The scene opens up with a shot of the Asylum set and ring from the last show in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The ring is empty, and the crowd is packed, but nothing is actually moving in the still shot.
"My kingdom."
The shot changes to one of the APW Asylum locker room. A long hallway can be seen, and off of it, doors leading to various locker rooms. The one closest, is that of Jason Kash.
"My subjects."
Once again the show changes, and one of the APW World Heavyweight title can be seen. The title is resting on what looks to be a black background, shining away under the lights pointed at it.
"My crown."
The scene changes one more time, this time settling on the face of "The Loose Cannon" Rico Casteel. He has a smirk on his face as he shakes his head slowly from side to side.
"These are the things you can not deny me. You can try, sure, I will welcome it, but at the end of the night, I will once again stand before my people and watch as each and every one of them bows down before me. I will watch as each and every one of them pledges their loyalties to the King of Madness. Sure, each and every one of you will deny it right now, but eventually, there will be no more room for denial. Eventually, you will all have to swallow the truth, and realize that I am once again your leader.
"Of course, there are some of you who are trying to stop me, rebels that are trying to stand up to the authority that they do not want to accept. There is the usurper, the man who stands tall wearing MY crown that he wrongfully stole. Oh, he thinks it's his and he thinks that there is nothing that can hurt him, but he just doesn't realize it. He just doesn't see the truth! He still thinks of himself as some sort of dragon slayer, a man that has no fear, a man that has nothing but ice running through his veins.
"But listen up, and listen well Jason. You are afraid. I don't care if you don't see it quite yet, because, honestly, you wouldn't admit it if you could. But I still know that you are afraid of me. Intimidated by me. Shitting yourself and shaking in your boots at the very thought of fighting me. You'll deny it until your blue in the face, I know you will, but that doesn't change the truth.
"I've beaten you, Jason. I know that I can beat you and I know that your reign as champion is going to be short lived. After all, what have you done since you won the belt? Smoked a bit of weed? Fucked some random tail? Jason, during my reign, I managed to bow an entire brand before my feet. I managed to prove how dominant I was. I managed to make people bend to my will! You are just a pathetic excuse. A pathetic replacement. A man who happened to be in the ring place at the right time. You can deny it all you want, but you and I both know that if I hadn't been double teamed and thrown through a flaming table onto thumbtacks, I would have retained my title.
"You did nothing but steal it from me, Jason.
"And you parade around like you own this place, MY kingdom! You talk as if you're untouchable, or as if you are invincible. Well, let me be the first to tell you, Jason, that even those that think they can not be beat will come crashing down. Look at the Romans. Look at any mega power in history. Look at me."
Rico's smile widens.
"Never thought I'd say that, did you? But it's true. I know how tough I am, how immovable I can be, and I know what it feels like to fall. It was an unjust fall, but a fall never the less. The problem is, Kash, it's not the first fall I have taken, and it won't be the first fall I recover from. I've had many in my life, and this is just another. With that said, they have also prepared me on how to rise up after falling. How to encompass the words of the phoenix and rise from the ashes. How to retake what is mine, and banish the usurper to an entirely new land, a land where he will never return from.
"You really don't know what you've gotten into, truly. You think that this is just going to be another walk in the park, maybe even a repeat of what you were capable of doing to the Martyrs of Madness. But the thing you fail to realize, is that I am determined, nay, hell bent on returning to the top, of once again bringing the Kingdom of Madness back together so that Mike and I can do what we do.
"The only thing standing in my way, Kash is you and the other pissant in the mix. And I am determined to take you down. I am determined more than I was when James Chambers was pulling a Nathaniel Havok and dogging me. When Branden Harvey and BDC were breathing down my neck. When Chris Cyrus thought he could defeat me for the title.
"Essentially, Kash, you're fucked. No other way about it. The Kingdom of Madness is going to return, and all at your expense.
"And Manhattan White."
Rico laughs and looks down, off camera, before looking back up, the laughter gone, a stern look covering his face.
