The scene opens up with Chris Cyrus sitting at his computer in his living room surfing the internet and coming across Biggs first contract video for Asylum. Chris sits there and watches the video and as soon as it finishes, Chris yells out
Chris: MIDGET BIGGS, SET UP THE CAMERA
Midget Biggs runs into the living room, setting up the camera in front of Chris make shift “Second Contract” set. Chris rolls his computer chair into camera view
Midget Biggs: Your not going to beat me up this time
Chris: Just hit record
And he does and the 2nd edition of Second Contact is recording
Chris: Welcome everyone to the best wrestling web show in the world today, no matter what anyone else says. Second Contact. I don’t have any guest today, but I need to get some stuff off my chest. Now, as you probably have already seen, Biggs had a few words to say about me and you can’t expect me to just let him run my name though the mud and not say anything about it. So here I am and lets get on with it.
First things first, lets talk about why Biggs thinks he’s better than me. Biggs is a three time Overdrive Champion. Meaning he lost that title two other times. Your first reign was ok, as we both held a title at a time and raining havoc on the AKA. But your second Title reign, you held the title for just 2 weeks and lost it in your first title defense, and that’s because there we’re no shows for those two weeks. And worst of all, you lost it to Pence Weatherlight. And now, you want to brag about your third Overdrive Title reign. Lets see, a year after losing to Pence, you win it back from him. Ask yourself Biggs, how big of a challenge was Pence as Christmas Chaos. Lets say, he was as big of a challenge as he was when I faced him and beat him at One Night in Hell. And then, You defend your title twice against Criss Cassidy. Where’s Criss now? You may as well had just defended your title against Jason Royce. And then there was AJ King, who’s really done nothing in APW worth bragging about. Then Terry Marvin, besides coming in second place at Survive and Conquer, the guy has been in a slump, so you beat a guy in a losing slump and you think you’re the greatest champion in the world? And then you beat Ryan Ruckus, I’ll give you credit on that one, I didn’t think you would do it, but I also think you got Very, Very lucky. And then, there was me Biggs. The one man in all those title defenses you DIDN’T beat. Remember Biggs, we wrestled to a Draw. You couldn’t get the job done against me. And If I’m as bad as you say I am Biggs, then you would have beaten me, hands down, no questions ask, but you didn’t. Out of everyone, I was the closest to beat you. Matter of fact, I did pin you at the same time you pinned me, that alone makes me better than all your other opponents. But now, the match your most proud of, Rasslemania. What you look at as a 4 on 1 against you, with your back against the wall, I look at it as four guys ego’s getting the best of each other. It was pretty simple, Terry, Ryan, AJ and Myself to work together to make sure you leave with the Overdrive Title, but, ego’s got the best of everyone and what was suppose to be a disadvantage for you Biggs, turned into an Advantage. You lucked out Biggs and its just a matter of time before your luck runs out.
And now, You want to blame me for the break up of the Axis of Awesome. You want to blame me for the struggles of yours and Ellie’s relationship. Well guess what Biggs, its seems to me, you don’t have all the facts, so let me tell my side of the story. First of All, I didn’t come on to Ellie, she came on to me first. Second, I tried to stay away but at a time when you we’re more focused on Running overdrive than give Ellie some attention, well, sometimes, Emotions just take over. However, you we’re able to forgive her and not me? Really Biggs? You said if you would have forgave me if Ellie and I ended our relationship after you walked in on us at One Night in Hell, but here’s the thing Biggs. Ellie and I, there was never any real relationship. There was no love between us. I never loved her like you do Biggs. See, you walked out on her that night and I was there, stuck in the middle. I had two choices, consol a friend, or ditch her to the curb. After that night, I became a friend, something Ellie needed. I thought I was doing the right thing. I was hoping everything would be a huge misunderstanding that we could all just sit down and work out, but I guess that wasn’t good enough for you. Like you said, we we’re closer than brothers and we had each others backs. Yes, you still forgave her and not me. You know what Biggs, Its takes two to tango, she’s as much to blame as I am. You’re a church man. You’ve learned to Forgive, but why can’t you forgive me Biggs? Its seems to me, Biggs, your not the kind of man you think you are. You said it yourself, Bro’s before ho’s. Maybe you should listen to your own advice once in a while.
But enough about that. I’m tired of going back and forth about the past. That’s then, this is now. At Asylum, the first one under the APW name and the last show at the IWC arena. You may think your bigger and better than that place, but your entering my territory. Your getting read to play in my play ground. I care about those fans as much as you do, but this isn’t just a Biggs Verses Chris Cyrus match, its an Overdrive Verses Asylum match. And tonight, not only am I fighting for myself, I’m fighting for Asylum. Just like Rasslemania, IWC kicked APW’s ass, and at Asylum, you’ll be able to chalk one more up for us. I’m tired of having everyone think I’m some sort of Jobber. Maybe I’m in some sort of rut, but no better way to get out of it than to beat a former best friend and partner.
Biggs, this match, its time to shut you up. Its time to show everyone and especially you that your wrong about me. That I’m not Pathetic, that I am a good wrestler. Its this match is more than just a match, this is personal, this has been brewing for a long time and at Asylum, there’s going to be no double pins, there will be a winner, and that winner will be me. Just the fact that you think I stand no chance against you, just the facts that you think I’m just going to be just another match for you, makes me that more determine to win. I’m at my best when I have doubters. I’m at my best when I’m determined. If you don’t think I am, then your in for a rude awakening. Biggs, I know you better than anyone and just like you know be better than anyone. And that’s the beauty of it Biggs, its puts us at a level playing field.
The Chris Cyrus you see right now Biggs, isn’t The Hardcore Kid, it’s the Chris Cyrus that held the Xtreme Title for 364 days. The same Chris Cyrus who defeated the AKA all through out the summer of 2009. The same Chris Cyrus who was voted Champion of the Year in 2009. You remember that Chris Cyrus don’t you Biggs? The Chris Cyrus who would be put in Xtreme type match and walk out the winner without picking up one single weapon. And we both know Biggs, that’s a dangerous Chris Cyrus. See Biggs, I’m stepping it up for this one, I’m bringing everything I have and more. I’m bringing my “A” Game. I’m bring the two most deadliest weapons I have, and that’s my two bare hands. And you’ve seen time and time again what I can do with them
So get ready Biggs, at Asylum, it may just be the last time we face off. This is THE match that proves just who put the Awesome in Axis of Awesome. This is the match which will prove who carried who. This is the match which will prove who is the better wrestler. Its time to put up or shut up. And at Asylum, even though they hate me, I’m going to give the fans what they want, and that’s seeing an Asylum but beat an Overdrive guy.
