APW News Updates
President Jeff/Max Carter/EWC Situation update
With Overdrive starting back up for its 3rd season this Wednesday, And as you saw at Christmas Chaos, President Jeff was kidnapped by EWC. The following night on EWC’s Monday Night Brawl, we learned who the master mind for this kidnapping was, none other than the General Manager of Overdrive, Max Carter, the son of EWC’s boss, Mac. Since then, Max Carter’s contract with EWC has expired and is no longer employed with APW. That still leaves APW without a boss and GM for Overdrive. What will happen on Overdrive. Will there by Chaos and Anarchy within the Roster? Tune into to find out. Max Carter will also be appearing on the next episode of EWC’s Brawl, and address everyone on this situation.
Overdrive Card
APW is kicking off 2010 with a huge show. 7 scheduled matches and blockbuster main event. In a non title champions of Champions triple threat match. The 3 Overdrive champs will battle it out as Level One, Pence Weatherlight and Michael Lively all battle it out.
Also on the card, Slade Craven takes on Joe Martinez, Biggs and The Beast team up to face The O’Connor Brothers. The Return of Streets Wilson will take place as he takes on Mark Moment. Draven takes on Assassin. Jason Royce takes on Warbuks, and 3 men make their debut as Kip Kutler, Nova Kinkaid and The Enforcer battle in a triple theat match. Also returning to Brawl for the first time in a year since suffering a near career ending injury, former APW World Champ, Sabur. A year ago on Overdrive, Sabur was attacked by Trevor Blackwell and Tabitha Crowley who, stabbed Sabur in his leg with a knife. Expect to see the power house on Overdrive.
Survive and Conquer
If you haven’t already heard, then shame on you. The Survive and Conquer match returns this year at New Years Retribution. A match that went from a guaranteed World title shot to an open Invitation match where anyone from any federation can join in hopes of winning the grand prize of 500,000 CASH!. The match is simple, The match starts as a Royal Rumble with a new wrestler entering the match every minute. Once there’s a final 4, they fight into a steel cage until 3 escape. Final 3 fight in a streets fight. Remaining 2 will fight in a Hell in a Cell, where they need to find a way to get to the top of the cell, and climb a ladder where a briefcase is hanging. Grab the briefcase and win the match.

As of right now, we have Over 20 people that has signed up, and over 10 different feds being represented with more to come. There is no limit as to how many people can sign up for this match, so join now and be part of this great experience.
The Experts and Survive and Conquer
To everyone who is part of a fed from the Experts, I have talked to Russ and if someone from an Experts fed win the Survive and Conquer match, you will get points towards your ranking. A little motivation for all of you representing Expert feds.
Anyone wondering what I’m talking about, The Experts is a efedding community where a selected few feds are affiliated with. Fed associated with the Experts has their Roster in a database where points are rewards for wins, main eventing, titles and title defenses. Feds involved with the Experts are also able to compete in events hosted by the experts which put people from the Expert affiliated feds against one another.
