1. Madok Mortalis became the first Tap Out Champion by defeating Damian Dimitri, Bobby Bodacious and then Chris Cyrus in a 8 person tournament

2. Grace Kerr defeated Madok to become the 2nd APW Tap Out Champion. A week after winning the title, Grace was released from APW due to not having her Working Visa in order. An announcement was made that a new Champion would be crowned at Mayhem

3. A 6 Person Gauntlet match took place at Mayhem to crown a new Tap Out Champion. First, The Gambler defeated Tyler Vaughn and then Rachel Cole. Then, Derek Wellings defeated The Gambler and then former Tap Out champ, Madok Mortalis defeated Wellings. Finally, Jason Kash made Madok tap out to become the new Tap Out Champion

4. After winning a #1 contenders match at Shockwave, Johnny Brown went into Asylum to take on Jason Kash for the Tap Out Title and came out of the match as the new champion

5. Kate defeated Johnny Brown in a Tap Out counts anywheres match at One Night in Hell

6. On January 1st, Kate Horton retired, Vacating the Tap Out title. It was then announced that a 6 man round robin tournament would be held on Asylum, leading to a match between two wrestlers at Rasslemania. The Final 2 men we're Anthony Bailey and Chaz Dillinger in which Anthony became victorious

7. Julius Farquhar def Anthony Bailey on an episode of Asylum to win his first APW Championship

8. TJ defeated Julius Farquhar in the finals of a gauntlet match to win his first APW title

9. Logan defeated TJ, Young Man nie, William D Williams and Michael Lively in a Gauntlet Match

10. Jair Hopkins wins his first APW singles title by defeating Logan Alexander and Mr. Enigma in a 3 way match at a Meltdown Supershow
