It has been reported that Glen Hendricks was released from Police Custody this morning after being pulled over for swerving yesterday around 2pm. After passing numerous sobriety tests he still showed signs of being drunk so he was taken in. The police found a bottle of xanax with no labeling and a bag of marijuana in his possession. After 18 hours in police custody the Sheriff's department contacted his lawyer and realized he had a prescription for both the marijuana and the xanax. Hendricks was released with no charges and let off with a warning. No court date was scheduled and Hendricks is expected to arrive at the arena at any minute.\
