One Night in Hell, the second time APW has held this event and again, it takes place in Tokyo Japan. Last years show was a good show, but this year, it looks to be a great show. Last year, The Elimination Chamber headlined the Pay Per View, this year, another steel structure, the Hell in a Cell. This year, 6 matches are set to take place. And this year, its truly going to be a night in Hell for all these competitors. The only Pay Per View in APW where every single match is a gimmick match. We have a Sadistic match, ladder match, Barbwire ropes match, Dog Collar, Casket and a Hell in a Cell. All 3 APW titles will be on the line, which are the anticipated match for tonight’s show.
The Double Title Ladder match, The AKA Vs The Axis of Awesome. A feud that started on Biggs first day back in May, where in his first match, he teamed with Chris Cyrus and fought the AKA. The two teams have been feuding ever since. The Axis haven’t beaten the AKA in tag team matches, but, The Axis has beaten the AKA in singles matches. Its interesting to see, just what will happen in this match. And then the main event, Hell in a Cell, Level One and Pence Weatherlight. These two have been feuding as long as the AKA/Axis has. Pence came into APW and gunned for Level One and the APW title. Pence Weatherlight is the only man in APW history to hold a pin fall victory over Level One, he’s the man who beat Level One for the World title back at Mayhem. But, Level One defeated Pence in their first match and again to retain the title at Test for the Best. The Two biggest feud in APW, battle it out for the titles tonight, at One Night in Hell.

Its Friday, October 23rd, two days before APW’s next PPV, One Night in Hell. The scene opens up on a Japanese Talk show, “The Today show with Kenji and Chou.” The two host replaced Won Ton and Chow Main, who was the host if this talk show last year that had Hardcore Ice on the show at this time. The show has already started with the two Japanese host talking about recent events in Japan, and then they go on to announcing the guest for today’s show, which will include the APW Overdrive Champion Biggs and the APW Xtreme Champion, Chris Cyrus. The show goes to commercial and backstage, Chris Cyrus and Biggs are getting ready to go out
Biggs: Chris, how did you get us on this show? I have no idea how to talk Japaneese.
Chris: I was on this show last year right before One night in Hell. I guess I was such a hit, they wanted me back. And don’t worry, I can’t speak Japanese either.
Biggs: Then how are we suppose to be interviewed.
Chris: Well, after last year, they tricked Jason Royce and I into some gay jokes. Its not happening again this year, so I went and found a translator. Come on in, Yoshi
Yoshi comes in and the three of them exchange bows.
Yoshi: Ow are ou?
Chris: We are good Yoshi.
Biggs: You can’t be serious about this.
Chris: Don’t worry. The host I had last year made me look stupid and I like to think I got them fired. These two new host won’t be screwing with me this time, or you for that matter.
Biggs: I hope you know what your doing.
Chris: Trust me on this. Its gonna be fun.
A stage hand guy signals The Axis that their to go on. They walk out in front of the audience who applaud for them. Four chairs are set up. The two host are sitting on two of the chair and the Axis sit in the other two. They got their titles with them and they place the belts on their laps. Kenji and Chou don’t speak one word of English. So everyone one of the host say something, Yoshi tells the champs what was said
Kenji: Welcome to the show
Biggs: Thanks for having us.
Chris: Its great being here. And must I say, the food backstage is a lot better than it was last year.
Chou: Chris, you have new boy friend this year?
Biggs: Hold on a second…..
Chris: Biggs, I can handle this. He’s not my boy friend, just my friend and partner. We do a lot together. We travel, sleep in the same hotel rooms, work out, eat, and wrestle. He’s my best friend.
Biggs: Yah, that doesn’t sound gay at all
Biggs shakes his head as Yoshi translates everything and the crowd laughs
Kenji: You have a Big match Sunday
Biggs: I’ll answer this one. This is the biggest match so far for the Axis of Awesome. We both are going to defend our titles in the first ever, double title ladder match. A match that I know at the end of the night, the Japanese wrestling fans will love and respect.
