with the fans along the side of it. Gates reaches the ring and slides in under the bottom rope before springing to his feet and climbing the nearest turnbuckle. He points out at the fans one more time before raising his arms in the air to another loud chorus of cheers. Stenfelder: “This contest is for the APW World Heavyweight Championship and is a No Disqualification match! Introducing first we have the challenger; he comes from Fargo, North Dakota and weighs in at 215lbs… C… J… Gates!”Beckett: “A man who has come into this company and made a name for himself. A man for whom 2011 cemented his place in APW history. Numerous accolades, multiple achievements and huge appeal to the wrestling market on the whole.”#SIMPLY F'N PUT! A recorded voice comes over the loud speaker and "Smoke on the Water" by Deep Purple blasts over the PA. Johnny Rebel comes out in a gold robe shimmering in the lights. "SIMPLY PUT" is written in silver on the back. His blonde goatee is neatly trimmed and blonde hair is freshly cut; his eyes hidden behind dark sunglasses. Stenfelder: “And his opponent. From Chicago Illinois and weighing in at 234lbs… ‘Simply Put’ Johnny REBEL!”#IT'S TIME TO PAY THE PRICE! Nailz: “Here is a man who epitomises APW. Aggression, power and the desire to win. This is no DQ, no rules and no holds barred… A place where Rebel will thrive.”The crowd has come unglued in their hatred for Rebel. He gets to the ring and pulls a camera man down to the ground and on all fours as Rebel uses him as a stepping stone to get in the ring and as he is up on the apron, Gates charges towards Rebel and drags him into the ring and starts clubbing him on the back and shoulders. The crowd are going crazy as Gates drags the back of the robe over Rebel’s head and throws him into the corner. He whales in with a flurry of kicks while Rebel still can’t see and Gates walks to the centre of the ring, charges at the still seated Rebel and connects with a stiff Shining Wizard! Nailz: “What the hell does Gates think he is doing with this? How dare he jump Johnny Rebel?”Beckett: “And Rebel wouldn’t do the same thing?”The referee picks up the title from the mat, holds it aloft and the bell rings to officially start the match, DING! DING! DING! APW World Heavyweight Championship Match No Disqualification
Johnny Rebel (C) vs. C.J. Gates
Gates continues to put boots into Rebel who is down in the corner still. Gates drags Rebel up and the champion spins out of the robe leaving Gates holding it who looks up and is met with a rake to the eyes. Gates stumbles backwards and Rebel shakes his head and follows up with a couple of right hands to the head of Gates before grabbing the arm of the challenger, whips him into the ropes and flips him and doubles him over with a kitchen sink! Gates sits up and tries to catch his breath but Rebel stands over him and stiff kicks him straight in the small of the back. Gates howls in pain as Rebel turns to the referee, pokes him in the chest and starts talking trash to him.
Nailz: “Rebel is already throwing his weight around!”
Beckett: “What do you mean? He’s simply reminding him of the basic rules of wrestling.”
Rebel drags Gates up and connects with a couple of forearms before whipping Gates across the ring, into the turnbuckle and crushing him with a splash. Gates staggers forwards and into the arms of Rebel who snap suplexes him in the middle of the ring! Rebel leans over Gates, talks some trash and drives some straight punches into the temple of Gates before straddling him, continuing to bludgeon him before the referee tries to drag Rebel away.
Nailz: “What the hell is the referee doing? It’s no DQ! Leave them be!”
Gates stands up and shoves the referee in the chest and starts to argue with him again. The referee backs away and Rebel advances but looks stunned as Gates grabs Rebel from behind and rolls him up for a pin!
1 . . . . 2 . Kick-out!
Rebel kicks out with authority and before Gates can follow up, Rebel is to his feet and drives the sole of his boot into the face of Gates who rolls backwards clutching his face. Rebel walks up to Gates, holds onto the top rope and stomps away at the downed challenger and drives multiple boots to the head of Gates before placing both feet onto the head of The White Knight and roars at the crowd as the referee offers another token count for the release.
