Its Friday Night on December 11th. The scene opens with Mark Moment backstage at an APW House Show. Not scheduled to wrestle on this night, Mark is standing in front of an APW Camera for an exclusive promo to air on actionpackedwrestling.tk. The cameraman his record and Mark begins to speak his mind
Mark: Christmas Chaos and event that I have a special place in my heart for. I remember a year ago. I hitch hiked from my home in Cleveland, all the way to Long Island New York. I had just got paid from work, it was a Friday, I had Six Hundred buck cash in my hands. All the money I had. I had no car, and no one to head up to New York for me. So it was a cold night, it was starting to snow as I left my apartment building that night, knowing that the cash I had was for the previous months rent that I was already late with. Lucky for me, a few nice people picked me up and 48 hours later, with no sleep, 400$ poorer cause I ended up paying for my rides. I made it to the Nassaue coliseum for Christmas Chaos. Doors has just opened, I run up to the box office and guess what, Sold out. So as I go outside, I see a Scalper, So I buy myself a 4th row ticket for 200 Bucks. And you know what, It was worth every single penny. That Night, made me realize just what company I wanted to wrestle for. That night, gave me that inch of hope and desire to work twice as hard so one day I could be in an APW ring.
That Night, I watch some of the best wrestling I have ever seen. Level One and Link was great. Chris Cyrus began his Era that night. And APW’s 2008 match of the year happened before my very eyes, Triple Threat for the World Title, Sabur defending against Dr. Matt and Trevor Blackwell.
Next Sunday, December 20th, there will be a new triple threat match at Christmas Chaos. Myself, Assassin and Jason Royce will battle it out. We will beat the frustrations out of each other. We will put an end to this thing between us all. That Night, We may not have the 2009 Match of the year, But I will do exactly what Sabur did last year and that’s walk out the winner. I admire Sabur. See, Sabur wasn’t only a huge power house, but he was smart. He knew his strength and he knew how to use it to his advantage and that’s exactly what I’m going to do at Christmas Chaos. I know my strength and I will use it to my advantge to expose Assassin and Jason’s weakness.
Last week Assassin, we went out there and in the end, you got the best of me. Congrats. Once again though, Jason Royce had to get involved. Jason, when you beat me, you didn’t do it cleanly. Assassin, when you won, it wasn’t clean. Why wasn’t a clean win, because you both know you can’t beat me cleanly. And that’s why at Christmas Chaos, its going to be no excuses this time. The better man will walk out the winner. And Like I said before. It will be me.
Jason Royce, You’ve been a little snake. You would sneak in and attack and you know what, I’m not gonna lie, it pisses me off. And you know what else, I don’t like snake. You know what I do to snakes. I grab snakes right around the throat, I take my big machete and I chop the heads off snakes. And that’s basically what I plan on doing to you Jason. I will take you out. I will show you that your still a nothing. Like last year’s Christmas Chaos Jason, your gonna lose. Only difference is that this year I don’t have a title to take from you.
The countdown is on boys. Christmas Chaos. Its Gonna be a Merry Christmas for me. There’s one gift I want and that to win at Christmas Chaos, and believe me, I’ve been a very good boy this year. So get ready, because there’s nothing and no one stopping me from going into the Staples Center and beating the crap out of the both of you and walk out with my hands raised. Its time for me to stand up and shine. Its time for me to make an impact. And At Christmas Chaos, it will me time for me to give everyone another Mark….Out…..Moment!