Chou: How have you enjoy your time in Japan
Chris: I love Japan. The girls here are awesome. You can make them do anything. Its great. And the people here, so friendly, especially my man Yoshi here.
Biggs: Personally, I enjoy the Japanese Culture. The food here is great. The wrestling is even great
Chris: I agree, unless those Japanese Death matches happen. Its just plain stupid. I mean, theres two types of Japanese people. The smart one’s who invent the new technology, and then there’s the stupid one who do stupid stuff, that risk ending their lives for the hell of it. Its retarded. Why the hell would any one want to wrestle with barbwire or C-4’s. Its stupid. I’ve done it and I regret it. If anything, Japan could use Chris Cyrus in a wrestling ring right now.
Yoshi translates what Chris say’s and the audience boo’s him.
Chris: You all know its true. Everyone know’s that my matches since preventing Hardcore Wrestling in my matches have been some of the best matches not only in APW, but in the world. You fans are blood thirsty and its pathetic. You have no respect for anyone, except yourself and really, you should be thanking the Axis of Awesome for being in Japan and you should be showing us with gifts for letting you all witness, not only greatness in the sport of Profession Wrestling, but the pure wrestling ability that Biggs and I have. One thing that Japan has been missing and that’s the presence of Awesome and now that you have it, learn from it, embrace it and make it part of your life, because really Japan, besides your women, technology and food, you got noting going for ya.
Yoshi translate it and the Axis begin getting lots of heat. One person in the audience grabs his chair and throws it at the Axis, barely missing him. Biggs leans over to Chris
Biggs: I think we should get out of here before the Japaneese Mafia shows up. Japan is passionate about their country.
Chris: I agree
Biggs gets up and leaves the stage and Chris stands and plugs the PPV.
Chris: Toyko Dome, this Sunday, APW One Night in Hell. Axis of Awesome will beat the AKA in a double Title ladder match, Bank on it. See you later Japan!
Chris runs off, waving to the crowd. Biggs and Chris run out of the studio and jump into a waiting limo and the scene fades out.
Part 2
The scene opens up at the arena. it’s about an hour before the show is set to air and a exclusive promo is set up actionpackedwrestling.tk. The camera records and you see the One Night in Hell poster on a wall, and then the APW Xtreme Champion, Chris Cyrus walks into the picture. He has the title on his shoulder as he looks into the camera and begins to speak
Chris: Here we are again. What’s this, round 100 between the AKA and The Axis of Awesome? Tonight, One Night in Hell, The greatest Tag Team of all time, The Axis of Awesome takes on once again, The Ass Kickers Anonymous. To be quite honest, I’ve lost count in how many times we’ve faced each other. I’ve lost count how many times we’ve beaten each other. But one thing I do know for sure, is after tonight, it will be the last time, Slade Craven ever gets a shot at my Xtreme Title. Because this is it. Its for all the marbles. I’m sick and Tired of dealing with the AKA. I’m sick and tired of having to fight them at every Pay Per View. I’m sick and tired of seeing their faces. And that’s why at One Night in Hell, The Axis of Awesome finally puts an end to the AKA.
