The scene opens up inside an empty arena. You can see the Rasslemania VI banner on one side of the arena. You see a ring and hanging above the ring is a replica of the APW Overdrive Championship. And in the ring is a 15 foot ladder. The ladder is set under the replica belt and sitting on top of the very ladder is none other than Mark Moment. The camera man is in the ring at the bottom of the ladder, pointing the camera up. Mark is looking down into the camera as he speaks.
Mark: Less than 2 weeks away from the biggest event wrestling. Rasslemania VI. I don’t think, actually, I know, that there is no one more excited than me for this event. First of all, this is my first Rasslemania. And second, Not only am I in a match. I’m wrestling for the APW Overdrive Championship. I never thought I’d be wrestling at this event. I remember back in 2003, when CWF was around. I was only about 15 or 16 at the time, a young teenage, and I remember, sitting at home with my two brothers as we watched guys who are in the APW Hall of Fame right now, Dr. Matt, Matt Metal, Alternativ. Those 3 we’re the stars. And one day I wanted to be like them. A house hold name. And at that time, Alternativ already established a name for himself, but it was a young Matt Metal that exploded into one of the biggest stars in this industry after his first Rasslemania. And there day, I went back and watched that event and it inspired me. It inspired me to do better than I have ever done. Its inspired me to win at Rasslemania. Because Rasslemania, its where Legends are borne and that’s been proved each and every year. But Rasslemania six, the next Legend born, is Mark Moment.
Fatal four way, Ladder match. We’re kicking off the show, and you know what, I like it that way, because we’re gonna set the tone of the show. And I know for a fact that I’m going to go out there and give it my all to set the bar high for the next matches. And with this being my first title match, and my first ladder match, I’ll admit, I’m a little nervous, and having this match at the biggest stage of the all, doesn’t help. But I’m not gonna let the butterflies in my stomach get to me. Because you see, my three opponents, Jimmy Jazz, Hellfire K.I.D and Tajhay Gudakishka, those three men, I don’t think realize the magnitude of Rasslemania. I don’t think they realize just how important this event is. Well, I realize it and I’m to make the most of it. The four of us in this match, we’re all on a level playing field. We’re all young. We’re all agile, we have the speed, we have the same experience in this business. The winner of this match, will be the man who wants it more. And believe me, I’m going to do everything in my god given body to win this match and title. I will rish my career, and even risk my life to climb that ladder and grab that belt.
As for my opponents, Hellfire K.I.D and Tajhay Gudakishka, you two have the biggest opportunity of your life here in APW. In just your second match your wrestling for a title at Rasslemania. Well guess what, it ends right there. You think your gonna just walk into APW, a company where I been with for the past five month, and win the Overdrive championship. I don’t think so. You both still have lots to prove. Just because you came into APW at the ring time, and win one match doesn’t make you worthy of holding the Overdrive Championship. As far as I’m concerned, You guys have no idea in what your getting yourselves into. APW isn’t just some company that puts on lack luster shows for people who don’t give a crap. APW is a global phenomenon, something I don’t think you guys are used to. I know the butterflies are going to eat you up on March 28th, and I know that you both don’t have what it takes, to climb up that ladder and grab the APW Overdrive Title.
And Jimmy Jazz. You and I we’re suppose to face off on Overdrive to get into this match, and guess what, you lucked out. You should be thanking who ever got that match changed, because you and I both know, as well as the fans know, that I would have won our match, and you would have been stuck wrestling in a battle royal. But now that your in this ladder match, not only is it going to give me an opportunity to beat you, But it will give me to beat your skull in with a freakin ladder. Jimmy, you may think you’re a big shot cause the only guy around here that you have beaten is Jim Steel, but guess what, I’m not Jim Steel, I’m Mark Moment, the fastest and most exciting wrestler in Action Packed Wrestling. And let me tell you one more thing Jimmy, if you think for one second that your walking out of Rasslemania the APW Overdrive Champion, then your dreaming boy, because there’s only one man for the job and that’s me!
So Hellfire, Tajhay and Jimmy, prepare yourself, train your little hearts out because Mark Moment is coming to Rasslemania with one goal and that’s to win and believe me, the way things are looking, not to sound too arrogant, but my chances are looking really, really good. I’ve been waiting for this day all my life and now that its finally here, I will make sure, things go in my favor. An event like Rasslemania only comes by once a year, and believe me when I say this, but I’m going to give everyone on March 28th a Mark…Out….Moment!
