Yeah I been seeing Freddy commercials for the Mortal Kombat. HOWEVER my beef with it is they gave him two gloves....LAME They explain why they gave him two gloves. He is a fighter in the game and he wanted to do double the damage with another glove. |

Got it, don't waste time. My MK is at gamestop now. Traded it plus 40% more down on MW3!!! How lame! I would definitely have kept MK9 over any call of duty game. Especially because Battlefield 3 is gonna be amazing. However I still do like COD a little bit and this Play n Trade by me was having a trade in special towards MW3 if u traded BLOPS and MW2 toward MW3. Only need to pay $11 for it now. |

Still lame, you don't change an ICON in Horror Genre in a Horror like Combat Game. Imagine anything gore without Freddy? Mortal Kombat is influenced in some way by Freddy Movies so to change him is blah. That's like giving Michael Myers a Machete.

It's not a major deal it is not like they took away his gloves to even up the playing field to the other fighters. They gave him and extra one. It didn't destroy his gameplay or his image at all. I thought Freddy Kruger as I played with him. For people to even complain about that glove issue besides Freddy is a damn martial artist in the game is more concerning. I dont care if Freddy influenced MK I'm pretty sure his fighting style in his movies didnt influenced the games because he doesn't fight. Figure people would be actually just happy to play as one of their favorite horror stars in a video game since he doesn't appear in any good ones where you actually control him. |