This has been going on for way, way too long. The day Biggs joined APW, we have been at each others throats. Lets me give you all a flash back to one year ago. One Night in Hell 2008. In a Buried Alive match for the APW Tag Team Titles. Kristina Blackwell and Fyre Angel defending against Hardcore Ice. The only reason Hardcore Ice was defending was because Jason Royce cost us the titles a few weeks earlier. But, because of me, I carried Hardcore Ice that night to our second Tag Title reign when I buried not one, but two girls that night. And look at them now. Where are they, not here, that's for damn sure. You see Shadow and Slade, Chris Cyrus, does what ever it takes to get what he wants. Chris Cyrus stops at nothing, no matter how inhumane it is. This Xtreme Title, 10 months. I've held this belt longer than you both been part of APW. I've held this title longer than most people's careers. Hell, I've held this title longer than most companies stay open. And for that fact, at One Night in Hell, I plan on doing the same thing I've been doing for the past ten months and that's walking in Xtreme Champion, and then Walking Out Xtreme Champion. Because I for one brought respect back to this title. And I know, as soon as someone else gets their hands on it, everything I've worked for, in taking out the weapons in my matches. Doing what is right for the business, will all be tarnished. And I can't let that happen. As far as I see it, Shadow, you we're a cancer to the Overdrive Title. You've brought nothing to the title. You we're just like every other wrestler that held it. Biggs, now that's a champion. The man put the title on the line against a former APW World Champion, Former Overdrive Champion and Former Tag Team Champion, Michael Lively and beat him. Biggs carries that title with honor, pride and respect. The same way I carry the Xtreme Title. And Slade, just thinking of you, possibly holding my title, makes me sick to my stomach. You are not championship material. You will always be known as the man who is Shadow's side kick. You will always be known as Shadow's partner. But you know what, there's nothing wrong with that, because everyone thought the same thing about Jason Royce a year ago when we we're a team, and look how great he's doing now.
But face the facts guys. I'm the best champion his company has ever seen. Even after the gruesome match at Shockwave, I found the strength in me to defend my title in back to back weeks. Not only did I beat Rocky Starr, but I took the CWF Xtreme Title as well. And then I went on to beat Jason Royce the next week. Oh, Jason, I'm still waiting for a Thank you for giving you back that crappy belt. I'm on a roll, and there's no stopping me or slowing me down. I'm rolling into One Night in Hell, I'm gonna whoop some ass, climb the ladder and take back my belt. Its gonna be just as easy as it was when I beat Slade at Shockwave. Just as easy as being Assassin as Test for the Best. Just as easy as beating Rocky Starr and Jason Royce a few weeks back.
Last week on Overdrive, you might have gotten the best of the Axis in that 8 man tag team match, but do you really think the Axis brought their "A" game that night. We save our best for when it matters. When the gold is on the line. When its worth fighting for. For example, This Sunday. You gotta pick your battles. Save your body, save your game plan for the right time. I could care less if I lose non title matches or tag matches, because all the matters to me is leaving the arena with my title.
Tonight Slade and Shadow, it will be the same result as at Shockwave. The Axis will come out on top. I will leave with my title. Biggs will leave with the Overdrive Title. You two will then go in a closet and cry like little bitches and then that’s it. The greatest feud in APW will be over. And then I will go on to Chrismas Chaos and beat who ever is put in my way and then I will have the Xtreme Title for one full year. See, that’s my goal in life now. To hold the Xtreme Title for one full year. See, it was never my intentions to hold the belt for this long. When I won it, I thought it was cool. And as the months went by. And I kept retaining my title and before I knew it, I was champion for Six, Seven, Eight, Nine, then ten months. I’m two months short of holding this belt for a full year and that’s one accomplishment I want. And I’m so close. I can taste it and with Biggs by my side, there’s no reason in hell that I’m not leaving tonight as the champion. I work too damn hard to keep this belt as long as I have. I’m going to do everything in my power to make sure my dream becomes a reality. Tonight, its just one more obstacle I have to go through. Another match I’m being forced in that will involve weapons.
Max Carter has been trying to screw me over. Force me against my beliefs. Putting me in Hardcore Environments and I won’t play his game and for the past five months, I never had to degrade myself and blast someone with a chair and tonight will be no different. I have been successful with the way I’ve been wrestling and tonight will be the same. I’m Chris Cyrus, the APW Xtreme Champion, and after tonight, The Axis of Awesome will show the world, once again, why we are better than the AKA, why we are Awesome and why we are the best tag team in the world today. AKA, tonight, I will send you both to hell, but you won’t be there for once night, I’m sending you Straight To Hell for the rest of your life…Why? Because I’m Simply…..AWESOME!
Chris walks away from the camera and the camera zooms in on the AKA Vs Axis match on the poster as the scene fades.
