The time is drawing near as One Night in Hell is about to go live to the masses not only in Japan but across the globe. One Night in Hell will be just for plenty of APW wrestlers as we will see a new Xtreme champion crowned a possible new World champion crowned and plenty of other great action on this very card. The one match we shed our spotlight on at this moment is the pre show battle royal and ladder match that will be taking place later in the night for the Xtreme title. Nine men will look to be the last two standing to move on to the big event and of those two only one will be able to scale the ladder and take down the Xtreme title belt and be crowned the new champion
Of course one of the men who will be looking to win this battle royal is none other then Slade Craven,. Craven is looking to get back into the title hunt and become a champion once again. Slade has his work cut out for him as he’ll have to survive the battle royal and then win the ladder match but if Slade’s career has shown us anything it’s that the Man always rises to the occasion
Harvey: Welcome APW fans to Tokyo Japan. APW has invaded the far west and the fans in Japan couldn’t be happier.
Chase: That’s right Harvey. They get to see One Night in Hell live. They get to see Biggs & Jeff fight it out for control of APW. They get to see six men fight in the chamber for the right to be the APW world champion. Not to mention the Xtreme title match on this card and all of the other insane matches we’ll see.
Harvey: That’s right Chase. We’ve seen the talent that will be in the pre show battle royal and the favorites right now seem to be Braden Harvey & Slade Craven. They have the fans here in Japan and on the internet talking about what could be an insane ladder match.
Chase: Yes well they both have to survive and the other seven men in the match will be looking to put them out and earn themselves a title shot. But in the end only two of them will be able to walk away with a chance to be the Xtreme champion.
Commercial Break
We return from the break back inside the Tokyo Dome as the countdown to ONIH continues on. During the break Slade Craven arrived to the building looking ready to go to war tonight and possibly be the new Xtreme champion of APW
Harvey: Welcome back folks as you might know Slade craven has entered the building and when Slade is in the building things are always going to be interesting.
Chase: That’s right Harvey. Slade has a way of making the smallest thing big and this well this is a big thing. Slade I’m sure will rise to the occasion once again.
We have cameras standing by backstage as we see Cindy Shannon standing outside Craven’s door holding a microphone in hand
Shannon: Welcome APW fans as you can clearly see I am standing outside the locker room of one Slade craven. During our last break Slade arrived and has seemly barricaded himself inside his locker room not allowing anyone inside.
We see a woman walk up to the door as she knocks on it before opening the door and walking inside she quickly closes the door before Shannon gets a look inside the room
Shannon: Well it looks like he doesn’t want any of us in the room at least. I’ll stay camped out here as long as I need to in order to get a word from Slade Craven.
The locker room door opens as the woman walks out handing Cindy a slip of paper before walking back inside the room closing the door behind her. Shannon looks at the paper and reads what it says as she crumples it up tossing it to the floor
Shannon: Well it looks like I won’t be needing to stand out here. I’ve been ordered to leave or else face harassment charges from Slade Craven. Slade did however say he will address everyone in his own time.
Cindy throws her hands up in disgust as she walks away angrily as the cameraman follows behind her
Harvey: Well Chase looks like Cindy won’t be getting that interview. But we did hear that Slade will speak and I for one am looking forward to that.
Chase: I am as well Harvey. I’m sure he’ll have plenty to say about this match and well everything in APW in particular.
The arena lights suddenly go out as a strange sounding music comes over the PA getting the crowds attention as the titan tron lights up showing a Slade Craven video as we see Slade walk through the curtain getting cheers from the crowd as he stands on top of the ramp arms out hands up in a pose as he stares out at the crowd before dropping his hands and walking down the ramp
Chase: The Main Man has arrived. And just listen to these fans Harvey.
Slade walks down the ramp slapping hands with several of the fans he passes by before reaching the bottom of the ramp as Slade comes to a stop taking a few steps back as he lifts up the apron reaching under the ring as we see him looking for something under the ring
Before anyone can ask any questions we see what Slade was looking for as we see a ladder come sliding out from under the ring getting the crowd to there feet. Slade picks up the ladder sliding it into the ring as he climbs up onto the apron walking along the apron as he climbs up onto a nearby corner climbing to the top as he stares out at the crowd before leaping off the top and landing in the ring. Craven walks towards the ladder picking it up as he begins to set the ladder up standing it in the middle of the ring. Slade makes sure the ladder is standing secure as he steps away from the ladder smiling at his handy work before walking over to the ropes as he grabs a microphone as the crowd starts to become quiet
Main Man: Tokyo Japan how the hell are you tonight?
The crowd cheers in response to the question as Slade nods his head
Main Man: That’s good to hear. The Main Man loves to see his fans having fun and enjoying themselves. After all this is for the fans right?
The crowd again cheers in response to Slade’s comments as he stares out at the crowd before walking towards the ladder as he stares at it
Main Man: This is what I am working towards. I’m working towards being in a ladder match a Slade Craven favorite I might add. But I know to get to this I have to be in the final two of the pre show battle royal. And the Main Man knows he’ll be in the final two he’s not sweating that at all. Because after all you people have seen me at my best and worst and I have always risen to the occasion and this time won’t be any different.
Slade stares at the ladder as he starts to climb up it climbing a few rungs of the ladder before he stops and looks at the crowd
Main Man: Now Slade knows this battle royal isn’t going to be a walk in the park. You have eight other guys trying to pick the Main Man off. And any of those other eight could get the job done. Well not really I’m trying to inspire them not kill there dreams. But moving on shall we this ladder match at One Night in Hell it just screams Slade Craven and while there will be plenty of you that say that I don’t belong in the match I’m going to prove to you that not only do I belong but that I own the match.
Slade continues to climb up the ladder rung by rung as he gets higher and higher up that ladder reaching the top of the ladder Slade stares down at the crowd below him as Slade sits on the top of the ladder smiling as he looks down
Main Man: This is where I am comfortable. This is where I belong I know it and you people know it. The only one who doesn’t seem to get it is Braden Harvey. Harvey I heard what you had to say about the Main Man. And while yes you are right I did manage to win by DQ I don’t have to pin you this time either to win now do I? No all the Main Man ahs to do is send your ass flying out of the ring during the battle royal. Or if you survive and make it to the ladder match beat you down bad enough where you can’t climb this ladder.
Main Man: Yes the Main Man knows what he has to do he has to win and win he shall because that’s just I so. I win. I win and I put on a hell of a match for these fans because it’s what I love to do. I do it for the love Braden not the money or the fame but the love. Well come on the money has a little to do with it. But the biggest thing is that I do it for the people that are filling this building I put on as show for them and they go home happy. And I plan on going home happy Sunday night as I’m going to walk out of that battle royal and walk on to the ladder match and it doesn’t matter if it’s you John Green Assassin or anyone else for that matter your all going to be looking up at me the Main Man as I take down that Xtreme title and become the NEW APW Xtreme champion.
Main Man: This is my playground folks your just here to see me do what I do best. And that’s win. The Main Man will win the Main Man will be the new Xtreme champion right here in Tokyo. And you all will Rue The Day You Messed With the Slade!!!
Slade sits at the top of the ladder raising his hands up in victory as the crowd is on there feet cheering. Slade stares out at the sold out crowd smiling as he looks to be the next Xtreme champion as our feed ends
