It has been reported that Randy Savage had a heart attack while driving and crashed. I believe the heart attack is what killed him.
His wife was also in the car but she was treated at the hospital for minor injuries. Both were wearing their seatbelts.
Sad day in the wrestling world.
Edit: Actually he died at the hospital due to crash related injures when he drove into a tree. He was 58 and just celebrated his 1 year anniversary with his wife earlier this month.

Jay Lethal should become Black Machismo again for one night only in memory of The Macho Man.

Damn man, that is terrible news. We were just doing Macho Man impersonations the other day at work. This sucks royally. Oh well, i guess i have to go attack some random stranger now and give them flying elbow drop off of a parked car. R.I.P

R.I.P. I elbow dropped my wife while she was still sleeping this morning in memory of the Macho Man. Can I stay with you tonight?

I dunno about you guys but I'm kinda bummed about his death. He was always one of my favorites. I can remember play wrestling with my brothers and cousins and jumping off things with the big elbow drop while pointing in the air.

man, my brother and i used to backyard wrestle as kids. he'd often use the Macho Man elbow during the matches, usually doing some sort of Savage impression before the elbow. i know he was a huge favorite in my household. always held a special place with my family.
my folks don't even like wrestling and this came as a huge shock to them. i don't know what depresses my dad more: Savage being a few years younger then him, leaving his wife behind or knowing that we're losing a special breed of wrestler.

I watched all the Macho Man matches I have on various DVDs yesterday in honor of him. Unfortunately, most of them involved the Macho Man losing. Still, one of the all time greats. His work in the 80s was really ahead of it's time.
So in honor of Randy Savage, I give out a hearty "OOOOOOOOOH YEAH!"

I ran in to him in an airport in Nashville, TN when I was 6. I just came from a WWF event and had my Macho Man glasses. He took off my cheap fake ones and gave me the real thing. Made my year.
Sad day in the wrestling world. RIP Macho; thanks for giving us years of entertainment!

It's a sad loss On the positive side though (if such a thing can be said when someone dies), he'll ALWAYS be remembered in a positive way, and he entertained the shit out of millions of people world wide. Thank you Randy Savage, and rest in peace brother
