On a radio talk show this afternoon, President Jeff announced that on January 27th at APW's first show, New Years Retribution, a second champion belt will be introduced. When asked what belt, here is what President Jeff had to say.
"The thing with Belts, you have to be careful what kind you have and how you want to be represented. Right now its undecided on what Kind of title we will bring in. It could be a "Hardcore" type title, or it could even be a title like the "Intercontinental" title. But what ever it is, it will be revealed at our first show."
Also when asked about additional titles, here is what Jeff had to say.
"What often happens in a lot of companys, they'll have 5 or 6 championship titles and a small roster. Half the roster is a champion and you can't do business like that. I plan on bringing in more titles as the roster grows. Its going to take a lot of work, but in Action Packed Wrestling, we take pride in promoting great match ups and exciting events. Who ever is a champion, is going to appreciate it and is going to earn it. "
