^^^I recognize three of those as TV shows... although, I will say Extras is one of my favorite TV series...
Anyways, my five favorite comedy films
1) Anchorman - Don't start quoting this movie to me because I never know where to draw the line... "Milk was a bad choice" 2) Super Troopers 3) Old School 4) Step Brothers 5) Superbad
Honorable Mentions: Borat, Hot Tub Time Machine, Old School, Dodgeball, Office Space, 40-Year-Old Virgin, This is Spinal Tap, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Animal House, The Other Guys, The Hangover...
I'm probably leaving some out. Comedy is most definitely my favourite genre. If you wanted to discuss TV, then that's a whole other list.

They are all TV shows except for Brian, but you can add the Flying Circus to the list too. The OP didn't specify that they had to be comedy films.

Animal House Billy Madison The Hangover (Part 1) Tommy Boy The Big Lebowski
I have so many that I could name, and this list was hard to make. To my mind, it might not even be accurate. But this is just off the top of my head.

...and none of u fuckers even mention spaceballs? BLASPHEMY!!! There areso many good Mel Brooks films out there such as Young Frankenstein ect. Same with Monty Python, noone ever mentioned the National Lampoons collection yet. but here is my top 5 none the less Young Frankenstein Sherlock Holmes smarter brother National Lampoons Loaded weapon National Lampoons Animal house Monty Pythons Holy grail I would have put Spaceballs in there but it wasn't one of Mel Brooks best. Gene Wilder always stole the show when it came to Mel Brooks