Beckett: “The referee hasn’t got a damned clue what he is doing! He’s putting Rebel off when all he will have to do is make the three count and hand Johnny what is rightfully his at the end.”
Nailz: “He still has to have the best interests of the athletes out there.”
Rebel steps off and leans down to Gates and taunts him some more and asks for Gates to bury him now before slapping him about the head. Gates is still trying to get up and Rebel ‘helps’ him up by dragging him up by the head and holding him in a front headlock. He drives a few knees into his rib area but Gates pushes against the champion and moves the action into the centre of the ring where Rebel stops the fight-back with a huge clubbing blow to the back of Gates that drops him to his knees. Rebel drags him back up, wraps him up and side suplexes Gates in the middle of the ring.
Beckett: “Rebel has been on the offence for the early part of this match and Gates looks to be in trouble already.”
Nailz: “CJ thought by coming out as the aggressor he would gain some sort of advantage when all it did was piss Johnny off even more!”
Rebel points to the crowd and talks trash which evokes a wave of boos before standing over Gates and posing. Gates responds with a boot to Rebel’s knee which startles the champion. Rebel takes another step towards the challenger who gets both feet up and pushes Rebel away. Rebel wipes his face in anger and storms towards Gates and the look of anger changes to one of wide-eyed surprise and Gates swivels his legs and drops the champion with a drop toe hold that drapes Rebel over the middle rope! Gates rolls to his feet and takes a couple of shots at the back of Rebel before running across the ring, charging back towards the champion and drops a running elbow to the back of Rebel’s head! Johnny’s head and neck bounces off the rope with force and the champion tumbles into the centre of the ring. Gates backs into the ropes again and uses the momentum to drop another elbow; this time into the sternum of Rebel!
Nailz: “Fast-paced and high impact; CJ Gates to a tee.”
Rebel gasps for air as Gates runs to the ring apron, leaps onto the top ropes and drops a springboard knee across the throat of Johnny Rebel! Gates rolls through, runs to the opposite ropes and hits a picture perfect Moonsault onto the downed champion! He hooks the leg!
1 . . . . 2 . . Kickout!
Rebel powers out of the pin and as Gates gets to his feet, Rebel joins him. He charges towards the challenger who drops him with a dropsault and the crowd go crazy!
Nailz: “Listen to the crowd! CJ Gates has woken them up here!”
Rebel rolls into the corner and Gates heads over to continue the onslaught and puts a few boots into the downed champion before going to the second turnbuckle and attempting a double foot stomp but Rebel rolls to the outside and the crowd boos. Rebel staggers away from the ring a points to his head as the stagger turns into a swagger.
Beckett: “The ring awareness of Rebel is just one reason why he will be the APW World Heavyweight Champion when all is said and done.”
Rebel continues to taunt as Gates puts his hands on his hips and looks frustrated. The challenger runs across the ring and uses the ropes for momentum as he charges towards the opposite side of the ring and vaults over the top rope to the outside of the ring. Gates catches the head of Rebel and drives him into the floor on the outside with a bulldog like move! The crowd’s reaction rises up once again!
Beckett: “Gates won’t let Rebel have that moment to compose, Gates won’t let him breathe!”
CJ slowly pulls himself to his feet using the barricade and Rebel is on his hands and knees, slowly rising too as the challenger grabs the top of Johnny’s head and drives a straight punch into the temple of Rebel. He follows it up with a couple more but Rebel keeps rising until he manages to block a shot, holds the side of Gates’ head and connect with a stiff head-butt right across the bridge of CJ Gates’ nose! Gates tries to stagger away but Rebel maintains his grip and head-butts him again and again until the middle of CJ’s face is a bloodied mess. Johnny releases Gates and the challenger takes one step backwards before falling onto his backside in a wide-eyed daze. Rebel wipes the blood from his forehead and eyeballs a booing fan in the front row who gives Johnny the ‘thumbs down’ hand gesture. Johnny talks trash with the fan before slapping him hard across the face, smirking and turning his attention back to the still dazed CJ Gates.
Nailz: “Rebel is still hardly endearing himself to the fans! That’s just a step too far!”
