On December 4, 2009, Fatu was hospitalized in what was described as a life-threatening condition, after he apparently fell asleep on December 3, while watching television, and several hours later, his wife found him not breathing with blood coming out of his nose and he was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital in Houston, Texas, where he was placed in the ICU unit.[52] It was speculated that Fatu had suffered a massive heart attack and was on life support, until the decision was made to put him off life support. It was reported that Fatu passed away around 6:00 PM EST, after suffering a second heart attack; he was 36 years old
I took this off Wiki just cause it had the whole story.
Sucks to see another wrestler die this young, especially before Christmas. RIP Umaga

I wish the best for his family. I remember when this guy was rolling with The Hurricane as a "Super Hero In Training." That was Umaga right?
Anyway, not only was he a very talented wrestler, but he was pretty funny too. He will be missed.

Holy fuck. He was fired for failing a drug test, right?
Jeez, the guy was saddled with what should've been a dud of a gimmick, but he made it work. Even that butt slam move - which was ridiculous - but he made it look sick.
