Have You Got What It Takes? In previous years The Experts Extreme Tournament has been one of the biggest events in eFedding over the summer, attracting 64 quality roleplayers from many communities last year. This year however, we're looking to open it up to a maximum of 96 roleplayers with any character, of any skill level, from any eWrestling community. The tournament will begin in early July, and culminate in late August with the final two battling it out for the prestigious True Expert Championship; yes, even non-Experts fed members can claim the title, in this event only. Also this year, unlike previous years, the quarter-finals, semi-finals and final will all adhere to the Extreme Tournament name with a series of hardcore matches, including an Inferno Match, a Barbed Wire Match and a 2 out of 3 Falls Deathmatch. So do you think you'll be able to make it to those stages? Well, there really is only one way to find out. The Experts Extreme Tournament; Coming Soon. Sign-ups opening will be announced soon!

Guys, look out for this tournament and it's sign ups, which I'm sure will come soon. I am telling you, this is quite possibly the BEST interfed event out there. My participation in this tournament was quite possibly the best expeirence I had in this game thus far. And as the 2008 winner in the 64 bracket last year; winning something like this gets you noticed and the oppertunity to share your work with many other talented writers are endless.
I will be back this year; and if you have the TIME and DEDICATION, you should sign up and repersent too. I think this is going to top last years; cannot fucking wait!

I'm thinking about entering, but if the promo style requires super long roleplays, I probably wouldn't do so hot. Any word if they need match writers for this, because I think that would play more to my strengths?

Any word if they need match writers for this, because I think that would play more to my strengths? It doesn't have to be a super-long roleplay... remember, quality > quantity. And as far as match writing goes; we'd appreciate any help. I'll contact you later.

Two limit BEST roleplay wins. In other words, the second one is optional.

So there's 2 roleplay limit for the whole tourney, and whoever has the best RP out of the 96 gets the win?

Well even though I'm retired, I'm representing APW (and also EWC).
I'll get raped in the first round, but oh well.

I'm glad to see Level-One and Pence both in the tourney. I really don't know how far I'll be able to go, considering that I'm pretty much an unknown in the Experts, but I'm hoping to at least get past the first and second round.

For those of us that don't make the finals, could we possibly do an APW showcase match at the final card where we all fight each other? I could volunteer to write it.

I'm not sure how it's working this year, but based of last year, you'd be able to request a match, and are almost guaranteed to get one if you can write it, in my estimation. Proud of the lot of you, all of us showed up, and showed by APW is quickly rising up the ranks.

Yay, I got through Congrats to everyone who participated. You did APW proud, seriously. I've got a hell of a hard match in the second round, but oh well, shit happens. I plan on trying my best to hopefully meet Level One in the final, but we'll see.

I, BDC, and Pence advance! Shouts to Biggs though, who put up a respectable fight.
Let's continue our push, we'll have the most repersentation if the three of us can get past round two as well.

I'll be honest, I really feel that I got robbed in my match with Jay Phoenix. His promo was meandering and didn't really seem to pander to the match at hand, just his reputation. Still, go APW! Kick all those jerks butts!

Here's to hoping for a Pence vs. Defoe Semi-Final, and the winner of that meeting Level-One in the finals!
In regards to the APW Showcase match I mentioned in an earlier post, for those of us who don't make the finals, what kind of stipulation did we want on the match? Hopefully it'll just be a one-on-one match, but it could potentially be a triple threat or a fatal four way. We could either do a Street Fight or a No DQ, or any other ideas? About the only match that I wouldn't want to write would be a Cage Match, because with four people, the psychology of a cage match is thrown right out the door.