Beckett: “Little punk had it coming!”
Rebel leans down to pick up Gates by the hair and drags him up but as he does, Gates manages to let off a couple of shots into the midsection of the champion that forces Rebel backwards. Rebel keeps hold of the head and drives his knee into the chest of Gates before pulling him up and tossing him against the guard wall. He forces Gates backwards before driving stiff chops into the chest of the challenger a couple of times before grabbing his arm and whipping him across the ramp towards the opposite wall. Gates manages to hop onto the wall and in one fluid motion, hits an amazing looking Whisper in the Wind! Both men crash to the ground and the crowd go crazy!
Nailz: “There’s still a spark left in CJ Gates and he is using that to ignite this fight!”
Gates gets to his feet and puts a couple of quick kicks into the chest of Rebel before putting a couple of stomps to the face of Rebel. Gates drags Rebel up and Rebel charges forwards and drives Gates backwards at speed until Gates is driven back first into the steel ring steps! Gates howls out in pain and Rebel holds him by the jaw as he stands up and holds him in place before elbowing Gates in the side of the head. Gates looks rocked as Rebel connects with a couple more before locking up the head of Gates and driving him into the concrete with a DDT! Rebel sits up and smirks to himself before standing up, dragging Gates up and raking at the eyes of the challenger before lifting Gates up and dropping him back down with an inverted atomic drop. Gates staggers on the spot and Rebel nearly decapitates him with a high impact clothesline that sends Gates backwards over the already dented ring steps and leaves the challenger in a crumpled heap on the ground. Rebel raises his arms and the crowd boos.
Beckett: “Gates is having the tar kicked out of him out here. Rebel showing the credentials that have made him the champion.”
Nailz: “No disqualification has played into the hands of Rebel.”
Rebel heads back over to the crowd at the front who were booing him earlier. The one who he slapped is now simply quietly sitting and watching the match and looks awkward as Rebel saunters across. Rebel grabs him by his shirt and pulls him over. A couple of his friends try to help him as the pair struggle and Rebel reaches for the man’s waist. The man is shoved away as Rebel holds up the victim’s belt and holds it high.
Nailz: “Who the hell does he think he is?”
Beckett: “You know it as well as I do. Simply… fucking… put.”
Gates is crawling along the outside of the ring and makes his way over to the announce tables as Rebel slowly stalks his prey.
Nailz: “Gates has one thing on his mind. Bad intentions… REAL bad intentions!”
Rebel stands over Gates as he puts his hands onto the announce table and brings the belt down across the back of the North Dakota Cowboy. Gates continue to grip the table as Rebel brings the belt down again and again until Gates’ head slumps forwards onto the table. The crowd lets out a ‘Let’s go CJ’ chant to try and rouse their challenger.
Beckett: “They can say his name all they want but they won’t rouse CJ to out-wrestle the Rebel Rouser!”
Johnny takes the belt and hooks it around the neck of CJ and pulls back to choke out the challenger! CJ claws at his neck as Rebel roars out expletives at his opponent before Gates reaches out for the announce table. He grabs the first thing he gets a hold of – a ballpoint pen – and jams it into the thigh of the champion!
Beckett: “Oh my god! Disqualify him! That is just out of line! Call the police! Call mountain rescue!”
Nailz: “Mountain rescue?”
Beckett: “Shut up! Call somebody to stop this assault!”
Rebel staggers backwards and clutches at his thigh as a trickle of blood runs down his leg. Gates takes the belt from around his neck and holds it in his hands as he hauls himself to his feet. Rebel insults Gates and asks the challenger what he has done. Gates mouths to his adversary that this is only the beginning and connects with a boot to the pen that breaks in half leaving a stump of the pen jammed in Rebel’s leg! Rebel screams in pain again as Gates wraps the belt around his hand to leave the metal buckle swinging as The White Knight drives the belt into the face of ‘Simply Put’ and is cheered on by the crowd as he follows it up with another shot, another shot and another shot until the champion is backed into the ring apron. The fifth shot drops Rebel to his knees and the champion looks up at the sweat soaked and bloodied challenger as he digs the buckle into forehead of Rebel and draws blood from his foe.
