1. Rico Casteel becomes the first Suicidal Champion of the new IWC by defeating Branden Harvey, Bobby Bodacious and Kristina Blackwell in a Ladder Match

2. At Mayhem, Both the Suicidal and World Heavyweight Title we're defended in a 2 fall Triple threat match. The first fall was for the Suicidal Championship, in which, Isamu won by pinning James Chambers

3. The Gambler defeated Isamu Suzuki and Chris Cyrus on an episode of Asylum to become the new Suicidal Champion

4. At Shockwave, Chris defeated the Gambler in a Deuces Wild match. A match where the gimmick of the match changes every few minutes. Chris beat The Gambler in a Loser Leaves APW gimmick with the Sharpshooter to become APW's 2nd Grand Slam Champion

5. Chris Cyrus had sucessfully defended his title against Branden Harvey in a Fans Bring the Weapons match. Later in the night, Battle Royal runner up, Katrina Olivetti, called Cyrus out, wanting a title shot. After convincing him, The two had a match which had Katrina coming out the winner

6. In his debut match in APW, Michael Callahan won the Suicide title in a Championship Scramble match

Note: Michael Callahan earned the right to change the name of the title to the Pro Life Title by defeating Chris McKenzie at Rasslemania VIII. The name. The name change comes from Callahan's moral opposition to what he believes is glorifying a cardinal sin in suicide. He created the title to remove that cherishment of extremist, self-harming behaviour.

7. Jason Kash becomes a grand slam champion by winning the Suicidal Title in a TLC match at Shockwave.

8. After winning a Battle Royal at One night in Hell 2012, Chris Strike got himself a title shot in just his 2nd match in APW and defeated Jason Kash to become the Suicidal Champion

9. Jason Kash won by the title in a triple threat match against Chris Strike and Johnny Knuckles

10. With the help from Shane Borderland, Aubrey J Parker defeated Jason Kash to win the Suicidal championship

11. Kaylan Evans defeated Aubrey J Parker to win her first APW Championship

12. On an episode of Raab-a-Mania, Stefan Raab defeated KJE to win his first APW Championship

13. Reaver, also known as Johnny Knuckles, defeated Stefan Raab to win his first APW Championship
