Hit that loud guitar riff, hit it a second time and fire up Alabama Thunderpussy's "Motor Ready." The curtain parts and out from the back walks out the rugged looking Magnus Colby. Magnus has a scowl on his face as he simply marches towards the ring, not looking to slap hands with the fans, not looking for any sort of interaction what-so-ever. He's there with a purpose, and he's there looking for a fight tonight. Magnus is wearing a pair of black trunks, and a white pair of tights underneath those, complete with black knee pads and black boots. Tattoos on each arm are shown off as he grips the bottom ropes and pulls himself into the ring, he gets up quickly and marches around the ring ready to get going as his music fades.

Biography:Magnus Colby is a long time wrestler who has made his name up and down the roads of the US and Japan. He has battled in some of the most hardcore matches ever created and has survived (with a lot of scars to show you) making a living for nearly two decades doing so. His odd girlfriend/manager/nurse/stalker Phoebe is always by his side and she is the one who dresses the wounds to keep him going on to the next town and next bloodbath.

Magnus has been wrestling since the age of 15 when he faked his age and started in dive bars around the Portland area. At around the time he turned the age of 20 he had been to the hospital already close to thirty times, it was at that point that the Portland Athletic Commission banned all sports from having blood -- meaning no more hardcore matches would be allowed. Magnus took his act on the road and has been on that road ever since, he has never really stuck around towns or federations long enough to be given title shots or even reigns. He is happy showing up, reeking havoc and leaving the next day.  For the first fifteen years of his career he wrestled under the name of Magnus Brutus the Gladiator and began to find himself only in some of the most extreme matches in the world.  Brutus made a name for himself in Japan and Puerto Rico where 'extreme' really started to take off in the mid to late 90s, he won a couple of deathmatch tournaments here and there and eventually found himself back in the United States only when 'extreme' became the thing to do on the East Coast.  

Now in his late 30's he no longer uses the Brutus name nor Gladiator gimmick, instead he opts for the Colby name and the 'Crowned King' nickname when he wrestles.  He tries to avoid doing the circus death stuff, but every promoter knows that if Colby is in the house then the rules go right out the doors -- so while he tries to avoid the weapons and hardcore matches he gets placed in them and finds himself having to take chair blasts or cane shots on a weekly basis.  His body is deteriorating and for the most part he just wants to go home and be done with it.