Nailz: “Rebel has awoken something that lay dormant in CJ Gates and it has led to this beast being unleashed. Johnny could be in real trouble here!”
Beckett: “Bullshit! Gates is making this all the worse for him when it all goes wrong.”
Gates climbs onto the apron above the now kneeling Johnny Rebel, he runs along it before leaping and hitting Rebel with a hesitation dropkick into the sternum of the champion and sending him partially underneath the ring apron. Gates raises an arm to the fans and they roar him on in approval as he walks over to the announce table, takes away the cover and takes out monitors and tosses the first away and holds the second before taking a long look at it.
Beckett: “Between dismantling our commentary area, CJ Gates is getting some sadistic thoughts crossing his mind.”
Gates casually kicks at the foot of Rebel who has remained motionless since the dropkick. CJ drops the monitor and pulls at the foot of the champion but Rebel brings the other foot up and presses it into the chest of Gates and pushes him away. Rebel emerges from under the ring with a fire bucket as Gates picks up the monitor. Gates urges Rebel to get to his feet and slaps the base of the monitor in preparation to charge forwards and boots the bucket away from the hands of Rebel sending sand scattering across the outside.
Beckett: “Gates isn’t playing fair! Look at him taking the weapons away from him to play rough…”
Rebel gets up to one knee as Gates charges forwards with monitor but Rebel manages to sidestep out of the way and throw a handful of the sand from the bucket into the face of CJ Gates! Gates shakes his head and brings the monitor down onto the apron where it smashes. Rebel clutches at his thigh as he hobbles away to the announce table to catch his breath. CJ furiously rubs his eyes to clear his vision and he turns towards Rebel who is still clutching his leg while his forehead is tinged red with blood. CJ raises his arms for a double axe-handle but Rebel lifts him up and plants him on the ground with a brutal spine-buster! Gates twitches in pain as Rebel kneels astride CJ and rains down brutal punch after brutal punch to the face and head of the challenger. He screams in the face of CJ that he will finish it now and brings down another few shots before standing up and rubbing his leg again.
Nailz: “Both of these men are in a war tonight and have kept their promise of making this match one to be a match fitting for the last Rasslemania.”
Rebel drags Gates up and rolls him onto the announce table. He adds a few forearm shots for good luck before digging the point of his elbow into CJ’s sternum. Rebel pauses for a moment and then looks at the turnbuckle.
Beckett: “What is he thinking?”
Johnny climbs onto the apron and then onto the top turnbuckle as around the arena, every single fan rises to his feet.
Nailz: “What is he doing Steve? WHAT THE HELL IS HE THINKING STEVE?”
Rebel points at the crowd before pointing to himself and yelling three simple words…
Rebel: “SIMPLY! FUCKING! PUT”
Rebel launches himself off of the turnbuckle to the outside for a Chicago Crux onto CJ Gates but CJ manages to roll from the announce table onto the laps of the announce team and Johnny crashes through the table ass first! The crowd are stomping their feet and chanting ‘Holy Shit’ as the referee checks on both men. Russ and Steve both check on CJ before carefully standing up in the wasteland that was once their announce area.
Nailz: “Johnny Rebel just went high risk and he has paid the price! The crowd are on their feet, our announce area is destroyed… This match is insane!”
Beckett: “At least this is our last match tonight… We won’t need the desk again.”
Nailz: “Steve… this is our last APW match ever! We won’t need the desk again… ever!”
Beckett: “You just made me very proud… and very sad at the same time.”
The referee checks on both men to see if there is movement from either party. He has no choice but to start a count.
1! . 2!
Nailz: “What is he doing? There aren’t count-outs!”
Beckett: “If both men aren’t able to continue, how else would we know?”
3! . 4! . 5!
CJ holds the leg of Russ T Nailz as he hauls himself up to his knees. Johnny waves an arm to indicate that he is still conscious. The referee continues to count.
6!
