Hello guys and gals, and before i go on, can i just thank you Jeff very much for the video, it almost didn't bring a tear to my eyelol.

So sicne you last heard from me, i have changed jobs, broken up with the long term girlfriend, lost family to old age and went a little bit off the rails, but now i feel normal again.
