Following a brutal attack by Shaun Kilgore and the Sports Nutz after his big win on APW's ppv event "Shockwave" Bryan Payne was checked into a St. Louis area hospital to undergo orthoscopic testing for an unspecified injury.
Payne's personal assistant, Karen Foster, has reported that Bryan is upbeat and that the suspected injury is NOT career threatening. How long the former champion will need to recover from this is not known, but we will keep you updated as more information becomes available.