CJ is up and stops the referee from continuing to count. The referee points to Rebel and CJ shakes his head before pointing at himself.
Beckett: “What is he doing?”
Nailz: “CJ wants to be the one to finish this. He doesn’t want a cheap win or an easy win. CJ wants to be the man that finishes Johnny Rebel in the centre of the ring; the only fitting way to end the APW Heavyweight Championship.”
Beckett: “In other words… he’s a moron.”
Nailz: “This isn’t a street fight, this isn’t falls count anywhere. This is No Disqualification which means that whoever walks out with the title will have to have gotten the pinfall or submission in the centre of the ring.”
CJ staggers over to Johnny and picks him up by the head. He leads him over to the ring apron and drives his head into the edge of the ring. He repeats it before leading him over to the ring steps which are still intact and slams him face-first into the steel steps. He leaves Rebel sprawled across the steps and climbs onto the ring apron. He runs along the apron, jumps for an elbow drop but Johnny simply tumbles from the steps to the ground and CJ plummets elbow first onto the steel step and the arena collectively ‘ooh’s’ as the challenger writhes in pain on the ground next to where Rebel crawls away.)
Beckett: “Even I felt that from here!”
Rebel hauls himself to his feet using the guard wall for a crutch and leans backwards breathing heavily as he watches CJ hold his elbow and kick his legs in agony. He staggers over to the challenger and puts a couple of boots into him before dragging him to his feet and swinging him into the ring post which CJ’s shoulder bounces off of before he tumbles back to the concrete. CJ holds his arm as Rebel can barely put one foot in front of another as he makes his way to CJ and drags him up and drives a knee into his body a couple of times before rolling CJ under the rope and back into the ring. Johnny grabs a hold of the bottom rope, takes a deep breath and climbs into the ring as well. The crowd noise rises even higher as Rebel roars at Gates to get to his feet.
Nailz: This match, this moment… right now is what APW has epitomised for years. Wrestlers giving their all for the betterment of the industry.”
Beckett: “Screw all of that; just bathe in the glory of Johnny Rebel keeping that title tonight and for all of eternity!”
Johnny stands over CJ and drags him to his feet before clubbing the back of his head and running him into the corner shoulder first. Gates’ already damaged shoulder crashes into the post and Rebel stalks his prey with his arms outstretched. He pulls the waistband of Gates and the White Knight stands up weakly and staggers backwards into the grip of Rebel who locks him into a Full Nelson! He swings Gates around as the already weary challenger fades rapidly.
Nailz: “Johnny Rebel is draining the remaining life force from CJ Gates with that Full Nelson!”
Beckett: “Send that little bastard’s sternum into the front row!”
The referee checks on Gates continually as Rebel roars for him to give up. The referee looks deep into the eyes of CJ to look into the light fading from his eyes. The clenched fists of CJ slowly slacken as Rebel synchs the lock in even tighter.
Beckett: “Johnny has already done so much damage to that shoulder that he can’t last long.”
CJ’s head drops and the referee checks on him and barely gets a response when a chant rises up.
*Let’s go CJ!*
CJ’s head rises a little.
*Let’s go CJ!*
His fists clench up and his arms start to shake.
*Let’s go CJ!*
Rebel looks around and shouts at the crowd to be quiet.
*Let’s go CJ!”
Nailz: “Listen to this arena! Packed to the rafters and every single one of them spurring on CJ Gates!”
Beckett: “My ears! My beautiful ears!”
CJ starts to fight his way free and Johnny drives CJ into the turnbuckle but the White Knight gets his feet onto the middle turnbuckle and pushes off to break free. Rebel staggers into the middle of the ring but charges back straight again into a Market Crash (shoulder jaw-breaker)!
Nailz: “Market Crash! Market Crash on the champion!”
Beckett: “No! No! No!”
Rebel lies flat out in the centre of the ring and CJ is on his hands and knees holding onto his shoulder and panting heavily. CJ slowly crawls across to Rebel and drapes across the champion for the referee to make the count!
1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . Foot on the ropes!
Beckett: “YES!”