"I don't care what your reasoning are, you've fucked your way into the match. You've screwed your way into this thing and why? Because you felt slighted? At what? You never had a chance in the chamber, and you, along with three others took me out. Is that why you should get the title? I call bullshit. Truly, Manhattan, you are a waste in this match. You are a bit of fodder being used to make the people think that there's a chance of someone other than Rico Casteel walking out on top. It's all a show Manhattan and you are just a prop in it.
"Do you realize it? No, probably not. You probably still think you have a chance to win this match. To walk away with the world title. After having only been around for a few months, you think you can just waltz in and snatch my crown away from me. More bullshit. And the sooner you realize that, and the sooner you withdraw your name from the match, the sooner the real men can fight. Because really White, what have you done? You drew with Tommy Knoxville of all people to get into the Chamber, you and two other men took me down, but it took three of you to do it. You've then done what? Beat a few schlubs and were part of the winning team with Kash? And that makes you a champion?
"Maybe you're just going to bide your time. Let Kash and I beat each other up, pound the shit out of each other, and then swoop in for the victory. Grab the pinfall, grab the title, grab the kingdom, is that your M.O.? Well there's only one problem with that one Manhattan.
"I'm coming for you first. You're number one on my hit list. Get you out of the way and then I can decimate Kash and take back my crown. So if you thought you could sit back, you're mistaken. If you thought you had an easy ride, think again. If you thought for one millisecond that you had a chance to win, you'd be fucking wrong.
"But I guess I should let you continue to live in your little world. Let you continue to think that you have a chance so that I can revel in the chance to shatter your hopes and dreams come match time. Savor every moment of making sure Manhattan White is nothing more than a punching bag. To make sure that the man who thinks he can weasel his way into my business gets exactly what is coming his way. And it's something that you don't even see coming your way. Something that you are still in denial about.
"But that is also something that you two need to learn. I am not just an over muscled beast. I am not just some roided up piece of flesh that you can kick and punch to your hearts contents. I am a man that has a drive to do what no one has yet to do. I am a man with one goal in mind, and that is to rise above those that are deemed as the best World champions. To stand higher than James Chambers. To make my name synonymous with success, and to do something that Jason Kash himself couldn't even get done.
"What am I trying to say? It's easy.
"After I defeat you two jokers, you two court jesters, Mike and I will take the tag team titles from whoever holds them. And we will rule the Asylum and make sure that no one will be able to take our kingdom out from under us this time around. Laugh at that thought all you want, but that just puts me in a better position. That just means that the two of you will be seeing me as anything but the threat that I truly am. Kash has already gone on record to say he's not intimidated, so we already know that his head is swimming in more than just clouds of marijuana smoke. But Manhattan? Who knows. If he brings his A game, he might look presentable, but my thoughts are that he's going to be putting on a display much like he did against Tommy Knoxville. A display that is utterly pathetic.
"And that's one of the men trying to take my crown? Who is trying to stop me from regaining my kingdom and taking my subjects with it? It's just more bullshit. More hoops that Reginald has tried to throw in my way. Just another example that the pathetic excuse for a General Manager can't see when he has a great man standing in front of him. A great leader. But that's okay, because when I have regained my throne, I have the perfect spot for him."
The scene switches to a view of three metal stakes sticking out of the ground.
"Is it a bit over the top, perhaps. But after the dust has settled, each head will find a home on one of these stakes. Maybe each head will finally be able to smile at the fact that Rico Casteel is the most dominant force in the Asylum. That when I killed that man during my MMA career, it didn't happen as a fluke. It didn't happen because of some random accident.
"I beat the living shit out of him.
"And I am quite capable of doing that again. I am quite capable of doing it three times, to make sure that each one of you gets what you have coming your way.
"To Manhattan White for trying to weasel his way into my turf.
"To Reginald Schmidt for working to keep me away from my rightful spot for a fourth time.
"To Jason Kash, the usurper, who thinks that he is the rightful king.
"The true ruler stands before you. The one true king is the only one that will be leaving Christmas Chaos with that title held high. Doubt me, mock me, hate me, it's all going to lead you to one place.
"Defeat.
"A merry, merry defeat."
The scene fades out to black as Rico's laughter can be heard booming and echoing.
"My kingdom."
