If you have a specific problem, PM Jeff about it.
In fact, if anybody notices someone using their character without permission, let Jeff know. We tend to not bother checking every time someone uses another character (because it appears to happen a lot, so we give people the benefit of the doubt and assume they got permission). But, it is against the rules to use another's character with consent. If someone complains, action may be taken.

Rule #3
Please do not write another persons character in your RP without their Permission. Same thing goes for attacking another wrestler in your RP. And if you do write another character into your RP, don't make them look like an idiot and if you attack them, don't make them look bad. Failing to get permission from your opponent to use them in an RP and they complain about it, it will result in a loss. No questions asked.

On my last RP,I was going to walk in on our Chex And Violins crew wearing sundresses, Tony painting Kaos's toenails pink, Kristina and Fyre Angel Perming Trevors hair as a rebutle for toutching my Lil Dick, but then I thought that was a little silly they wouldn't make me look more foolish then I make myself(maybe I was wrong), so I gave them some respect, and left their charachters to be the sick, twisted, dirty, incestual(Oppps thats just a rumor) bunch of hardcore freaks that they are, and went for the secondary charachter, I figured a Lil Dick for a Monster Bitch, it was fair.

By the way please don't take this as me complaining by any means judge the matches as usual, win or lose, I'll come out next week in a promo and tell everybody I won anyway, Swerve at it's finest, so don't take that last post as a complaint! ;D

If I've offended anybody or the federation I apologize. I think that character interactions on all levels are important. APW has permission in the use of my characters as long as it is not physically altering, prevents Kenny from his match, or goes directly against the character. It's 8:40 now, and mods will be made before the deadline, in speedy response to correct the mistake.