Nailz: “Somehow! Someway, Johnny managed to get his foot on the ropes!”
Half of the crowd think the match is done and are going wild and the rest are on their feet with their mouths agape. CJ looks up at the referee who indicates it was a two count and points at Johnny’s foot. CJ looks to the lights and shakes his head with a resigned smirk on his face. CJ gets to his feet and wobbles as he gets upright before staggering backwards and almost collapsing into the corner. He roars at Johnny to get to his feet. He ushers the champion to his feet.
Beckett: “What in the world can these men do to each other now?”
Johnny gets to his knees and then hauls himself up and with blood in his mouth and across his teeth; he grins at Gates and flips him the bird.
Beckett: “A defiant son of a bitch even now!”
CJ makes his way across the ring and cracks Rebel in the jaw with a right hand to a cheer from the crowd. Rebel responds with a left hand of his own which generates a boo. CJ returns with another stiff punch with a right and the crowd boos the return punch from Rebel. The pair continues to trade blows in the centre of the ring to the delight of the crowd who go from cheering and booing to simply applause and chanting that this is awesome. Rebel manages to block a couple of shots from CJ and rattles the challenger into retreat with a flurry of shots that backs Gates into the ropes. He whips Gates across the ring and on the return; Rebel goes for a big back body-drop but Gates lands behind Rebel and spins the champion around and almost beheads him with a huge lariat. Rebel lies flat on the mat and CJ points to the turnbuckle.
Beckett: “He wants to take a risk! This is not the right time for this…”
Nailz: "You know that C.J. Gates' motto is Go Big, or Go Home! He's doing just that!"
CJ stumbles to the turnbuckle and climbs slowly to the top and looks down at Rebel. He opens his arms wide and the crowd roar him on as he turns around and leaps off to hit the Dropping DOW (Moonsault Leg Drop). Rebel rolls to the side though and despite seeing the movement, Gates can only catch himself a little and wobbles on his feet. He holds his lower leg in pain as Rebel crawls towards the stunned Gates and pulls himself to his feet and adds a very low knee for garnish. He drives in a couple of European uppercuts before going for an Irish whip but pulls Gates in at the last minute, boots CJ in the midsection and hooks up the arms. In one fluid motion, he drops CJ with The Putdown (Pedigree)!
Beckett: “Putdown! Putdown on CJ Gates! This one is done!”
A weary, bloodied Johnny rolls CJ over but instead of pinning him, grabs his face and screams into his face if he thought he was done. He rolls away and out of the ring.
Nailz: “What the hell is he playing at?”
Beckett: “Making a point.”
Rebel limps over to the timekeeper’s table and picks up the APW title. He hobbles back to the ring and rolls back in and over to where CJ remains out cold. Rebel stands over him and holds the title in his face. He lays the title down and drags CJ up, locks up the arms of the challenger and drops him with a second Putdown and this time onto the title!
Beckett: “Putdown onto the title! Putdown onto the God Damned title belt!”
Johnny flips CJ over and makes the cover!
1! . . . . . 2! . . . . . 3! DING! DING! DING!
Winner: Johnny Rebel Stenfelder: “Here is your winner… and STILL APW WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION… JOHNNY REBEL!”Johnny sits up with his face a mixture of blood and sweat as the referee holds up his arm and hands him the title belt. ‘Smoke on the Water’ plays and a bloodied grin sweeps across the face of the champion. Beckett: “Justice! Justice is served! The true final champion of APW is the rightful one!”Nailz: “Love him or loathe him, Johnny Rebel took everything CJ Gates had, and gave it back twice as hard.”The fans can’t bring themselves to boo the result and can simply all rise to their feet and applaud an amazing match between two warriors. Confetti rains down as Rebel continues to celebrate. The APW logo and trademark flash across the bottom of the screen. Nailz: "Thank you for joining us here tonight, folks! Be sure to come back for the epic conclusion of RassleMania X tomorrow night!"The show comes to a close with Johnny Rebel mounting the near turnbuckle, and raising his belt with both arms as fireworks go off and confetti continues to fall!
