Scene opens in front of a small, kitchen table. Gambler is sitting at the table, playing a game of solitare. The room appears to be a cheap flop house room with original furnishings & appliances from the early 1970's, including paint & drapes.

Like sands through the hourglass, so are the days of our lives. As cheesy as that may be, that phrase holds an insane amount of truth to it. Our lives pass so quickly, in such small increments, that we often don't notice it. Often times, we don't take time to stop & smell the roses, to enjoy the simpler things in life. Whether it be enjoying the companionship of a beautiful woman, socializing with life long friends, or enjoying the success we've earned in our career. So worried about how we can hold on to what we've got, how we can take away someone elses' possessions. Even trying to one-up everybody else.
All this happens in such a brief amount of time, you don't always realize just how much time you've consumed until it's too late. One day, if you're fortunate enough to wake up in the nursing home, during one of the many countless hours of loneliness drags by slowly, you realize that you had it all. You had life by the balls, having full control of what happens next. Do you squeeze as hard as you can, making the poor son of a bitch suffer? Perhaps you go easy on the sap, letting them off with the knowledge that you won't be so nice next time around. The outcome is completely in your control.
The years, much like my life, seems to have passed me by. Saw many people come & go. Had many opportunities come through my life. So many things yet to be accomplished. While I've accomplished quite a bit, there's so much that's left undone. So many things I'd like to do while my body can still hold up. Being the manager to champions in other promotions simply isn't doing much for me, anymore. So damned tired of watching as everyone enjoys success while I stand on the sidelines.
Blood, sweat & broken teeth comes the perfect opportunity for me to finally capitalize on my momentum. Started off 2011 far stronger then I ended 2010. Lost more matches then I won in 2010. I've started fresh by rolling through the competition, earning a title shot for Madok's Tap Out Championship. If only I didn't have to deal with the Wildcard in the match, the man that could fuck up all my hard work. If I can't deal with him, then all this is for nothing. Bobby Bodacious, while you've been a good business partner to me in the past, all that goes out the window at the Pay-Per-View. I can't afford to let you get in the ways of my title plans. If that means punching your teeth down your throat, then so be it.
Triple Threat Tap Out Rules. The person to gain the tap out victory becomes the new Tap Out Champion. The winner's share of the purse goes to the champion. The prestige of being the champion. That alone is worth more then anything else. Being the champion makes you the man, the top dog, the alpha male. All I have to do is make just one of you tap. Who'll it be? That's really the big question on the minds of our fans. Will I make Madok my bitch? Bodacious, perhaps? I believe Vegas put 25:1 odds on me making both of you bitches, making both of you tap simultaneously. I personally place 10 Gs on that bet. If either of you turn me into a liar, you'd better pray that you can outrun me. Nothing will stop me from crippling either of you, permanently.
There's not a risk that I won't take. No risk is too little or too great. Anything I can do to take the Tap Out Championship. It's not like I want anything unreasonable. All I'm asking for is the gambler's share. I'll be quicker then anyone can imagine. The trick, for the both of you, is knowing never to play the game too long.
Will either of you possess the knowledge to get out while you're ahead? Better yet, can either of you cut your losses before you get in over your head? The sands in the hourglass, much like the Tap Out Championship, will pass like the days of your lives. Only I will be left standing in the middle of the ring, proclaiming "You just tapped!"
The camera focuses on Gambler's face as the scene fades to black.
