[The scene opens with Branden and Lisa Harvey getting out of their car, along with their son, James. They have just arrived at the park. They walk through the park gates, James following close behind them. Suddenly, Branden Harvey is surrounded by fans. Lisa and James sneak past them into the park.]
Fan: "Supersonic," I hear you get a shot at the Xtreme Title at One Night in Hell. Is there any truth to that?
Harvey: Provided I win the Pre-Show Battle Royal, yes, I get a shot at the Xtreme Championship on Sunday Night. In a Ladder Match, no less.
Fan: Do you think you can win?
Harvey: I think the Battle Royal will be tough. I have never won a Battle Royal before. Even before APW, I never won a Battle Royal. As for the Ladder Match, I've never even been in a Ladder Match before. So, I don't even know about that one. I know I'll give it my all.
Fan: What have you been doing to train for this match?
Harvey: I have been wrestling my friends in my backyard in Backyard Battle Royals.
[The noise around him stops. Nobody knows what to say about that. Harvey laughs.]
Harvey: Don't worry. I am just messing with you. I don't just give away my training secrets. I don't want my opponents to get a hold of them. If they know how I train, they know how to beat me.
Fan: Your apprenticeship with Blade has been strange. Is he using you?
[Harvey laughs.]
Harvey: Tell me... uh...
Fan: Aaron
Harvey: Tell me, Aaron, if I thought he was using me would I continue with the apprenticeship? No. I would get out as soon as possible.
Fan: I think he is using you. What have you done except bring him drinks?
Harvey: What have I done? The answer is simple. I have won. How many wins did I have before Blade took me in? I had not won since my debut. How many wins have I had since Blade took me in? I have not lost a match. Blade has done a lot for me. Blade has taught me how to successfully win matches in APW. Bringing him drinks is a small price to pay.
Fan: You have only had two matches since Blade took you in.
Harvey: That is true. However, at One Night in Hell, I am going to have two more. I am going to win the Battle Royal. The, later in the night, I am going to win the Ladder Match. At this time next week, you will be looking at the new APW Xtreme Champion.
Fan: Mr. Harvey, where did all this confidence come from? You were just talking about how you wer just going to "try" to win. You were not sure.
Harvey: Since then, we started talking about Blade and my winning streak. When I started to talk about Blade, I remembered something: in Blade I trust.
Fan: Wow. You have that much confidence in a guy that has yet to win a title in APW?
Harvey: It is true that he has yet to win a title. But by this time next week, I will be the new APW Xtreme Champion. And Blade? He and C.J. Gates will be the new APW Tag Team Champions. I am sure of that.
Fan: I crapped myself.
[He runs to the bathroom.]
Fan: That was weird. Anyway, Branden, having never been in a Ladder Match before, what makes you so sure you will win on Sunday?
Harvey: I look at my potential opponents for that match. I am lighter and more agile than each and every one of them. Do you think any of them can climb a ladder faster than me? I do not.
Fan: I am in the Navy. Can I go to One Night in Hell for free?
Harvey: I am not sure. Talk to customer service.
Fan: If you were stuck on a deserted island and could only take one person with you, would it be me?
Harvey: No.
Fan: That is the stupidest question I have ever heard. He is married with a two year old. He would take his wife or his son, right?
Harvey: I would not want my son living on a deserted island. I would take my wife with me. I would arrange for my son to live with my parents. Listen, I am not really comfortable with questions like that. I am still willing to answer your questions, but only if they pertain to APW.
Fan: I want to get into wrestling and eventually make it to APW, but I am scared to wrestle. I do not like getting hurt. It hurts.
Harvey: Then, wrestling is not for you.
Aaron: How can you say that? I am a homosexual and I plan on wrestling. I am not afraid.
Harvey: That is good for you. I have no problem with homosexuals being wrestlers. Your friend, however, said he did not want to get hurt. That is part of the job. I might get hurt at One Night in Hell. I am not afraid. It comes with the job. If you want to be a wrestler, you have to be prepared to get hurt.
Fan: I envy you. You get to win the Xtreme Title on Sunday. I want to do that someday, but I will never make it that far.
Harvey: Not with that attitude you won't. If you want to be successful in wrestling, you have to knw that you are going to win. I know that I am going to win the Xtreme Championship on Sunday. I know that I am going to win the APW Championship someday. If you want the Xtreme Championship, you have to know that you will win it someday. Just don't do it while I am Xtreme Champion. If you do, you will have no chance of winning. I guarentee it.
Fan: I am hungry. I am going to go home and eat an orange.
Harvey: Thanks for letting me know. What you eat is SO important to me.
[The man leaves, presumably to go home and eat an orange.]
Fan: What do you plan on doing in the Ladder Match?
Harvey: I plan on using the ladder to my advantage. I also have a fork and hot cup of coffee I am thinking about using, but mostly just the ladder. Truthfully, I can't tell you my plans. My opponent might get a hold of it.
Fan: You're no fun.
Harvey: It would not hurt my feelings if you left.
Fan: Can I have an autograph?
Harvey: Yes.
["Supersonic" Branden Harvey signs his autograph.]
Fan: Me too.
[One by one, they all ask for autographs and, one by one, Branden Harvey signs them. More fans begin to show up. Suddenly, he is surrounded by what seems like every fan in Sacramento. Suddenly, his car breaks through the crowd with Lisa t the wheel. Branden gets in.]
Harvey: Thanks, hon. This place is a zoo. We need to get out of here.
[With that, they drive away.]
