There had been numerous reports about Shaun Kilgore possibly facing assault charges from an incident that occurred outside a restaurant early Saturday morning. However, our camera crew was there and taped the entire incident and it has since been posted on our website. From what we've been told, police had been called to the Neighborhood Cafe in Hurst, Texas after Shaun Kilgore threw a cook through the window, which in turn inadvertently knocked out another patron sitting down inside. The victims have been recovering, and from what we've been told, have decided not to press charges. In fact, the man that was thrown through the window was quoted as saying "I decided not to press charges because I want to see that punk get his ass beat next Thursday! Then, the next time I see him, I want to beat his punk ass!" If there are any further developments from this story, we will keep you updated.
